On a road trip today, a service light popped up on our 2015 Tourareg and rolled into their service department at 5:15 ( they close at 6). We'd called ahead and as we pulled up, they opened the door for us without even having to get out of the car. The service area BTW was immaculate. Ryan was our All Star service guy who coordinated the fellow who checked out our car and cleared the codes. Ryan and the other service guy then went over the possible reasons for the codes and other helpful tips with my husband. All at no charge and we are back on the road! Thanks Ryan and crew! read more

Saw a used (CPO) EV on their website and went in and purchased same day. High-pressure sell to buy into the expanded aesthetic coverage packages that, on second thought, I am likely to cancel. Financing process was easy/straightforward. True to the motto the people I met there were nice. And I do like the car that I bought and know I got a good deal considering its upgrades. Most disappointing and somewhat unforgivable thing, however, is that the previous owner of the car is still registered as the primary user and I have been unable to remove their account, uninstall their preferences, or update the car even to the current time zone. (The "clean swipe" should have been part of the thorough 100-point inspection process so it makes me wonder what else was missed...) I am having to make a second trip back to the dealer to get the car serviced and fully transferred over to me. (Good thing I'm not buying gas anymore LOL.) I get that I am driving a computer on wheels but a hard reset seems like one of the easiest things to do for your customers before you send them home with a new-to-them vehicle. I will think about updating this review once everything's been taken care of. read more

Purchased a 2025 VW Jetta in December 2025 from DH. Was used with 5,000 miles. Was told I had two free service appointments. I made an appointment because my windshield wipers would intermittently go off. I was about 12,000+ miles so they did my 20,000 service at that time which was #1 free service. As soon as I left that appointment the windshield wipers went off- mind you I was dealing with a service advisor who had poor communication and I had multiple calls out to that staff. Finally I was told he no longer worked at that location. Anywho- I needed my vehicle for family trips due to bike and kayak racks so made appointment for wipers almost 1.5months out. For the past few weeks the wipers have not gone off. Let's leave well enough alone. I called to change appointment last week to take off wiper issue but let's do a free oil change. Gal on phone placed me on hold for 30+minutes to verify service would be free and said she spoke with advisor who said it would. I came to appointment early. Waited to get into bay- had to retell advisor what I was there for because my confirmation email said 20,000 mile service and I knew I just wanted an oil change. Said ok- I waited 45 minutes to be told service would not be free and I could wait another hr for service manager to show to discuss. Can we also talk about my last week appointment at DH for my son's VW? Basically if all of the right questions over the phone where asked I wouldn't have wasted my time for that appointment - which I was on time for last Friday but DH sent me an email Sunday am stating I did not keep my appointment with them. Disorganized and a waste of my time. I have previously had terrible experiences with DH at other local service departments as well. It is a shame that name dominates our local car dealerships. I will take my service elsewhere and never step foot in DH again. read more

