Terrible Experience - Still Waiting on My Spare Key I purchased a car from Porsche Beachwood in 2023, and they promised to send me a spare key. It's now 2025, and I still haven't received it. Every time I follow up, they claim it was mailed out--but I never got it, and they haven't provided any proof of shipment or a real solution. For a dealership selling luxury cars, this level of service is completely unacceptable. If they can't handle something as simple as a spare key, I'd hate to see how they deal with bigger issues. If you're considering buying from them, be prepared for a frustrating experience and empty promises. read more

They were pretentious and deceptive when I decided to buy my car at the end of the lease. They quoted a significantly higher price from the contract and added hidden fees. When I mentioned to my sales rep that it sounded high, his comment was a curt "so "and the second time I asked he just said "and"without offering any explanation. I did call Porsche International and they were very helpful and I was able to deal with them directly and paid the contract price. I have went to the car show in July 2022. Me and my brother went and i went to check out some cars because i used to have Instagram to find that out and we went. Again we went to check some cars i got a shirt i had a glazed donut it was delicious it is my favorite kind of donut i got to sit in some cars and i got to sit shotgun in a red Porsche 911 997 convertible he showed me his songs and i picked one he revved his engine for me because i love the engine note of cars and once he left i saw him roaring down the road. Then i got a ride in a guy's green Tesla Model S Plaid his name was Sasha we took a ride i took shotgun and my brother sat in the back we drove together i had played my favorite songs and he showed me how fast it went and boy did the car have its lethal force it was fast i almost passed out there but i was fine and i did watch the cars leave that's the best part when you're at a car show is hear the cars vroom once the leave and it was a blast i did hear they are moving their location and i hope i can join the next car show at their location and i hope to go check out the new showroom and check out the new Porsches in the showroom i cannot wait to go back to Porsche Beachwood this dealership deserves an award for the best dealership in Cleveland honestly. read more

Do not buy a vehicle from Porsche Beachwood. The right hand does not talk to the left hand. The sales team is excellent. The technicians are skilled and really great. This is the only reason I'm giving two stars and not one star. The management, organization, follow up, and communication by the repair personnel is absolutely atrocious. They treat you like a fool. Once they have your money, don't expect them to treat you like a customer. It's a façade. I've given them the opportunity over three years to prove to me they deserve the benefit of the doubt. But they do not. Recall items for scheduled drop offs are not ordered and I've had several wasted trips. This is because they choose not to pick up the telephone and tell you not to waste your time coming down there. They do not answer the telephone. They do not answer texts that they are expected to communicate through. They do not return telephone calls and they do not pass on messages to each other. They also will not supply complementary vehicles, unless you've spent over $100,000 on a car. Those are the customers that they treat like precious cherubs, not the average person who buys a new or certified Porsche. I'm really sorry, but if you charge me a premium price for a premium vehicle, the least I can expect is competent service and good communication. You will note I'm not even expecting premium service at this point because they are categorically incapable of this. I've also given them the opportunity to change by speaking with their management. Nothing changed. A bad customer experience typically is relayed to a minimum of seven people. I'm sorry, Porsche Beachwood, but you had your chance. Time to move on to more reliable service personnel. You don't deserve my custom. Note to management reading this: please don't bother responding with shallow platitudes, an email address, or telephone numbers. You know who I am. I was nice to you and I gave you a chance. Your frontline service personnel treated me terribly on a consistent basis. Maybe start there if you want a wider customer base, and positive comments passed on to others. read more

The best place in the tri state area to buy a Porsche. I had been looking for a Porsche Cayenne S for a while. I found one at a used car lot but, it wasn't maintained very well and needed some work. Then I found one I liked at Auto Palace Porsche in Pittsburgh but, it wasn't the color and didn't have all of the options I wanted. While on a weekend trip to Cleveland I figured I would give Porsche of Beachwood a try since we were in the area at Beachwood Place Mall. I'm glad I did. Once I pulled up I was greeted by Rick Balas, one of the sales professionals and he was just that, very professional. He asked if my wife and daughter wanted to come on the test drive. They were to busy in the car playing on their phones to come. He even offered them hot chocolate and coffee as it was a very cold day. As Rick and I went on the test drive he told me all about the Cayenne's service history and features and was very honest about everything. Once we arrived back at the dealership I told him I was very interested and he gave me a print out of what the vehicle would cost and his business card. Rick didn't pressure me at all! I then went on my