    I have purchased Porsches from three different Porsche Dealerships in the past few years. By far and above my most pleasurable experience has been with Beachwood Porsche! I live over three hours from this Dealership. In December 2019 Mike Manikas was remarkable. Every item was addressed immediately and professionally. No "Games" played here! Every detail was completed from the comfort of my living room. My 911 was delivered to my driveway in a covered box truck. It was like having a Porsche Dealership in my backyard. Seriously you want contact Mike Manikas your next Porsche.

    The best place in the tri state area to buy a Porsche. I had been looking for a Porsche Cayenne S for a while. I found one at a used car lot but, it wasn't maintained very well and needed some work. Then I found one I liked at Auto Palace Porsche in Pittsburgh but, it wasn't the color and didn't have all of the options I wanted. While on a weekend trip to Cleveland I figured I would give Porsche of Beachwood a try since we were in the area at Beachwood Place Mall. I'm glad I did. Once I pulled up I was greeted by Rick Balas, one of the sales professionals and he was just that, very professional. He asked if my wife and daughter wanted to come on the test drive. They were to busy in the car playing on their phones to come. He even offered them hot chocolate and coffee as it was a very cold day. As Rick and I went on the test drive he told me all about the Cayenne's service history and features and was very honest about everything. Once we arrived back at the dealership I told him I was very interested and he gave me a print out of what the vehicle would cost and his business card. Rick didn't pressure me at all! I then went on my way. Three days later I decided to purchase the vehicle. I let Rick know that I would be there Saturday to pick it up. He had it cleaned up and had the front bumper touched up were some paint was missing and even threw in a new set of summer and winter floor mats for free! Phil Snyder, the Sales and Finance Manager had all of my paperwork ready and made buying my Cayenne a breeze. Once the paperwork was all done Rick took me out to the truck and showed me how to operate the radio and navigation system and answered all of my questions then sent me on my way. I have been smiling ever since. This is my first Porsche and I love it. I will be keeping it for a long time which is a shame as I won't be going back to see Rick for any new Porsches anytime soon. Time to talk the wife into getting a Porsche Panamera! I highly recommend Porsche of Beachwood and Rick Balas to anyone in the market for a new or pre loved Porsche.

    Porsche of Beachwood is the best place to buy a porsche, the workers there are friendly and the do every thing super fast. And thank to the amazing salesman Greg Castell he helped me to choose the right color for my Macan S. He showed me a lot of Cayenne interior and exterior colors that are similar to my future Macan, and when my Macan arrived it looked exactly like what I want. After that Greg helped me to find a good insurance and to buy some accessories. Thanks a lot to Greg I'm very happy with my Porsche

Or be placed on hold a million times. Every day I would be told how frustrating it is to try and pin point what's wrong and how there's a ton of aftermarket parts on the vehicle. Mind you this is a brand new crate motor with 400 break in miles I personally put on. Not once was I contacted by the tech with a supposed 13 years of experience when I was told more than once that I would receive a phone call , finally on day 7 I had enough when I found out from a inside source that my vehicle was out back covered in ice and snow and didn't spend a lot of time in the bay being worked on I called and demanded to speak to a supervisor and I would be coming to get my vehicle. Luckily it took me all of 1 hour to diagnose the issue myself. Which leads me to believe these people wanted nothing to do with my vehicle because I refused to pay 10k for an engine install. If you all need me to come host a seminar on how to test fuel injectors and a h/p fuel pump with a harbor freight scan tool . A piece of wire and 2 alligator clips . Let me know . Because that's literally all it was. 2 bad injectors and a junk pump.

They provided updates on the ETA and took care of all the coordination with the insurance. Pickup was just as efficient. The total cost was actually lower than compared to other body shop estimates I had received. My car was spotless and the cleanest I'd seen it since I purchased it. I noticed my headlights weren't working and brought the car back and turns out the bulbs were burnt out and the staff fixed it even though it was close to closing time! Overall professional and efficient service!

My Advisor Faye didn't always give me good news (more issues as the car aged), but she was always honest and understood when I didn't authorize them to fix somethings due to cost. Six months ago I decided to replace this car with a new Toyota. The sales department didn't impress me. They didn't have the car I was interested in available for me to look at and offered no alternatives. I ended up buying it at Bedford Toyota, which was a wonderful experience. I have brought the new car into Cle Hts Toyota for a recall part replacement and the 5000 mile check up. Faye was wonderful as usual. I told her I didn't like the new AI scheduling service (it's awful) and she gave me a way to contact her directly. One great perk was the service department offered a ride to nearby destinations (I believe it was a 5 mile radius), however now rely on Uber. At peak times, like dropping off the vehicle first thing in the mornin, Ubers are difficult to book. I will continue to bring my car in for service her, but if they don't bring back the shuttle service and continue using Uber, I will time my drop off better so getting a ride won't be so difficult.

    My daughter bought a car here and I decided to try it…read more Oh boy... I found a car and paid $100 to reserve it and gain first dibs, it wasn't on the site yet. When the car was ready with its pictures, I decided to buy it. I go through a credit union, so I disclosed this, they were fine with it. A few days in, I get a call from a very thick accented customer agent, asking me if I intend to buy the car! Of course I do! The agent said they needed the tracking number of the check. It was a Saturday holiday weekend- it's a credit union. I told her I cannot get any information until Monday, so she tells me she is going to hold the car for me. At this time, I am into this for $100 to reserve the car, and the deposit $290. Clearly, I'm buying the car, it's just paperwork now. Monday rolls by and I get another agent with a worse accent, this one is stating I need to move my pickup date- I'm fine with that, as the credit union needs to mail out the check and they need to receive it. I add the car's VIN to my insurance and upload it. I also upload an approval from my credit union. I assumed now since all was uploaded it was just waiting for the check. The credit union told me they were mailing out on Wednesday. Imagine my surprise when I see my car was not only on Carvana's site again- but a purchase pending! Wait WHAT???!!! I try to hunt down a number of an actual person, not a robot, and let's say I was PISSED. The customer agent I get is kind, speaks perfect English and takes a look at my account. I can imagine this guy going pale. He apologizes, he even listens to the conversation with the last agent and hears me repeatedly asking her to repeat herself. He states the person bought my car outright- not even a finance deal. He has no leverage to make good on my deal. They sold the car right out from under me! I was able to intercept the mail from the credit union and had them shred it and closed the loan. The agent was deeply apologetic and gave me a direct line to him, IF I was to deal with Carvana again- and he stated he would not blame me if I did not. I told him this pretty much had me taking a break but I'd keep him in mind. The last agent was decent, but his hands were tied. The person who bought the car did a cash deal. Meantime- I still never got the $290 refund, which after all the stress I went through, should have been immediate. 2 stars because the last agent was kind and saw the huge issue. 0 stars for Carvana otherwise.
