We booked a maternity/newborn package with Jessica. Let me just say that she is such a sweet…read moreperson, her pricing is affordable and her work is really good BUT I wasn't very satisfied with the service. During our maternity and newborn session she seemed liked she needed a lot of guidance from her colleague and seemed unsure of what shots to take. She gave me the impression that she didn't know what she was doing and it seemed unprofessional. We received our maternity photos within the timeframe she mentioned but it took more than a month for us to receive our newborn photos. On top of that, she got my baby's name wrong on the gallery. It was a completely different name even though I texted it to her! Our package also included birth announcements which she designed but it took even longer for us to receive them! I had to remind her about them more than once! She didn't consult with us on the design, she just kind of did her own thing with it. I would've liked to see a proof or something before she finished it. When I finally got them I wasn't completely satisfied with them but at that point I didn't want to deal with returning and redesigning them. Overall, I liked how our pictures turned out but I don't think I would book her again.

She was only 10 days old when she had her photoshoot. She had the cutest props and was well prepared for anything my daughter was going to throw at her, including peeing on her hand! Lyka stayed professional and just laughed it off! She is the most patient photographer I have ever met! And this is especially important for newborns as they can get fussy real quick.