Go somewhere else. I don't think they negotiate in good faith. Went here to look at cars a few times, ended up buying one (my first EV). The whole way they approached sales really soured me on them. - I said I'd buy the EV car if the charger and adapter were included, since I was looking at other used cars that included those. They said that was possible-- then during paperwork it wasn't. They could sell me the parts full price. When I declined they said they could knock the cost of the parts off of the car (they'd just said the parts were $650). I agreed but then their paperwork had $450. When I pointed out the difference it was like they hadn't heard me. - The sales manager then had the gall to take credit for my credit score. He told me he "got" and "made" my good finance rate. I reminded him I could pay outright and didn't need to take out a loan; I was taking out the loan because that was the original trade-off for getting those parts. Also, he didn't "get" me the APR, as if he'd crafted it like baking and decorating a cake: he plugged in my credit score and some terms, and a system spat it out for him. He didn't earn my credit score for me; he didn't program the finance system used by a massive bank. Genuinely unsure if he'd have been patronizing like that if I'd had a man with me. - We were going through signing when I saw a $9 change in price. I asked if it was an accounting error. I don't care about an amount that small, but I care about accuracy. The sales manager said he "can't check how much the licensing and fees are beforehand." It's flatly unture that a car dealership can't know the licensing and fees until the very end of contracting. The DMV doesn't make that a mystery, only revealing the secret number at tge end. So, either incompetent or intentionally obfuscating. - They'd said the car would have a set of all-weather mats. When the car was delivered it was missing the cargo mat. (It also had a few small broken and miscellaneous plastic parts from who knows where, plus a box with a spot for the charger, but instead it was partly filled with incomplete pieces of an emergency kit. Maybe that's par for the course and they use sold cars as a way to offload junk they don't want, who knows.) I asked where the cargo mat was. They said VW never made a cargo mat for it. Wrong: I sent them a link to the cargo mat on the VW parts/accessories website. In so many words they said that was a "me problem." The nicer of the two sales reps said he'd "keep an eye out for one." I won't hold my breath. They're a VW dealership, I'm sure they can figure out how to get VW parts when they want to. - If you even skim the paperwork and terms, the sales manager will act like you're exasperating. I'm not signing away tens of thousands of dollars without even looking at it. Especially when they nudged prices around between drafts. - One of the two key fobs they gave me was dead. It was just sloppy on their part to not even verify if the key fobs worked. - Other small things I can't fit in the review. Lower EV charge on delivery, that kind of thing. I'd just shrug it all off but cumulatively it made a pattern. The play-acting of car negotiating is fine and expected. What I don't like, at all, is having them agree to things and then try to walk it back on the sly. Or, give me dead or broken things. Or trying to rush someone through paperwork. I don't know now if the cargo mat, key fob battery, and other things were just pettiness. They'll agree to things and then tweak it on the paperwork, but act inconvenienced when you read the paperwork. Because shocker, it does inconvenience them, when you call them on changes or ask questions. At least Garrett was easygoing overall and polite. I can at least say that as a positive. But I still recommend buying somewhere else. read more

I have lived in the Vancouver area now for just over 2 years and I had taken my VW in to this service center for oil changes, leaks, tuning, etc. Mainly maintenance visits. This last time will be my last. My engine started smoking on my way to work one Wednesday so they recommended I have the car towed to them, which I did. They determined I had a coolant leak near one of the cylinders. The car didn't pass rear wheel alignment and two of the tires needed replacing. One of the parts wasn't in stock so they told me they would need a couple of days to procure it. I told them to proceed and requested the routine oil change and a timing chain tension test. After that initial contact, I never heard from them again until 3 days later when the car was ready to pick up. A courtesy text and a little consideration would have been so easy and would have saved them this review. That Saturday when I came in to pick it up, no one knew anything about my car other than the amount I owed them. If I hadn't asked for the results of the tension test which cost $100, I would never have known because it wasn't on the repair invoice. The service agent had to call a mechanic in to tell her the results and he didn't even make eye contact with me. Just her. After bringing the car home I saw what I thought was new curb rash on my rims. It was some kind of white goop they must have used when installing the new tires. That's going to be fun to remove. Not very professional to say the least. I think the positive experiences I had here make this one so much worse by contrast. In any case, the damage is done and I will not return. read more

Horrible experience with service. Scheduled an appointment to have a faulty part replaced on my 1 year old car. I was told that it would take no more than an hour. I understand that from time to time the replacement of a part may take longer than expected and that is fine. After 2 hours I went in to get an update. The woman working in service was visibly frustrated that I was bother her. After she consulted with someone else they jokingly told me that they were replacing the part for the third time. Again that in itself was not a big deal. But the manner in which they treated me and laughed at the fact it was taking so long was really frustrating. My time is extremely important to me. Even if it isn't to you at least pretend that it is. I have been driving Volkswagen for my entire adult life because of the customer service. This dealership does not live up to the companies reputation. Never going back. read more

