Great service and very reasonable price on a new set of tires (Toyo Celsius) for our Toyota Prius…read more I called around to a couple of places and was pleased to talk with Gills Point S Tires. Salesperson listened to our needs and gave us a couple of options, quoted prices, assured us the tires were in stock. We made a reservation for the next day, and within an hour they installed the new tires, also checked the alignment, honored the price they quoted on the phone. No fuss. Very clean and professional. All in all a very positive experience, particulary since the staff broke down the specific details about the tires we were purchasing.

I'd give them ZERO or negative stars if I could. Their technicians are incompetent and they…read morecouldn't care less about customer service. They not only botched my oil change but refused to fix the problem they created in a timely fashion. I had to have my car towed elsewhere to have the oil change redone. They'll try and upsell you aggressively. They tried to sell me on a $1,200 complete brake overhaul that I didn't need. They also sold me on windshield wiper replacements. Only minutes after paying for this add on, OOPSIE, they didn't have the correct windshield wiper in stock. Rather than offer to refund my money, they told me they'd "call me" to come back for installation once they had the part. One thing I can guarantee them -- I won't be coming back. EVER.

Many years ago, I bought an almost-new 2005 Toyota Prius. That was the best car I've ever owned…read more Atomic Auto was a newer business back then, but they specialized in the Prius, and they took good care of my car. Eventually I sold the Prius (over 200k on the original battery, and going strong!). I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Volt, and got into the habit of having the Tonkin Chevrolet dealership maintain it (I recall I checked and Atomic Auto wasn't in a position to do work on it back then). But over the years, the dealership kept increasing their prices, and I just wasn't happy. So, I decided to go back to Atomic Auto. I'm glad I did. First off, I like how they have invested in simple technology/tools. They have a good system to text with you, so that you don't need to get on the phone. I love that. Their system includes photos, and detailed notes. Also, I like that they have an after-hours drop-off, *and* an after-hours pick-up. I also have found them to be honest in terms of the services. As my old Prius aged, I was getting an occasional error. They told me what was going on, and gave me a low-cost way to maintain it (spraying some mass airflow spray into the intake). It helped keep that guy on the road (heck, it's probably still driving today). Finally, I have found their services to be complete. I complained to the dealership about a super-obvious sound coming from my wheels when I turned, and the dealership said they couldn't re-create it (which seems sus, since it was super obvious and re-creatable). I didn't even mention it to Atomic, but they picked up on it during a test drive, and diagnosed it easily. I'm looking forward to keeping my Volt going for many years to come with the help of this crew.

Had main battery replaced several years ago in my 2010 Prius. That wiped out the OEM head unit…read more Replaced it with CarPlay (ick). Got new iPhone recently. Had to update firmware. This requires two working USB ports. Come to find out, the auxiliary USB(s) don't work. I'm hoping it's a fuse but I doubt it. The person who replaced the battery did not know what HE was doing. Obviously!
