I was very excited to visit! It was disappointing to see none of the staff had a mask in sight. I enjoyed the food, but my butter beer latte frankly didn't have a hint of butter beer. just iced coffee!!! I would have given a higher review if it weren't for lack of respect from administrative staff with their response to my family's input. Food was ok but no one wore a mask. Management/owner is rude. Try just love. Looking through the comments, the owner has attacked anyone who has a poor opinion of the place. That is NOT the way to win customers. He also seems to have a blatant disregard for public health as we witnessed. Not one employee wore a mask, washed their hands or kept it out of their dirty hair. My egg on my avocado toast was crispy. It was an over cooked hockey puck! The coffee was HORRIBLE as many people have said. And it was overpriced. And also using copyrighted names and then claiming it tastes like it's supposed to. Dude, Starbucks doesn't have a coffee named butter beer because they don't want to be sued! You claim they do but it's a bs web claim of a secret menu. Why a secret menu??? So they don't get sued. They need to clean up their act and be nice. Even if people disagree with you. Just be nice. I'd much rather spend my money at just love or another local spot. And $50 for 3 to have breakfast is a bit much for the quality. It wasn't even good. read more

This Red Bicycle location only recently opened and this was my first visit to any Red Bicycle. I was greeted as I entered. I ordered the Butter Beer Latte and waited about 5 minutes for my order. The latte was very good! I took it to go, but I plan to visit again when I have more time to dine in and try more menu items. read more

We had an incredibly frustrating time at Red Bicycle for my sister's birthday. It was extremely crowded and loud in the restaurant, which was both annoying and a little concerning considering COVID! All of our food was brought out cold, and they scammed us on my order. I asked for the veg-out scramble, which is listed on the menu for $8, but they hanged us over $12 for it. On our receipt, it said we had ordered the Go-to scramble, also $8, taken away the meat, and added red pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, and spinach, each for an additional charge ranging from 50 cents to a dollar. When I asked our waitress about this, she said that's how all of their orders work and walked away. They also forgot my coffee, and when I finally got it, the espresso was burnt. I don't normally roast restaurants like this, but our experience was pretty awful! Also, I saw on another review that the owner replied very rudely to criticism so let me go ahead and say: that's not how you run a business. Don't come at me. read more

Food was good, but there are plenty of places to eat with good food and they value my health. There was a total disregard for health. The manager and none of the employees were wearing masks. There was no attempt at keeping the place sanitized. I have eaten here probably two or three times and food was good, but this total not following any rules from CDC or state of TN will never see me again. Visiting from out of town for a few days and stopped by this restaurant a couple Of times and takeout a few times as well. Enjoy the local atmosphere and ability to tailor the food a la carte. Love the crepes here but noticed today that there may some flaking from the iron skillet (Presuming). Hard to tell but overall great experience and atmosphere. Would recommend that you try and support this establishment if u are in the area and want some crepes and coffee in the morning from a local spot. Nice to sit in a coffee shop again. read more

So I have seen this place so many times on postmates and finally decided to give it a try. They had me at butterbeer coffee honestly. I ordered through postmates. I ordered a large hot butterbeer coffee, a large cookies and cream coffee and the breakfast tacos with bacon and extra cheese. I didn't expect much but I wanted to try something different. My order arrived and I tried both coffees and both were slightly more bitter than I like my coffee to be but next time I will request extra sugar. The tacos...let's talk about those tacos!! I just wanted something breakfasty but OMG. Two tacos LOADED with fluffy perfect scrambled eggs and mixed with bacon and cheese, perfectly soft tortillas and some amazing salsa. I am not a big salsa person and I don't like spicy food. (I love the flavors but not the heat). This salsa put what was already an amazing dish over the top. It added just the right kick and flavors and because they put it on the side I could make it to my liking. Seriously the BEST breakfast tacos I have ever had. A bit more sugar in the coffee and we would have the best 5* breakfast in the boro. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you! read more

dissapointed. Went for Mother's Day. I was craving a mimosa and they had them so I ordered 1 'light on the OJ'. I dont care for a heavier mix. I received and it was certainly not light on the oj. I questioned it saying that I had ordered light and the response was we can't do it that way we're told we have to do it half an hour. So if that's the case why was I not told when I first ordered? The person that gave me that answer was the same one that took my order. I would not have ordered. So I then asked well can I just get a glass of champagne. They do sell wine there so I thought that would be a good option to resolve. The answer was no we cannot sell it by the glass. I don't understand that as they do sell wine by the glass and champagne is a wine so what's the problem? I didn't know. My brunch then came, I had ordered a crêpe. The crêpe was very thick, in my experience they have always been extremely thin which is how I like them. There was also very little topping. Nothing in the crepe and just a little bit of sausage and sauce on top. It also came out Luke warm as if it had been sitting for sometime before being served. The others in my party were also disappointed. This was our first trip and will probably be the last. I literally live right around the corner from this place so it's too bad. read more

Went here for the first time for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was. I got the hot chicken sandwich which was 2 large chicken tenders between buttery garlic toast. It was not over spicy at all like I was expecting but still delicious. My friend got the hot chicken quesadilla which was huge, cheesy and the chicken on that was spicy. Oh my goodness it was so good. Another person in our group got the club and it was loaded with turkey, ham and bacon (yum) and he said it was really good. We will definitely be going back. read more

My wife and I love this place! The owner and staff are very nice and welcome you with a smile and you can actually see their smiling faces. which my wife and truly enjoy. All the mask wearing wears us out, no pun intended. The food is always fresh and amazing. Their burgers are some of the best in town but everything we have had here is excellent. i got an almond milk latte and cinnamon roll french toast from here and it was disgusting. the coffee was so bitter and had wayyyy too much expresso. the cinnamon roll french toast was SO MUCH food and really sugary. i didnt like either and definitely threw up multiple times after eating here. my friends say it's good so that's why it's 2 stars instead of one. read more
