I had a 2 year old and newborn son. They allowed me to bring them both and helped me the whole time take care of my boys. As my family grew and I became pregnant again, they treated me like family. They always allow me to make appointments for all three of my son's and myself at the same time. Sue, the hygienist, is literally the best in the business. She is so friendly and sweet and remembers everything about my family. Dr. Contract is so amazing. When my oldest son was 5, he needed some extensive dental work. She recommended a pediatric dentist but that person wanted to do thousands of dollars worth of work in a hospital setting. I went back to Dr. Contract and she did the work in her office for a fraction of the cost...under $100. She made my 5 year old feel like he was just having his teeth cleaned. He had to have a root canal and he doesn't remember any of it (he's 10 now). He has NO anxiety from the experience and adores her. I have recommended this practice to everyone I meet. Dr. Contract has come in on weekends and holidays to help some family and friends with dental emergencies. She takes pride in her profession and really cares about the patients. I will never go to another dentist a long as Williamsburg Smiles exists. The staff are amazing and truly care about each of their patients.

They keep several slots open each day for emergencies, and adjusted their appointments to get two of my kids back to back appointment times for our convenience. Two of my teenagers have now seen Dr. Springmann and have been very happy. My son needed a filling and is tricky to anesthetize (odd nerve patterns he got from me). Despite needing an extra shot, he was very happy with Dr. Springmann, reporting nothing but care, patience, and professionalism. We are new to the area, and sometimes it's hard to find a dental provider that works for a family. I am very thankful that we found this practice first.

Bonesteel is a family friend, so they called me back and offered me an appointment in July, I said oh I'm sorry that won't work because my insurance runs out in June. They apologized and told me it wouldn't work, so we hung up and went about our days.... Or so I thought. Fast forward to now where I'm trying to book with my new jobs insurance, and I'm told I'm blacklisted because of an appointment I didn't show up for in July. The one I said I couldn't do because my insurance wouldn't be active and I couldn't afford out of pocket. Spoke to the receptionist today and she was really nasty to me on the phone and said she "would not argue with me anymore about this" and that "there's no proof, there's only an appointment you didn't show up for" and "it was so long ago that we can't verify this", and hung up on me. Absolutely vile and very disappointed.
