I have literally sent dozens of emails, left multiple voicemails and had dozens of phone conversations, all to no avail. The story is different each time. The latest was being told by the owner (Ken) that my order was shipped and to call back the next morning to get the tracking number, as he (Ken) was busy closing up shop for the day (even though they weren't scheduled to be closing for several hours yet). The next day... no answer! I have been nothing short of patient and polite, but my money (over $300) was taken and nothing given in return. I will continue to write and post a review every day until I receive the items I paid for!

    I had to sign up for Yelp for this. It needs to be heard. I absolutely can't say anything more…read morenegative about my experience with this company. I ordered a battery pack from these guys online - only to find out they didn't even have the item in stock - they'd have to order it, and it would take a week, at least - to arrive. First off - what's the point, then? I could easily order it myself from Amazon or the like. Second off - and much, much - worse off - I have attempted a cancellation from them, after finding out the item was not actually in stock - more than a week ago... Not only has the item not been cancelled, (and obviously I have not received any confirmation that it *has*) - but I have actually received confirmation from the payment provider that no action has been taken, and that there's nothing I myself can do. Even if this issue is resolved, it's easily the most frustrating experience I have ever had attempting a cancellation or refund from any company I have ever had. Furthermore - the email contact system on their web site is broken (I'm a web developer for a living and tried it on multiple systems and networks to confirm this after the refund debacle) - meaning I have had no other recourse but to repeatedly call them every other day trying to get them to address the issue in any way. I've had some bad experiences with companies, Rogers is probably the worst - but these guys come a close second. Stay far, far away.
