Horrible customer service. Mailed in my Infrared light control module US priority mail on 1/23/25. It arrived on 1/27. It is now currently 2/13/25 and I still have no answer. They never reply to all emails. They reply to 1 out of every 5 emails. Only way you get an answers is with a pissed off email. I went from being told they received it and it is going through inspection to we never received it. My delivery receipt literally says it was delivered with proof. Now I have a sauna that does not work properly. My product is still under warranty but they treat you like trash. Hopefully they take care of this ASAP or I will be opening up a small claims court case for a faulty product, lack of customer service and make sure the judge tacks on all the filing fees, processing fees and my time fees. Just absolutely ridiculous how a company would let a problem get to this point. read more

I have had a JNH sauna for 8 years. The control pannel has broken twice JNH had the part and i have replace it $150 each time. The power pack broke about 2 years ago and i have been trying to get a new one from them for over a year without success. Very frustrating. I would not recomend JNH. read more

I've had this sauna 4 years without any problems except the special lightbulb not lasting for very long. But, this morning I used it and 10 min later, while I was in the shower, the glass door exploded! I've emailed the company and am waiting to hear. Dangerous! The glass shattered for no reason after a regular sauna session. I called JNH. They had no explanation as to why this could have happened. They had no replacement glass. They just told me to find someone to fix the glass. It was so disappointing that they cannot stand behind their product. Sauna glass should not shatter like this. I got in Yelp and noticed this happened to two other people. Also, I ordered the chromatography that has never worked. They sent a replacement bulb, and it still didn't work. read more

DANGER Do not buy their product! We owned it for a year before the glass shattered for no reason while in use. My husband was trapped in this small space. The glass proceeded to shatter down on him! For such an expensive product it should be safe and last longer. The company doesn't warranty their glass...which makes up 1/4 of the product! read more

BEWARE: JNH LIFESTYLES 3- person sauna. This proved to be a dangerous product. And this company does not make good on or stand behind a defective glass item. Woke this morning to a very loud noise like someone breaking into house. Went to investigate and found glass scattered all over our living room floor inside and outside the sauna with bits of glass from the sauna door all over the carpet even 10 feet away. In fairness, we purchased it in 2019 so we did get 5 good years of winter use and the heating elements operated well. Called customer service, explained what had happened, and guessed that we had owned the product "maybe 2 or 3 years" (I wasn't certain and was wrong, was not attempting to mislead, simply did not recall how long we'd had it). The flat answer was "it was purchased in 2019" and "It's out of warranty for any manufacturing defect). I explained that this product had been handled carefully and gently from assembly on a flat level surface in our living room through each (infrequent) use and that it had never been bumped or slammed, nothing had ever been leaned against it, or any other consumer-related source of failure. I explained that although fortunately no one was near at the time of the exploding glass, this is a safety issue as well as a "stand behind your product" issue and asked for replacement door. I was told that it would cost 300+ as well as shipping costs to get a new door. Very disappointed in this company's product longevity, safety, and customer service. I almost never complain about service issues and assume everyone does their best, things happen, etc.....but this was totally unacceptable. read more

I have had this sauna for the past two weeks and it has changed my life! It's my happy space every morning and evening. I meditate while in the sauna and after feel like I can concur anything. Buyer beware! The sauna does work and it works great for about 3 years. You will need to replace the heat panels some earlier than others but the cost is the same to purchase a brand new sauna. Each panel (if they have your size in stock) is just over $400.00 for each panel with multiple panels to replace. this was the price quoted through JNH and their out sourced providers. These prices are for the 2 person small sauna. It would be double for the larger saunas. Please, please do your research. This company is a sham and rude to work with. We have left messages and made many phone calls without one return call from the company. read more

Ugh.... I can't believe I'm that a&$hole that bought an in home sauna. Best. Decision. Ever. I placed my order on a Saturday, anticipating delivery in 10-14 days. On Monday morning received a phone call asking when I wanted to accept delivery. Whoa. Wednesday, I had a sauna at my house. Or more accurately, three brontosaurus sized boxes with the parts and pieces of a sauna. The description of the assembly was simple. It's tongue and groove with these buckles you snap in place. They say it takes two people an hour. Not exactly. My bf and I wrestled with this thing for well over two hours and came perilously close to dropping the 7000 pound glass front wall. When all was said and done, I was ready to fire this puppy up! Until I saw the plug... Not 15 amp compatible. Whoops. Initially I researched the 2 person models, which ARE compatible with a standard outlet. At the last moment after looking closely at the dimensions, I went with the 3 person. Guess I should have looked more closely at the electrical requirements. Sigh. Got the electrician out and immediately gave this bad boy a test drive. Best. Decision. Ever. My man and I are saunaing before work, after work, whenever we feel a little sore or like we need to unwind. The sauna itself is red cedar and glass and looks quite beautiful. It has speakers and a connector to plug into a phone, as well as a timer, a thermometer, and 8 heaters. It's self indulgent, and I couldn't be happier to be that a@&hole. read more

