However, they had some brand refurbished Bissell's there for around $70 so I bought one to replace my Phantom. The staff there are very thorough and very pleasant to work with. Once you walk through the wide entrance, you'll likely be greeted by someone folding underwear, lost in conversation with another employee. This is good if you want to be left alone to shop, but not so good when you're left standing at the checkout, trying to flag someone down so you can pay and be on your way. The store is kept relatively organized, but depending on the time of year, you may arrive to find it in shambles. Also, depending on what you're looking for, you may be able to find it easily or you may be out of luck. This place definitely doesn't have something for everyone and honestly... VS needs to get it together. You don't carry a size XL in your most basic af panties and your XL is comparable to everyone else's size M. I stopped buying bras here forever ago and if it wasn't for their super dope sales (like 10 pairs of underwear for $35, score!), I wouldn't be here at all. I'd really like to see VS step into 2019 by offering sizes for the everyday woman. Until then, I imagine this store will continue to stay put in the mall, but I doubt the experience gets any better.
