The buying process started out great -- their team was helpful with the design, layout, and ordering process, and we trusted their expertise when finalizing our cabinet configuration. Unfortunately, our experience completely changed after delivery. Once we started the installation, we discovered that one of the tall cabinets did not match the space it was designed for. The cabinet was too tall and did not line up properly with the cabinets next to it, making the entire setup look and function incorrectly. We immediately contacted 365 to ask why the cabinet we received did not match the confirmed configuration and whether it could be exchanged. We were told that the correct size was not available and that they could not replace it. What was frustrating was that this was not just a simple "customer measured wrong" situation. The cabinet layout and configuration were done with the help of their team. If there were any concerns about sizing, fit, or compatibility, we expected those issues to be pointed out before the order was finalized and shipped. Instead, we received a cabinet that did not work with the planned design, and because there was no replacement option, we had to pay our own contractor to modify a brand-new cabinet by cutting off the extra portion just to make it fit. After spending over $10k on these cabinets, having to repair and modify a new product ourselves was extremely disappointing. The biggest frustration is that the issue involved the ordering and configuration process, but the customer was the one left to deal with the extra cost, time, and stress. We chose 365 because we believed we were getting a quality product and professional service. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled did not meet our expectations. We hope 365 can improve their quality control and customer support process so other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

The staff was very helpful, helping me navigate through the various options that ultimately led to an easy decision on which flooring to pick. They speak multiple languages, including fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese (at least whose were the languages I heard). In addition to flooring, they also have cabinet options. For those wanting custom-made cabinets, they have the huge planks of wood/styling for doing so. Overall, I'd come back here for remodeling or renovation needs.

Each time I place an order and schedule a pick up date, they confirm that my order is ready for pick up but when I arrive, I find that nothing has been done and my order has not even been picked. On one trip. I waited 3 hours to pick up my order, another trip was 2 hours to pick up flooring that had also been previously ordered and paid for, and now this day takes the cake. I waited 5 and a half hours to pick up cabinets I ordered one month ago, called to let them know when I need it and stopped by the showroom one week prior to confirm face to face that I'm coming the following week to pick up. Only to find that nothing was done to fulfill my request. They even confirmed over the phone for me that my order is ready for pick up prior to driving over.