way. Three days later I decided to purchase the vehicle. I let Rick know that I would be there Saturday to pick it up. He had it cleaned up and had the front bumper touched up were some paint was missing and even threw in a new set of summer and winter floor mats for free! Phil Snyder, the Sales and Finance Manager had all of my paperwork ready and made buying my Cayenne a breeze. Once the paperwork was all done Rick took me out to the truck and showed me how to operate the radio and navigation system and answered all of my questions then sent me on my way. I have been smiling ever since. This is my first Porsche and I love it. I will be keeping it for a long time which is a shame as I won't be going back to see Rick for any new Porsches anytime soon. In November I picked up a manual Cayenne here, and Kyle had no issue with me checking out every nook and cranny, crawling underneath (a lift was offered, we'd have to wait a few), and test driving it for a half hour or so. Warning - when working with Beachwood Porsche be careful. I gave them a $2500 deposit on a used Macan (CPO). They sent me the papers to sign and 40 minutes later they called and said "Sorry, the manger decided to sell the car to someone else". I had been working with the nice sales guy and he was great, but his management doesnt respect the process and sold the car although I had given my Drivers License, the Credit Card (they ran the $2500). Phone #( 216) 763-4911. Aristocrat motors contacted Beachwood Porsche and then contacted me regarding my orientation and provided Greg Castelo's information and phone # so I could make arrangements. I have always used the Beachwood dealership for all my servicing needs.. and the Service Dept does a great job. I have been a lifelong customer here. In any case, I met with Greg Castelo the "delivery Coordinator". I drove one hour to get to the Beachwood dealership. Greg and I arranged a time to meet. I was on time..however he had one other customer show up an hour early.. Greg then apologized and literally turfed me and ran off..Telling me to come back? .I went and got lunch.. came back.. Greg spent 15 minutes before he turfed me again!! for another customer.. So I Drove 2 Hours and ruined my whole day.. I never got to my list of questions regarding my 2019 Turbo S.. Greg did a disservice to Porsche and to me as a dedicated Porsche enthusiast. Greg marginalized me in every capacity.. I enquired about returning but he basically said he "was to busy".. I am beyond disappointed and I still have NO Idea on how to take advantage of all the features of this awesome vehicle that is nothing short of "artwork"... I am left High and Dry ... Thanks to Beachwood Porsche. My experience at Beachwood Porsche on May 19, 2020 was horrific. I file this complaint in the hopes that this situation can be resolved.. I am very upset on how I was treated and the time that I wasted. I am a member of PCA. I have nothing against Porsche as An Automobile company.. and will always continue my loyalty to Porsche vehicles.. It was the customer service at Beachwood Porsche that was 100% deficient. The guys in the service department at Porsche of Beachwood are some of the best people I've *ever* met in the auto business. I was on a cross-country road trip in a 996 that I had bought the day before, and on emerging from the hotel, saw some dust that could only be caused by the rear tires destroying themselves. A quick search on Apple Maps and I found these guys closest to my route. I reached Walt on the call and he was very kind to search locally for tires. He found a couple that worked for my car and said to "come on in"! When I arrived, I found an immaculate facility with lots of super friendly guys. They said I got lucky that the weather had been terrible and otherwise it might have been harder to fit me in, but Dave was able to do a four-wheel alignment, fit new tires, and get the car washed by the rest of his crew in under a few hours. I got lunch at a great little place that Keith had recommended while waiting and it was a fun afternoon! I was especially impressed that these guys have a relationship with their insurer whereby customers are encouraged to be around their car while it is being serviced. That shows how deep Porsche of Beachwood thinks and cares about their customers. In a day when most companies are happy to stick with the status quo and save a few bucks on their insurance premium, the PoB staff goes the extra mile to make it an experience rather than just an expense. Having recently developed an interest in possibly acquiring a new Porsche Cayman, I stopped by Porsche of Beachwood to try one on for size and get an up-close look at them to decide if I really wanted to pursue purchasing one. I think that I, along with many, often dread visiting an auto dealer of any sort; will you be accosted by numerous salesman upon arrival, will you be pressured into making some kind of immediate commitment, will you be visually 'pre-qualified' and then subsequently ignored or brushed off if they think you aren't serious or are merely seeking information...the list goes on regarding unpleasant dealer visits. Suffice it to say, sometimes it's not a pleasant experience. With all that in mind, I can assure you that visiting Porsche of Beachwood is the farthest thing from those stereotypical dealer experiences; it was a truly enjoyable venture with absolutely no negative aspects and not only did I come away from the visit extremely impressed, but it was one heck of a good time as well. As I had come straight from work, I was looking, well, like I had just come from work. No matter, I was greeted, treated and dealt with in