For me it's the experience - the time spent looking, studying, and simply browsing a collection is worth gold to me. Chemers Gallery in Tustin is that place that offers that whole experience. Every time I go in there, which I admit isn't near often enough but probably more than some, I delight in "finds". I have a fairly decent collection of artwork and it's not confined to paintings. I've ceramics, sculptures, glasswork, pottery, photographs, and a few weird pieces of found object works as well. Quite a few of those pieces have come from this jewel of a gallery so close to home. The owner Karen, and her friendly staff have always allowed me the luxury to simply roam. I have to walk through numerous times to take everything in. I get distracted by one or two pieces and then turn around and find something else completely unexpected. And, it becomes mine. I love this place!! I am a retired healthcare designer and Chemers was the art consultant on a few of our firms healthcare projects. What I enjoyed was the chosen works were always different from the predictable works too often seen in healthcare spaces and, they always complimented the concepts of our interiors. I also love the shows and exhibitions they often host here. Often soliciting works from local artists, craftspeople, and even foodies, these "pop-up" shows are always good for gifts, wearables, and sometimes taste-ables! And if I'm lucky, I often walk away with a new piece! I always look forward to stopping in on these shows and could spend an hour or more perusing. The staff was rude and seemed uninterested in helping us, even though we were serious buyers and applied for the 24-month no-interest financing. On our second visit, our kids were well behaved, but a staff member very rudely told my daughter to stop going in and out because of a notification that sounds when someone enters the store, even though she wasn't being disruptive. For a premium brand, the customer service did not match the product.

Took my gravel bike in for a tune up and Hugo did a great job making sure my concerns we addressed (switching from big chainring to little chain ring) and cleaned everything up nicely on the bike making it looks better than new and run smoother too. All while only taking a couple days to do it. I also mentioned to Hugo that I had my race bike built by another shop but felt like everything was done poorly, incorrectly, and had to wait a long time for it to be done. Hugo told me to take it in for him to have a look about what I was concerned about. After taking it in for Hugo to look at and speaking about the issues I decided to have him rebuild the entire bike. Hugo went to work immediately and began the tear down showing me what was done wrong and how the right way of doing it was. It only took him a day to get my bike back up to tip top condition. Rode it the same day and everything felt superb. Had minor adjustments to be made but Hugo fixed them the day after I brought it back and explained that if I had any issues big or small that he would take care of it any time. I also ended up buying a new set of wheels that Hugo put on for me. He not only put them on for me but assured me the wheels would work on my drivetrain and provided his input on how it would be on the bike. I really appreciate everything Hugo and Angelica! You got my bikes running better than new and in no time. It's been a headache with the other shop I went to but Hugo's work and expertise saved the day. 3H has a lifelong customer. I also brought in 2 additional customers (neighbor and brother in law) after they saw the work that was done on my bikes and hearing from my experience. I can't thank Hugo and his family enough for taking care of everything for me.

Then, she entirely ripped me off! 3 out of the 4 sets of bridal jewelry that I purchased BROKE. Unworn, they simply broke because it's not quality AT ALL. She promised to fix the broken items before my wedding trip, but when I went to pick it up at the time that we AGREED on she suddenly said it was not ready!!! I had the broken items appraised by another jeweler and they said it could NOT be fixed. It was beyond repair! When I asked her for a refund or store credit because I knew it could not be resolved, she denied me! I don't live near her store, and she refused to send my necklace back to me through the post. SHE STILL HAS MY MONEY AND MY JEWERY. It's theft. It's unfair. I was a good customer and she failed to fix the set OR refund me. She did nothing to make it right. Beware, this shop owner Saba is nice at first, but her items are not quality and they will break on you, and when they do she will do little to help you or leave you entirely in the dust. Horrible customer service. Horrible business practices. Prices are too high for the lack of quality. Take my advise, go elsewhere. Go to the stores that have customer service and more quality goods. Saba, you know what you have done and I hope your business suffers because of your lack of empathy for your good customers.

First, bought an outfit off the sale rack and one staff member told me it was $100. Then when I went to purchase at register, they told me it's $250, so I agreed to pay $200 + tailoring. Tailor took my measurements and gave me an estimate of 3-4 weeks and when I called to check in a couple times during the weeks they promised it would Be ready in time for my flight. Gave them extra days to finish it and today find out it's still not ready and tailor is not there and to come in. After additional insistence, someone is last minute going to work on it, not even the actual tailor. Will never buy from there again.
