They tried to charge my daughter $1500 for a repair that her car did not even need. Let that sink in. $1500 for something that was completely unnecessary. We took the car to another shop and were told there was nothing wrong with what they claimed. That is not a mistake, that is unacceptable. The lack of honesty and transparency here is alarming. There was no real explanation, no proof, just pressure to approve expensive work that made no sense. This is exactly how people get taken advantage of. On top of that, the behavior and attitude we experienced were completely unprofessional. It did not feel like they had the customer's best interest in mind at all. I have reported this business to the automotive bureau and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to think twice before coming here. Always get a second opinion. There are honest mechanics out there. This is not one of them. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the frustration and go somewhere else.

Adam spent 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining different options and sizes that I could put on my daughter's car. He was very knowledgeable about everything he talked about and said he would do some research of the best options for the car. I talked to him a couple hours later and he had found the best tires for my car at a great price. I took my daughter's car into a shop and 45 minutes later the car was done. My 65 impala was shaking after 40 miles so I jacked up the car and wiggle the driveshaft and noticed a little bit of play from transmission yoke to tranny. I took off the driveshaft but seem ok. I noticed my transmission rear copper seal that holds the yoke out off place. I just replaced that part less than 50 miles ago, took it to (driveshaft pro) spoke to a gentleman named Salvador, he clearly said my shaft was out of balance and the u-joints was old and bad. He offer to rebuild the same shaft but he recommended going a little bit larger and longer due to my 396 and 400th set up. I decided to move forward with the new shaft to match the same ratio is asking. 2 days later it was ready to pick up and affordable too. Today I installed the new shaft and took it for a test drive, MAN drives jet smooth. No wiggle or shaking. Nothing but power to my rear differential. I'll definitely recommend anyone seeking for help regarding rear ends or differential services.

Maybe it's just me but I feel like no one honors time anymore and to see someone opening their place of business early was refreshing to see. Someone else arrived at 7:28 and they were immediately helped. I drove it at 7:30 and I was out and on the road by 7:45! I thought this was going to set my morning back but it all worked out and I got to work early.