I was very sour on Volkswagen after my experience with a car I purchased at Lithia VW in Salem, Or. I share a part of the fault with my ignorance about the dpf issue the car they sold me had but the lack of communication from them, the misleading, the lack of transparency was enough to make me suspicious of the entire make. The people at Dick Hannah VW in Vancouver, Wa completely turned that around. The service department has been nothing but straight up the whole time and they really went the extra mile to make sure I had all the information I would need to make an informed choice. The technicians there are top notch and even though I live much further away from them, I'll still take my new car to see Vlad to get serviced. What could improve.......Everything!!! Put a new engine in a 2010 GTI that lasts longer than 25,000 miles. We serviced and was take care of. Said out of warranty, new engines are on permeant back order if a new engine comes in it would be $13000. They put the new engine 25,000 miles ago!!!! Because of their mistake/recall. Engine dash codes never came on and they said car didn't throw codes for them. Wouldn't drive if an engine light/oil light came on. Frustrated lost customer. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. We purchased a brand new Atlas in 2021 and started noticing issues with our brakes when going downhill in 2022. Took the car in for service and they found nothing wrong while it was under warranty. Took it in again in 2025 since the break issue has gotten worse and now they say it has warped rotors. Pretty sure the car had bad rotors from the start but it's now out of warranty and they're asking us to pay almost $1,000 on top of the $50,000 purchase price. read more

My experience from start to finish has been amazing here. This is a little bit longer of a review because it was pretty challenging. My 2019 atlas had to be towed into the service department and my steering column had went out. I purchased this vehicle originally from Carmax in Vancouver, but Dick Hannah took care of all of the maintenance. Ryan and the service department was great. Unfortunately, the part was not available and when the fourth month came around, I requested an escalation and Abby his manager took over helping me. I emailed Volkswagen Corporate and Brandon reached out to me to help me get into a new vehicle.Alex in the sales department took it from there getting me to the finish line and getting into a 2024 atlas with all the same features. My four-year-old son has autism so they were features in my old Atlas that really helped us on road trips. Cooper Alex's manager was able to help assist in getting exactly what we needed and Zane helped seal the deal with financing. I want to thank Alex for being so helpful and not giving up. My whole experience with Volkswagen has been one that I am very satisfied with. I had no intention of getting another Volkswagen, but the way they honored they helped make everything right with no cost out of my pocket is very honorable. I bought a used Audi. It came with a 12 month warranty which is why I bought it from a dealership. 3 Months and 2 weeks in, it breaks. It's under warranty I thought, all good. I call them up, ask about the warranty and they schedule the service. Then they tell me that the warranty for this ran out 2 weeks ago, and oh, they'd happily fix it for well north of $1000. The twelve month warranty only covered broken fucking hoses and the like. It didn't cover expensive repairs. They sell me a lemon, then try to make bank on it off me. After calling around, I made an appointment up here and drove 70 miles. They didn't tack on any scammy "engine rejuvenation" charges, they gave us a Taos loaner for the day, and threw in a free car wash card. They were polite, transparent, and timely. I must say, everyone was extremely kind, friendly, and professional. They took the time to get to know our situation and offer a few options to pick fr. We were able to trade in our 2017 Jetta lease with 35000 miles over the limit for a brand new 2020 Jetta for the same monthly payment. They definitely were able to get us the best deal possible and were very transparent throughout the whole process and let us have a choice of a few different cars. I bought a brand new 2019 Jetta in March of 2019. Currently the car is a year old, with a whopping 5,000 