both a professional and comfortably relaxed manner. After spending some time with Steven Y, I had more info that I had hoped for, had free reign to sit in and crawl around a Cayman S they had in the showroom and when I expressed a concern about the exhaust sound of the Flat-4 engine, Steven grabbed the keys to a unit out in the parking lot and started it up for me to hear in various modes, running thru the gamut of the 'live testing' scenarios that allayed my fears regarding how the car sounds. Cold start with valves open, then closed, a few nice revs with valves open and then closed...it was a real treat to hear live as opposed to online sound clips...and far more realistic. I guess in the end the best way to sum it up is that it was such a nice experience that it added to the total experience of a possible purchase as opposed to being a necessary evil during the process of procuring a fun car. It was really kinda like going to a car show w/ fellow enthusiasts as opposed to a trip to a typical car dealer. A winner for sure, exemplary organization they have there at Porsche of Beachwood, highly recommended. Heading back today to further investigate the possibilities and looking forward to it like a child on his way to an amusement park. Sincere thanks to all at Porsche of Beachwood, especially Steven Y. I just bought a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 from Porsche of Beachwood and I am very satisfied with their service. Since I live in Columbus and I have about 2 hour drive there, I was in contact with Tiffany Hansen for a few days and she answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns via email. She was very quick and accurate in checking the options on the car and providing me some details. They were not pushy at all and they gave me a lot of time to test drive the car and spot check it. The only minor problem that I saw was that the milage of the car was reported by mistake (13K instead of 20K) which they fixed in less than a day after I notified them via email. They were also very quick in taking down the vehicle selling page on their web site after I purchased it which I think is good to avoid misleading other potential buyers. read more

Had the worst experience ever. If i could rate it at 0 i would. Took my car Porsche Panamera in for repairs after being involved in an accident, not only did they not fix my existing issues, they broke what was working to begin with and refuse to accept it. I brought the car there with one issue, picked up with several. Including a transmission and check engine lights on. Owned this car for a while and never had issues with sensors or transmission, until i picked it up after service from them. When i pointed it out to them they blamed this on me and said if i didn't like how they serviced/fixed my car to not come back to them. And refuse to fix or work on my car at this dealership ever again. Id myself not want them to ever touch my car again, but the point is i brought my car in with a spoiler problem, and by the time they were done, trunk and my pano roof was all not functioning. After speaking with all of their managers, including general and service managers, i realized none of them are knowledgeable about their product and service. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! If you want to bring your car for even as simple as oil change, you might be needing a whole new transmission or engine after you pick it up!!!! Contacted Porsche Headquarters and response was it's not our problem deal with Porsche of Beachwood! Will never buy another Porsche ever!!! Had a recall for my Cayenne. Scheduled a service and needed a loaner. Called and had to wait over a month to get the loaner with my appointment. Showed up today and they said there was no loaner. Missed a meeting because of this and only received an explanation of how they used an "outside service" to schedule my appointment and no longer used them. Wouldn't someone call me to let me know? We purchased a pre owned (however it was in amazing condition) Mercedes from this dealership and from start to finish we were not only impressed but we were treated like royalty. We did leave the dealership briefly to look at the same model Mercedes at the nearby Mercedes dealer but after learning that Mercedes was in an unacceptable condition we returned quickly to the Porsche dealership. By our return to the dealership it was nearly closing time but they didn't mind staying open for us. After all the paperwork was finished they took us on a tour of the dealership and it was pretty awesome. They offered us refreshments and the whole process only took 2 hours to complete. This dealer is not interested in your satisfaction. Overall a very rude experience. The car was listing on eBay as perfect condition, no dint, no scratch, no mechanical issue, to find out after driving the car back from Beachwood to Novi, after 100 miles, overheating and stopped on the middle of the road, the Air condition are not working, finally after 8 hours instead of 3 hours I was home, I was in a hurry to come back to work, so I didn't check the body "I know it is my fault to trust those people", the car has a big scratch/dent on the passenger side back door and that the tires listed as 80% life on them, but the dealer said have to replace immediately, it is less than 20% life on them. So far it cost me over $1200 to fix the heating problem and the Air-condition, and I will cost about $1000 to replace the tires, and may be another $1000 to fix the dint/scratch. Porsche of Beachwood refused to take responsibility for anything. Avoid buying from them, they are not trusted people. read more
