I wish I had taken before-and-after photos, because this review truly does not do JJ justice. I have a small SUV that serves as our family's primary vehicle, so it's definitely been through the ringer over the years--car seat snacks, spilled drinks, dog hair, and five years of everyday wear and tear. I had never had the interior professionally detailed before, and the cloth seats (which I'll never choose again!) had accumulated various stains over time. On top of that, I purchased the car pre-owned, so it came with a few mystery stains of its own. All of this is to say that I purchased JJ's interior detailing package, and he restored my car to a condition better than when I bought it. I had never been able to fully vacuum all the dog hair and debris wedged between the seats and doors, but JJ got every last bit of it. He spent far more time on the vehicle than scheduled to ensure the job was done thoroughly and never charged me extra. You can tell that JJ genuinely takes pride in his work and stands behind the quality of what he does. The results exceeded every expectation I had. I would recommend him over and over again and am already looking forward to scheduling my next service. 100/10 -- highly recommend! read more

Spent $350 on the interior and exterior detail package. Interior: The missed area behind the screen completely still dust balls. They also did not do a good job in the car seat jams that I had to point out. They took an air gun and blew between all the jams and just spread the debris everywhere and did not vacuum it up Exterior: When I picked up the car there was still spots on the car I had to point out. They did not properly clean the front bumper from but splatter, etc and just waxed over it. At this point I'm not going to sit there and continue to nit pick at everything so just too the car as-is. read more

My bf took his car here for exterior polishing because he used a dish scrub when trying to get rid of sap stains and damaged the paint (eye roll). If I could give no stars this would be it. Extremely disappointed in the service I received for my car detail in May. I should've been more skeptical with all the red flags but kept my hopes up because we were happy with this company previously for my husband's car detail last year. What went wrong: 1) Extremely difficult to get a hold of - had to book and prepay my detail because I couldn't make an appointment by phone. Voicemail box was always full. 2) Scheduled an appointment to drop off car, I arrived on time, BUT had to wait close to 20 minutes past scheduled drop off time for the owner to arrive. 3) Factory tint of rear windshield DESTROYED (see picture). This was downplayed when the car was turned over and no offer of resolution was provided (i.e., a partial refund or offering to fix the tint itself) 4) Paid for a full deluxe detail and remnants were left behind in the middle console. A cleaning rag was also left behind. If I'm paying $250+, I expect my car to be inspected thoroughly before handing it over to me during pick up. 4. When faults were pointed out, the owner apologized but did not even bother to follow up or schedule me for another detail when I asked to bring the car back. (Left my text message on read) Consider this fair warning and run away from this business. If you value your car, your time, and your money, avoid this place at all costs! read more

This was my first experience with car detailing. Had my red 2015 Audi A4 detailed in and out. My main reason was because there was some slightly gritty stuff on the hood I couldn't easily get off. They did an awesome job. It felt like a new car! Juan even managed to get about a 2" bird etching off the roof that I missed seeing when I bought the car (lease return). He thought it would require a much more involved process, which I declined, but he tried and it wasn't as deep as he thought and it's now gone. Unknowingly, I drove on my street after it had been freshly paved. I had tar all over the bottom of my car and my car is white. I work a lot so I didn't have the time to try and remove it so it basically baked there in the hot sun for a few months. I was referred to Juan by Eddies German Auto where I take my BMW for service. I haven't had my car cleaned inside in a bit over 2 years; in that time, it went through a move from LA, literally dozens of trips to the beach with my dog, hiking/camping trips, fast food, snacks, and apathy. On the outside, I park on the streets of Alameda right next to the Bay, a magnet for salt, bugs, and bird. Even before that, it wasn't the cleanest of interiors. And in 3 hours, the car looked next to brand new; even under the hood the engine was entirely clean. Not a speck of sand remained, no dirt anywhere, the car smelled fresh and clean, the outside gleamed. They showed me specific spots in the paint that needed additional (paid) work if I wanted to go that route, and explained why, but executed the package I paid for to absolute perfection. I was on the fence about getting a full detail in the first place, but they came through and made me a believer. In terms of booking; they can book online or by phone, the online system was very easy to use if you go that route. I was apprehensive at first by the number of reviews, but apparently there were some issues with yelp reviews going missing with an address change, so just be assured - these guys are legit! This review is long over due. Last summer Juan came out and detailed my two cars. He did an amazing job. Both cars looked like new. Last week I bought a brand new car. Of course I called JJ and had him do his new detail on my car. This includes a stain repellant on the carpets and seats along with a protective wax on the paint. There might be a few other things as well, I sent remember all of the details. His service is the same as the dealership, but for a fraction of the cost. This is the third time that I've had Juan detail my car, but this was the most challenging of the three. I had recently discovered a scratch the entire length of the car (probably done by some careless, oblivious person with an unruly zipper as they walked past the car). Fearing the worst, but hoping for the best I asked Juan to take a crack at getting the scratch out. Of course I had all the regular detailing work done as well. After about 6 hours of meticulous work tending to that scratch and the detailing inside and out, the car looks practically brand new again. The scratch is completely gone, and any remaining blemishes are due to the car being 20 years old with nearly 285,000 miles on it. Even with those old blemishes, the car looks beautiful again. I was super impressed with these guys! My car is a 5 year old Ford Focus, and I haven't really cleaned the inside since I bought it.