miles! Buying process was quick and good aside of the pressure they put on me to quickly sign a lease. I decided on an old fashion car loan, and to purchase a brand new car. Because I don't have time to deal with any problems a used car may have, and... if there is something wrong with it, it's brand new, they will have to give me a loaner car if there were any issues while they fix it... RIGHT? Well... I was WRONG! So far I've had dead battery, dead car remote, windows not going up and down... and now my infotainment center is down. One thing after another. Oh and I also went in for an oil change, at 3,000 miles before a long road trip I had planned. Ya know, so I don't get suck in the middle of no where alone. Apparently oil checks are only valid at 5,000 miles or a year of having the car. I questioned them and they assured me it wasn't necessary. While on my road trip, oil light came on... of course in the middle of no where while I sweated it out to the nearest gas station to buy oil. I was so upset! Why didn't they top off the oil! Absolutely ridiculous! But I call, service department is glad to make an appointment for me, and offer me a loaner car rental for $25 a day! WHAT A DEAL! Keep in mind my experience when buying a car from here. I hope y'all have better luck than I am having! *I thought I posted this review, I apparently I never did. Ended up selling the LEMON of a car back to VW taking a huge loss, then taking my business to Armstrong VW. Couldn't be happier with the car I bought through them. Buyer beware and probably better to find a vehicle somewhere else. They showed a value for my car in THEIR online system and then when we went in they tried to offer me $5K less not because of additional damage on my car but, because their used car manager just didn't agree with THEIR value. It would be a bait and switch if they didn't have a bit of verbiage on their site that says it isn't a commitment to buy at that value. It still left me with wasting my time to drive up there and wait for them to try to screw me. Of course they wouldn't come off the value of their car at all even though there was no way to actually guess the value because it was heavily modified. There are plenty of dealers in the Portland Metro area and I would recommend you steer clear of this one. It just isn't worth trying to do business with a dealer that isn't just looking for a reasonable profit they have to destroy the buyer on every deal. I love VWs. I'm on my second one. However I just don't like the dealerships or their finance company and my experience with Dick Hannah reminded me of that. Zane was the sales person I got in with and he seems like a decent guy. I liked him. The finance person on the back end of things who seemed to be actually working with lenders and crunching numbers... I only was able to talk to briefly, however he sounded like he legitimately was interested in what might be best for me. Jacob the finance manager was just... No. Jacob was much more of what I have seen in Other VW dealerships and epitomized what I disliked about dealing with them. It's inauthentic. He feels like he's putting on a show... he swoops in over the top friendly and 'hyped' about your purchased. 'Do you LOVE it?!!!' he asked about the car... 'What can we DO to make this deal for YOU tonight!' When I was clear that I was only looking for information and I was just considering he continues to push and push, and then as the over the top happy facade fades and he falls into a 'I'm only tolerating you at this point' energy it more like he's irritated because your sticking to your guns on wanting to think over the offers and IF this is in your best interest. 'This deal is only good for today.' No. It's not. 'We're doing you a favor because we like you!' Are you though? I left. I went to a non-VW dealership I had worked with in the past. Same year make and model of car, With better options, 20k fewer miles and for $1000 less than Hannah. Additionally the other dealership offered me $5500 MORE for my trade. I got the payment and terms I wanted as well, which Jacob made me feel were totally unrealistic... IF you are consider these guys, don't fall for the show they put on and be firm you are only there to shop. pretty sure if you look in the right places you'll find a better deal and more authentic people there to help you. read more

