After filing a claim for vandalism we contacted JN Phillips Burlington for the installation. The passenger side window was completely smashed which unknown to us had damaged the window's regulator. The tech spent a great deal of time trying to get it working and even called his boss to help. After concluding there was a damaged part, the car was sent to the dealer. Dave kept in touch with me through text messaging until we had the new window installed. This team turned the worst night of my life into relief that my car was looking good again. Went here for a windshield replacement for my 2004 VW Jetta. It was very smooth and seemless. I called to make an appointment, and the representative helped set up an appointment for me and helped confirm coverage with my insurance company. I went there first thing on a Sat morning, and they were able to start working on my car right away after I got there. i've done business with them once.. 4 years ago.. but all i know is that they were darn good.. i drove up and easily made an appointment for the next day.. i dropped my car off and it was done with a matter of hours. they called me and told me it was finished. typical good service.. the new windshield was perfect, they took care of all the paperwork. definitely a place i would go to again if i was in burlington... right now they are the ONLY company in new england that will recycle your old glass! another reason to use them. read more

JN Phillips was great! Got a quickly developing windshield crack thanks to the road work in the summer and hot fluctuating temperatures. Called on Friday and arranged for an appointment on Monday....at my office! Didn't even need to bring my car into the shop. Sean from JN Phillips called me 3 minutes before the 10-2:30pm window they had gave me, and was as helpful and friendly as could be. Within 20 minutes, Sean had expertly replaced my windshield, reattached all the stickers and rearview mirror, and cleaned the glass. Incredibly easy and stress-free experience. my window was smashed, called them to schedule an appointment, they called my insurance, we spent 5 min on the phone it was all done. time was scheduled for the same day. I was 10 min late, but got a call inquiring if I was still coming. Made an appointment to have my windshield replaced, when I called to find out what time I was told between 2:30 & 3:30. At 4:00 I called again and I was told service was rescheduled to the next morning with no phone call or email after taking half the day off to be at home. Spoke to a manager and she said there was a glitch in the system but yet I had a confirmation number with the date and time of service. Would not recommend or use this company again. read more

I love JN Phillips! A corner of the rubber windshield border came off on my '04 Subaru Forrester and I stopped into JN Phillips to have it looked at. They were delightfully friendly and incredibly helpful! They glued down the rubber border (which it turns out was only cosmetic and not holding the windshield in) and didn't charge me anything! The Customer Service here is the WORST!!! I never received a confirmation call for my appointment. They never called me to let me know my car was ready. I had to call the store which apparently the number listed on the JN Phillips website was for the Chelmsford, MA store??? They said they would call me right back......nothing. So i called back they say ok its all set. I had requested that my wiper blades get replaced and when i went to go pick my car up i asked what i owed for the wiper blades in which she responds. Oh well we didnt have them for your car. Soooo no phone call to tell me that either? Or at least let me know that they couldnt do it when i picked it up? The women who works there is clearly incompetent to do her job which may explain why the phone calls go to Chelmsford. Get someone who can do a simple task of picking up the phone. I Gave it 2 stars because the Windsheild was replaced and seems like a good job. If this review was based on soley customer service i would give it negative 10 stars. read more

Excellent customer service - they dealt directly with my insurance company and I didn't have to do anything. They made a next day appointment on a weekend and came and fixed my windshield in MY OWN DRIVEWAY. I was able to drive my car within 1 hour of the installation. The customer service on the phone gets an A+, as does the service tech who installed my new windshield. read more
