There produce was my main reason for going because of there superior quality and great pricing on produce. A while back I tried their rotisserie chicken , traditional and the mexican chicken. The traditional is pretty much like anyone's, but the mexican chicken was something very special, at least to my family and myself. The flavor was absolutely out of this world. However over my last 3 trips it seems it was replaced by what they called JERK chicken and is just to sicey hot for us. So, and here is my point, I sent off an e mail telling them that I was disappointed that they had replaced the mexican chicken with the super spicey Jerk chicken, and I swear on my sons life, I got a phone call from them in 3 mins addressing the issue and assuring me that the situation would be fixed A.S.A.P. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE? Name any store that you think would go out of there way to fix a small problem like they did. I really didnt think that kind of customer care existed anymore. I dont have the words to say how much I appreciated them taking the time to call me and talk directly to me like he did. I am still in awe of how much they really do care about us. So where I used to kind of split my shopping between Jewel and Caputos will now narrow my shopping day down to just Caputos for my food shopping. It always did feel a little more like going home when shopping there as compared to other grocery stores, but they proved it , to me , at least. I dont usually post long reviews like this but I'm hoping this one gets read by many. Heck I got 300,000 views on a couple pics of my dog , lol , so I'm hoping a million read this one. So , to Caputos, I say , keep up the excellent work as you proven yourselves to be something special.

You can probably find just about anything you need there. It kind of reminded me of Meijer but larger. The layout of the store is very confusing. Specialty items like gluten-free items can be mixed in with regular items, set off by themselves, or both. So, finding them wasn't that easy. From what we read of Woodman's before going, the did get good reviews on the amount and variety of gluten-free products. The same can be said for anything dairy-free. Their TV commercials talk about their great prices. I agree the items we saw on sale tended to be bargain, but the rest of the store seemed high. They are probably less expensive than Jewel, but more expensive than Valli Produce. We did get a lot while we were there and the total price was higher than we expected. So, overall, if you check their website for items on sale and you are near to a Woodman's, then by all means, the value is great. But if you don't live close to a Woodman's (like me), they aren't a great value but do have lots of specialty items.

Gas station personnel went in to retrieve my broken light after I called them. The man insisted that it was already broken. It was not. He refused to acknowledge the damage to my vehicle.