Update: It's most certainly in a business owner's best interest to take critique seriously. It's also in a business owner's best interest to adhere to standards and practices of customer service when dealing with a customer. I'm only voicing opinions on public forum. First and foremost if you wish to cite facts, it's best to actually convey the facts as they are! As an opinion though, if it was challenging for a big name dealership to value a potential prospect, that's a red flag. You deal with vehicles daily and I put my good faith in detailing what I knew about the vehicle ahead of time. Problems as well as fixes plus the value of said fixes. I also understand that as a big name business, your aim is to make profits. I understand the vehicle was in rough shape but it's been the most reliable vehicle I've ever driven. What I was telling the staff, after arriving mind you, that we had some issues (the wheel bearing going out). Over exaggerating the condition of things isn't in my best interest. After the 'inspection' all of that was taken into consideration with the verbal estimate by the manager. As for the facts, you may speak with I believe Nick? Your associates weren't the most keen on giving their names. There was no over the phone quote and my texts represent that. He merely stated that we can come in for an inspection to value the car so that's what we did. It was AFTER this inspection that a verbal offer was given. Not to mention you've made no mention of the misrepresentation of the vehicle purchased that day. All of the 'hard work' you claim to have had to put in to negotiate a sale was strictly due to the misrepresentation. Had things occurred as we were quoted, there wouldn't have been these issues. We were informed the year was 2016 and the mileage was 84xxx miles and that our trade in would count towards the down payment. What we got was a 2013 with over 120xxx miles. Pretty big difference that was only noticed after the paperwork had been gone through. Since we had to sign over our trade first, we had to commit. I don't think anybody wants to walk from Vancouver to Portland with baggage. If you wish to keep making yourself look bad and as a representation of your company, making your company look bad, that's on you. I'd highly suggest brushing up on your customer service skills as well as your accountability. As I've stated before, we don't wish to deal with your company anymore outside of what's been negotiated. We only need to deal with the lender. I'll not be coerced into changing my mind about the interaction. Again, this is a public forum and these are my opinions. Trying to dodge accountability and place it on your customers doesn't help. As for the interior, yes it was smoked in and there was a bit of filth. Some panels were also slightly out of alignment or moved. One of them missing and that was the panel to cover the stereo. The rear panel was never placed back on either. The car had been treated with soundproofing material. However I'm if I'm understanding this correctly, you have people on payroll to detail the vehicles. As for the interior damage, I've given you a quote in regards to how much it would cost for the repairs. As the manager stated over text, your resources for bringing the vehicle up to par is easier for a company like yours. If I, an individual without said resources, can do it for cheaper, that says a lot. As a consumer, I'm doing you a huge favor. Learn from it and do better if you wish to 'make amends'. None of these vague and fake pleasantries. Patronizing people doesn't help either. This is not buyer's remorse either. In theory, yes the new vehicle should come with less headaches. Due to the circumstances though and how this is going, I'm more than a bit nervous we traded the devil we know for the devil we don't. read more

