Our usuals... jjamppong, jeyook dupbap, dduk mandoo gook, beef fried rice, donkkatsu. We've tried other things and they've all been delicious. I ordered Tang Su Yuk through Uber Eats for $19.95 and there was NO white rice included. Just the sauce and fried pork. Total rip off and rather cheap of the place if you ask me. Most other Korean or Chinese places will include at least a pint or side of white rice and it costs less overall. Whatever money they're saving by not including rice, I hope it's worth it. Small food court located at the entrance of the Han Nam supermarket. It shares the small space with a bakery and there's limited amount of seating. Food is above average and very affordable but they have a serious garbage issue. The trash bins are not covered, located very close to the utilizes and milk station, and leaves a very foul odor. I thought they remedied this issue on previous visit but it was only better because my visit was very early in the day. I ordered yuk game jang and japchae rice and one of the side dish included was this pickled jalapeño pepper and radish thing and one of the radish was bitten in half. It has a teeth mark and all. Went here to buy Korean food after yelping for jajangmyeon, the older lady who took my order confused it with jambong. Fine. I ordered again and paid for both. She seemed very rude about the miscommunication although when I first ordered I already clarified twice I want jajangmyeon. She also seemed extremely reluctant to give me take out boxes for the food I didn't finish considering I already ordered a lot for 2 people. Overall the spicy squid was okay, the other dishes could've been better, but the clincher was the older lady. I've read the review (see below) about bad customer service and usually will try the restaurant just in case it was a one time thing but clearly bad customer service is consistent. A Korean restaurant located inside the HanNam Mart. On the weekdays, they have different specials, but unfortunately it was on the weekend I came here, so no deals. We ordered the jjajangmyun and regular udong. Both were great. The jjajangmyun feels full and flavorful, and the udong had plenty of seafood for seafood lovers, and you can get a couple of side dishes and the place also has a water dispenser, akin to what you'd find in a restaurant in Korea. The servers behind the counter are friendly, and there's also a table with a bunch of different utensils, including scissors for cutting up noodles. The portions are large and generous, and the pricing without discount is acceptable. If this place were close by, it would be hard not to come here on weekdays for lunch. They didn't have any kimbap available yet at the time I visited, which seems odd, and they also have a sushi offering which I didn't sample. But I'd definitely recommend this location if you're in the area (or even not!). read more

A convenient spot for those who go grocery shopping late and need a quick bite to eat. Here you will find a variety of your most popular Korean food plus sushi. I believe their most popular dishes are their jajangmyun and jampong. I'll have to try that soon since everyone has been telling me how delicious it is! My current favorite item on the menu is their mool nyengmyun and I personally think that it is much better than You Chun or Choiga Naeng Myun. I've also tried their cheonggukjang, tonkatsu and sushi which were also all very good! HanNam Bunsik is located right inside this Korean supermarket to the right. It's food-court style and service is quick, but don't let that fool you into thinking it's cheap quality! The chef is simply a master of his art. I've basically had everything in that menu and love it all. There known for their jajangmyun and jjampong. They have a weekly special so all the people go crazy. I love their udon which is a non-spicy version of the jjampong. Jjampong is spicy!! Don't get this confused with the basic nengbi udon which is the simple Japanese version I ate as a child. They have an assortment of meats over rice: spicy pork (fire), stir fried squid, spicy chicken, and bulgogi. All delicious. Portions are HUGE. Jolmyun is probably one of my fav noodle dishes here. Noodles are so chewy and I love the consistency. The donkatsu is perfect. My sister loves this one. Seafood haemulpajeon is delicious and ginormous. Great for sharing. Chungookjang is delicious but stanky. Super healthy for you so I opt for this a lot. Yukgaejang is dope but spicy AF so beware. read more

Extremely rude. The girl working at 8pm. Called me after I placed an Uber Eats order at 7:55. And told me that they close at 8 and to cancel the order. However, the app, or the restaurant confirmed the order, so I couldn't cancel it on my end. There's no way for me to call Uber on MY end. So I told the driver, the driver couldn't cancel it either. She called me back, and asked if I cancelled it and said "well the driver is here, so I'll just make it." But then proceeded to blame me, and make it seem like it's my fault I didn't cancel it. When Uber DOESN'T GIVE ME THAT OPTION ONCE UBER/RESTAURANT CONFIRMS IT. All while Uber said they won't process refunds because of the virus ordeal. So rude. I don't have uber support number to call, and doesn't give me the option to cancel once it goes through and the driver accepts it. Once the driver accepts it, I can't cancel it. She kept talking over me, and basically blaming me. When this isn't my fault. So rude. Have some manners. I come here at least twice a week for their delicious JjamPpong (spicy seafood noodle soup). Hands down it's the best you can get in the area. Their Jjajangmyun (brown paste noodle) is also good but sometimes, they skimp on the sauce. Spicy beef soup and their fermented soy bean soup is also very delicious. Hands down one of my favorite places to eat in the bergen county area. Normally, I'm not a huge fan of eating at food courts, but Han Nam Bunsik is really something else! Their dishes are generous in portion and extremely fair in price! My mom and I leave the establishment extremely content, paying around $20. Had I order bulgogi dubbab and ddukmandoogook anywhere else, I would have dropped at least $30 + tip and would not be leaving as satisfied as I do when I leave Han Nam. The bulgogi dubbab and ddukmandoogook are my favorites - both NEVER disappoint! It seems that jjajangmyun is also a hit! After ordering her dish, my mom never fails to mention that she should have ordered the jjajangmyun instead - creepily eyeing it being devoured by hungry customers. When friends visit the area, I bring them here simply because the food tastes better than those of the many Korean restaurants around the area.
