I put basic in quotes because I could tell Shawn really put a lot of work into my car. The outcome was far from basic. With most swirls corrected and the ceramic coating, the paint is deep with a mirror like finish. Shawn was easy to work with. I dropped my car off on a Monday night and he had it done within 24hrs. His prices are reasonable and competitive, while the work is second to none. If you want to truly bring your car back to life, schedule an appointment. It will look and feel like a brand new car. Apparently he is a big sports car enthusiast who looks down upon average customers with kids that need some interior cleaning done. Me and my wife are both doctors and we don't find time to clean our car interiors and we needed some professional help. I will not recommend this highly overpriced shop with an angry rude manager to anyone, despite the good work he does.

"Unbelievably bad service", should be the description of what this shop does. I took my car in to…read morehave two audio amps installed, the guy working there charged more than another shop would have to do the same work but he could get me in sooner than other shops. I left him specific written instructions and details of my equipment that was to be installed, along with my verbal instructions of what I needed done. The installer wired the two amps up and left them unsecured to the car, so they were just sliding around in the car. He also left the wire that turns one of the amps on disconnected. He left a whole lot of copper wire stands all around the amps, as if he were trying to cause a short on purpose in my equipment. He broke a clip that secures the facing around my radio head unit in the dashboard. He left my microphone disconnected from the radio, resulting in people not being able to hear me while using my phone when connected to my radio. He also cut my seat belt harness cable on my driver's seat all the way through very neatly, leaving the heat Shrink plastic around it somewhat in tact to slightly hold it in place. That by itself is going to be at least $150-$250 to have replaced. My advice is to keep your car away from this shop if you value your car. There's a good chance that whatever work you want done will not be done properly, that you'll be overcharged for the work, other equipment in your car will be broken, and you'll be here writing about what horrendous things happened to your car. On a good note, the installer sounded professional and was polite, before he turned into Mayham. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SHOP.. Oh, almost forgot, there's a dent now in the door area that's visible when the car door is opened, I believe the installer may have mental problems. There are better shops to have your work you need done properly done.

I was also told that a lien would be placed on my vehicle if I did not pay, which left me with no option. As of today, no meaningful progress has been made on my vehicle. Although, they don't provide rental cars themselves, I was able to get a rental car at the nearby Enterprise. When I got the call that my car was ready, I took a look at the car, which was looked good as new! The only thing they weren't able to replace was the clear car door edge guard on the door that needed repairing, but that was a minor detail in the grand scheme of things. He said that he would rather do a bunch of smaller jobs such as brakes and oil changes than one large larger job even though the pay would be the same. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. He indicated that he was too poorly staffed, lacking Talent to complete larger jobs. The manager was engaging and was polite, but at the same time, dogmatic and insulting to a degree. Not recommended, keep on looking for a shop that is not afraid of your car. I wouldn't be surprised if they come on here and try to turn this around and state some positive things about their business in an effort to use it as free, marketing or advertising, but, enter at your own risk.