I came to the dealer with a specific used Atlas Cross Sport in mind that I'd seen online, Isaac Ringering helped me find a brand new one that had more features that I wanted for a similar price and then explained I'd also have the benefit of a great warranty with a new car also. I would like to also mention Jacob Treacy who was extremely helpful in explaining the financing and working with me to make the whole buying experience one of the best I've ever had - and I've owned plenty of cars in my life! they do not sell to out of state customers that do not need their financing. they add almost $1700 in extra fees on all vehicles of surface protection and vehicle theft registration. surface protection is claimed as clear coat but when asked further its just a car wash. they are dishonest and should not be trusted. do not sign anything they force on you claiming it needs to be done to buy the car. they have no knowledge of vehicles and only care about financing despite telling them I have the full amount in cash. read more

I had a very unfortunate experience here at Dick Hannah Volkswagen. Im a young woman so I'm not sure if they thought they could take advantage of me once I saw them face to face, but I was let down and lied to in order to get me in the door. I had my entire deal worked out prior to making the trip down on a work night and when I got there everything I was promised was a lie. I had pre applied for financing, gave them the information on my trade in, told them everything I was looking for and the exact payment amount I needed to stick to. I was told by the rep that after the credit pull I was green lighted and making my deal happen would be "so easy" with all of the incentives VW was offering. Once I got there my agent I worked the entire deal with was with another client, they gave me someone new which was fine, but this person was not debriefed on any aspect of the deal we discussed prior to me arriving. I was promised with confidence that the deal was possible, payment range was possible, and that it could EASILY happen. After the test drive my new agent presented me with payments $200 above what I agreed to. The sales manager came out and treated me like I was an imbecile and he "did not see the payment I discussed with the agent" like I was trying to pull a fast one. I then found proof of the communication and agreement so he went back in to see what he could do. He came back to let me know it was nowhere near possible even though I had pre applied for financing and was promised the deal prior to making an hour trip down there. I wasted my whole evening and was brought to tears in exhaustion. I unfortunately could not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Pros: We had a great car salesman named Zane Al-Salem. If it wasn't for him, we would of never flown up for our truck. He was consistent, polite, and very professional. I am not a fan of flying and especially with COVID. Zane was helping us and checking in with us to get papers sent so we could sign and have someone drive the truck back. Sent us videos to see the truck. Due to an issue with his horrible finance manager, we had to fly up to sign papers and drive the truck back. Zane was professional and called us to explain us papers were being fixed (which he sent us a photo of the change) and would pick us up from the airport. He was on time and everything was very clean. We dealt with Justin in finance when we got there. He changed the paperwork with the correct APR and loan amount. I recommend working with Zane and Justin when doing a transaction here. They are calm and not pushy. They were helpful and professional. I felt extremely safe how everything was also setup with COVID restrictions. I would give 5 stars except I had to deal with one person who was horrible. Cons: Avoid working with Mike Siegel. He is the worst finance manager I have ever dealt with. I have bought cars from dealerships and has always negotiated by email prior to coming in. He was very unprofessional. Tried to rush us making a large purchase. Sent us paperwork without discussing money down or what our interest rate. We kept calling and he was avoiding our calls. Finally got him on the phone to tell us "it's not a big deal with a higher interest rate and to pay on the principal". I was pre-approved by my bank. He called and got the interest rate fixed but told me to sign the papers he would fix them internally. NEVER would I sign legal documents that were wrong. He had no idea where the papers were sent. He didn't even review them prior to FedExing them. I asked if he was just making month's goal and came out and said yes. Said it was getting "complicated" when he obviously had no idea how to handle a transaction or communication with the customer. One of three worst people I have ever dealt with in buying a car. If it wasn't for Zane calling us, cause of course Mike was always "busy" avoiding our calls AGAIN, I would not have gone up there for our purchase. I will NEVER bring my car back here for service. I took my VW Jetta in today to have the oil changed and purchase a new side mirror for my car, because the previous one flew off while driving on the freeway. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with the experience. Right from the get-go I did not feel like a valued customer. Granted I didn't have an appointment, but from what I was told, that was a service I didn't need one for. Upon my arrival, the lady who checked me in didn't seem to keen on me trying to get my car serviced. I arrived just before 9:30 and was told they wouldn't be able to get to it until 11:00; I offered to come back at 11 but was told they couldn't guarantee my spot, so I stayed. I purchased the mirror from the parts department, which was very overpriced, but I didn't have a choice. I took it back to the lady and let her know the parts guy said they could pop it in for me, as he called the service department to make sure. About an hour later, the lady comes to tell me that they ran into a problem. Apparently, they couldn't get the screw for the drain plug off; it loosened a little, but I was told that it was getting tighter. They said that they were worried that it could strip the screw and that they couldn't do the oil change. I was told they could replace the screw, but get this?! They wanted to charge $600 for the screw! ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME?!?! I was like, HOW MUCH?!?! And she repeated the price without even blinking! That's absurd! I did some homework on my end and went to Napa to price the screw...guess how much?!?! $3 and some change! Everyone at Napa about fell over when I told them what they were going to charge me. Now granted, if they would've cracked the pan, then Napa said a replacement would cost me about $70...I had them show me what the parts looked like and there was NO WAY that was $600 worth of work!!! It is HIGHWAY ROBBERY for you to charge people that much money for parts and labor!!! I get we all have to make a living, BUT $600?!?! DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO BE SERVICED, BECAUSE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR WORK THAT YOU CAN GET DONE FOR A LOT LESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! I work too hard for my money to let someone steal my money. To add salt to the wound, they text me this picture with no explanation as to what it was. I am only to guess that it's the guy trying to unscrew the screw??? Honestly, the only person getting screwed was me! Came here Sunday morning to meet Yuri.. what great hard working guy. I highly recommend using the text feature the dealership has. It made for easy talking with Yuri the day before. Got to the dealership and they had sold the car we were talking about the day before. But lucky for us the quick think manager pulled the same car from another location and had it there waiting for us. Still all wrapped in it white stickers. There was no commitment from me to buy the car and they still brought it in.. Now that's what you call customer service.. and smart on their part cause I bought the car!! Service dudes are cool guys. Everyone is nice! Came for an oil change. Was done in about an hour or so. But common, don't ask if I want a car wash and vacuum, I say yes, it doesn't get done, you didn't realize it didn't get done and I have to point it out. They did offer to wash and vacuum the car after I semi snarked but I had an appt in Beaverton I needed to get to. Was pleased and irritated at the same time. First world probz. I guess. read more