This information allows buyers to determine if the product is manufactured following State & Federal laws. Also, are they UL or VDE certified? Purchased the sauna and used in once in 3 years. It hasn't been working. But that wasn't an issue cause I could always use the sauna at the gym. However due to Covid gym closures I decided to finally get it fixed. Called the company and couldn't reach anyone. Called a local electrician who noticed that some of the wiring had frayed and after repairing that and getting electrical to function he suggested that the problem may be with the control board. After months of trying, I finally got a hold of someone from their company and ordered a new control board. Due to Covid, it took a while for the electrician to come back out to our home to make the installation. Upon opening the package he noticed that the board shipped to me was dented. I tried contacting the company but all my attempts to reach them just ended up in hours of hold music. Finally, I drove from OC to their location in Ontario which was closed. I found a number posted for their warehouse, called it and got to speak to a live person. After a series of text messages, trying different things and several pictures sent. I was told to contact their tech support - again, the same endless hold music experience and no live person. I want to return the useless control panel but am told that this has been past their 30 day return policy. OMG!!!! It has taken me more than 30 days and several attempts to just reach someone from this company. WARNING TO EVERYONE: This company does not support their products. If you ever have any problems, good luck trying to get it fixed. read more

DO NOT BUY!!! Wish I could give negative stars. I spent 3 grand on a sauna here and read their website reviews which I now realize must be a complete hoax!! I purchased the infrared sauna and was told I had 15 days to return the product. Now since I put the product together and turned it on, customer service is telling me I can't return it!! I didn't know it was such a piece of junk until I put it together!! Makes zero sense. I will be going on every site they have and make sure I post negative reviews so no one else ends up in the situation I am in now. I Have been waiting a week for them to return my calls and they won't. I now have a sauna repacked in my living room that is completely unusable. Most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I will be trying to proceed with some sort of legal action to get my money back for the bs I purchased. You sit in here for 30 minutes and don't sweat at the highest temperature!! I had never tried dry IFR saunas but I am hooked! Not only was the assembly very simple and the engineering of the parts and how they went together flawless, the price was very affordable. As for using the sauna - WOW!! My sauna has been just about the best addition to my health regiment besides just eating better. I use it just about every day and feel much better as I get a great sweat. What I really like about this sauna is you don't have to wait till it warms up because it's infrared sauna it's immediate. I've used these before and loved it. No issues with the local company I use it at. People call it "cheap" but it's Canadian Hemlock, not supposed to be a heavy wood and not necessary. Nice temperature and light experience. I use it to sweat out my toxins. read more

Unreliable product - power source failed two times in less than two years resulting in unit not functioning. I purchased one of their most expensive products -JNH zero EMF four person sauna. Their customer support is nonexistent. Their robotic "customer service" responses to their inferior, non working products is reminiscent of a blend of DMV service and waiting for the cable company. Alex- the customer service supervisor and "gatekeeper"refuses to name the company owner or connect to a technical service person. Erika -the company manager is unreachable. Poor products and rude customer service - there are many other sauna companies to choose. I now have a sauna which simply takes up space in my home and is not usable. read more

My 2 person Far Infrared sauna was the best investment I have ever purchased in several years now. Definitely worth the price! It arrived in perfect condition and JNH Lifestyles even went out of their way to call me just to make sure that everything's ok with my purchase. The reason why it's a definite must-have is its ability to help me detoxify and loose weight. Before I started using the sauna, I weighed 237 lbs and after just 3 weeks with 30 minutes session each, I'm now a fitter 209 lbs! The product is great but I have had two panels fail on me. But the customer service is horrendous. I am constantly chasing down my rep for information, its been over a month since I first contacted JNH. The first replacement looks to be delivered somewhere else (no fault of JNH), but the replacement to get shipped out and get the tracking information was just painful. Most companies will send you out this information as the process flows through the correct procedure but in this case, I am constantly checking up on when I can use my sauna again. It's tough for a my sauna to get up to temp with 1 busted heater but with 2 I cant even hit a 100 degrees. read more
