Loved that extra little bit of care because nothing drives me crazier than trying to find an envelope and pen in my car because there's nothing but a key drop slot in the door in so many other places. They think of the little things. I had made my appointment online a couple of weeks before using one of the flyers that came in the mail, I scanned the QR code. I did put it in my phone as a reminder however I actually put in the wrong day, I would have been a day late however they sent me a reminder text to let me know that hey your appointment is coming up. Amazing, and very timely! I spoke mainly with Brandon and in all my years I have never spoken to any car repair place and receive such great service. He listened to my concerns as I have a few because my car is older. They kept me apprised of every step of the way. From initial diagnostics, when they finish them they sent me a link that took me to a website but not only detailed information about what needed to be done, but also recommendations with PICTURES to show what they were talking about. I was able to show them to my brother who was mechanic in New Jersey he said I see their concern and he agreed on their diagnostics, but we're getting rid of the car within a year so no need to do those things right now. When I spoke to Brandon we talked about what needed to be done for the inspection, the things that I wanted to have done extra including the oil and having an A/C repaired, and there was zero hard sell of any of the other options that were recommended but not needed at time of service. I have never had such an amazing experience at a mechanic shop in all my years and I can guarantee I will never go to another auto repair shop as long as I live in this area, I finally found the best mechanics around and trust me I've been to probably just about all of them including dealerships. They are absolutely outstanding and it didn't matter who I spoke to on the phone they were great, Brandon stood out as exceptional. Thank you Ross for the detailed Diagnostics.

I always thought they did a good job on his car so I decided to get my auto repair work done there too. Murray's Auto Service has always done excellent work for me too. They explain what is wrong and what's involved in fixing it. When I pick up my car they will even go over everything and show me the parts if I want. They have always been nice to me and I have never had a problem with the mechanics, the work they did or what they charged. I never had to take my car back after a repair because something wasn't right. I feel safe when I drive away. There are people still taking there car repairs to Murray's that where there when my dad first started going there. I've met them dropping my car off. Everyone I've talked to feels the same as I do. Another thing I noticed was the vendors that supply them like the people that work at Murray's and I've even seen other local mechanics come to Murray's to use equipment or borrow a tool. I also saw they treat everyone the same. Doesn't matter if you are a long time customer or stopping by the first time. If you go there, they are in the rear of the building and it's best to turn on School Lane and enter the rear parking lot. I say that because there's a daycare place there and other businesses. If you enter from Main St and go back along the right side of the building it can have a lot going on. I hope this helps and you give them a try. I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Definitely looping in BBB, and also Audi of America to let them know what kind of business they are partnering with.
