I wanted face framing highlights, I already had natural streaks of blonde in my light chestnut hair, which I loved I wanted them filled in around my face and wanted her to "blend" my highlights. Well, I don't know if she was rushed for time or needs more experience with blonde color highlights, but when I was finished.,$280.00 later, I was not happy. My hair looked darker, my highlights were now gone, and my hair had a reddish tint to it. 3 hours wasted, not to mention I hated my new color, and regretted having it done. For $95, Cyan cut off 3 inches as opposed to the .5 (yes HALF) an inch that I requested. I asked for just a trim and clean up my long layers. The haircut is choppy, totally uneven, when I put it in a ponytail (which is pretty much all the time in summer!) there's one random strand dangling out that looks totally ridiculous. This was one of the biggest wastes of money ever. I could have gotten a better haircut for $25 at a beauty school.

I returned for another facial last month and met with a different gal; very sweet, but provided the most unenthusiastic spa service I've ever received. Again - an absolutely fabulous facial, but left me lying on the table for 5 - 10 minutes at a time in between treatments. I don't remember the name of the spray tan artist, but she was phenomenal. At least for me, it takes a lot to make me feel comfortable and confident naked in front of strangers, but she was great. I had never felt so at ease or confident in a beauty situation before. She made you feel safe and comfortable and explained every aspect of the appointment. The tan looked amazing right after and for the week that followed, but didn't last as long as ones I'd had in the past fading and peeling in spots, although this could be due to my prep and aftercare. Either way, I've already recommended this place to multiple people for the price, quality, and of course the quality of service.
