Our project included a master bath, a guest bath, a walk-in closet and two smaller closets. My husband and I interviewed 3 contractors and it came down to JMS Developers and another firm. Joe won us over with his significant added-value in the design aspect. The other contractor was competent and both bids were similar cost-wise except it was joe who showed us a way to reconfigure the master bath in such as way as to maximize both the aesthetic and the functionality of the bathroom. The result was an amazing marble master bath and we are thankful we went with JMS Developers. In fact all through the project Joe added suggestions about how to make the final product both beautiful and classy, all while staying within the budget. The actual construction phase went very smoothly primarily due to their first rate tradesmen and workers. From the tile work to the difficult plumbing re-configuring we thought their workers were absolutely wonderful! This is a long past due review for a great company that did the work about 9 months ago and totally deserve it. as I'm new to this 'yelp' platform I think I should bring it up . My parents house was in serious need of a backyard makeover . The place looked old and not appealing at all. After interviewing 4 different contractors they found JMS developers, a local general contractor that have 5 stars rating , once their project manager came in there house they knew that this would be it . The pictures can talk for them self . Beautiful pavers and patio covers , fire pit and built in bbq and they did also the tile around the pool. Fabulous work , always came on time . Clean and courteous . Not the cheapest price, but you can't argue with pristine results . This excellent company proved invaluable in transforming a one bedroom condo unit from an abysmal, unlivable, apparently illicit hideout abode of the wretched and depraved into a spectacularly elegant and beautiful apartment. They were asked to make many independent decisions in regard to appliances and materials used in all facets of this stunning remodel, and went out of their way to be accommodating and gracious to the long-distance directions of the trustee of the unit. We recently hired Joe from 'JMS DEVELOPERS' to do the kitchen at my parents house- and redo the roof and rain gutters , and I MUST say that we have never saw such attention to the little details - and customer service and customer care - everything went so perfect - I was little skeptic in the beginning and with the end result I just had to post a review ! the best part of it is -that Joe did exactly what he said he is gonna do and they did it quickly and so much better then we expected - the girls in the office were very helpful and coordinated everything for us. 5 stars big time Highly recommended !!!! read more

I recently remodeled my kitchen and both bathrooms, and honestly, I'm blown away by how everything turned out. The bathrooms feel super modern and clean now -- exactly what I was hoping for.