My car was having small problems and they fixed it free of charge on warranty and took my car home and noticed later that evening there was a leak taking my car home. Didn't think too much of it got in my car the next day and seen an coolant alert on my dashboard and now I need to replace my water pump and coolant hints to the leak I seen and now I have to pay 1200 to fix this ! Pretty weird the next day after leaving the dealership this happening to my car! Wanted to give this car to my sister and buy a new car at Dick Hannah but after this I don't think I can trust Dick Hannah anymore :/ read more

Dick Hannah Volkswagen Now that the car is back home safely I can review our shitty experience with Dick Hannah VW. Bought a 2013 VW Jetta TDI great price great miles. We both test drove it down the road. No noises ran fine. What Jacob was looking for. Brought the car home and a day or so in he noticed it made a funny noise coming from the clutch. Calls Dealer and makes an appointment to get the clutch looked at. Obviously needs a car for work and says I need a rental but this is something you need to cover because I've had to car for less than 48 hours and you supposedly looked it over really well. Sales guy says no problem I'll take care of it. He drives up to Vancouver after work and they say they didn't have any rentals so they are taking him to Enterprise right up the road. Gets dropped off there and the lady asks for payment he says the dealer is covering it she says no it says customer payment. He says no they said they would cover it. Lady calls the dealer and they say no. After some back and forth he says never mind just give me my car I want to go home. Then he learns the person who drives people to Enterprise has gone home and he has to walk back to the dealer. Ok cool he gets a cooling off period before getting his car. When he gets there he goes back and forth with the lady about who was covering the car. He shows her the text that says sales is covering it and she's like ohhhhhh. She basically called him a liar until he showed her that text. So gets a rental and goes home. The dealer calls and says it's a single stage clutch and they just sound like that so it's ok and he can come get his car. It's not ok though because it's so loud! Then he gets an email that asks if he wants to do a google review. Of course he does because of the crappy experience. Gives Dick Hannah a 1 star because really that was a horrible experience. Fast forward a could days and he gets a call from the GM and this guy Ryan. Ryan and the GM are not happy about the 1 star and want to know what they can do to improve it. Jacob explains everything and says I can make it a 5 star by replacing the clutch. Ryan said yeah I figured and makes an appointment with Jacob to get this handled. Says he will send someone to get the car at work and drop off a rental for him. Said on the phone that they would replace the clutch at no cost to us. Yesterday Jacob gets a call from Ryan who said he can't replace it and that it was above his pay grade to make the decision even though the day before he was making promises that obviously he can't keep. Then he gets a call from a lady that says the clutch is fine and tried to "car talk" Jacob. He says no it's not fine and you guys told me you would replace it. Then they try to find a replacement car saying that they will just take this one back and they can get us exactly what we want. Except I would have to get a new loan and they would pull credit again. I told Jacob that he just needs to tell them no and that we just want the car back. Then today they ask him to come get it. He says no that none of this is on him and they need to bring the car and get the rental. Hours and hours go by before finally that happens. End result is lots of broken promises and a clutch that still makes noise like it's broken. Never doing business with Dick Hannah ever again. Everyone there seems to say one thing and then can't follow through with anything! read more

The car buying experience was fine, but their service is terrible. I called to make an appointment to get cosmetic repairs done on my rims after I scraped them on a curb. I was told to come in on a Thursday to get this type of work done because it gets outsourced to a 3rd party. I have had this same type of work done in the past, and it took a few days to complete which is understandable, but I need a car for work so I asked if they had a loaner or rental I could use. The person on the phone assured me that they would allow me to use one of their loaners for no charge. When I showed up at the appointed day and time they informed me that it wasn't the day of the week that the vendor comes so I would need to come back on a Tuesday. On top of that they also said that I would need to pay $25/day for a rental car while my rims were being repaired, which could be a 2-3 day timeframe. Overall the service associate made absolutely zero effort to make anything right except to reschedule my appointment for another day. read more
