The employees have never sat in the office and gossiped about anything. The front desk girl is very nice and friendly and does talk to you but she is not gossiping. The quality of the services they provide and the prices can't be beat. Anytime I bring my car in for a specific issue they fix it. I've never been given the run around or felt like I was being taken advantage of as a female. A lot of mechanics take advantage of women and try to charge us more thinking we don't know any better but this place doesn't do that. I was taking my car to Vandevere and paying 100.00 for an oil change when Ken's charges me 45.00 for the same service. Also it takes them maybe half an hour versus three hours at the dealer. You can't please everyone but this place has way more positive reviews than negative and I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

Instead of providing an estimate, a mechanic hijacked my car and began violently smashing my suspension with a sledgehammer and I was informed I have fresh torch marks on my suspension n looked like someone put a new axel on car without my knowledge I specifically told Steve n the two women in front office and the mechanic several times I was there for an estimate only they all continued to ignore me it was absolutely rotten I was only there for an estimate n now my car is completely inoperable. I was told I have two bent tie rods leaking bushings That mechanic has rendering my steering completely unsafe and the vehicle entirely inoperable. Shockingly, they let me drive out of the shop in this lethal condition, completely endangering my life. A police report has been filed for criminal property damage, and the case is being sent to the prosecutor. They will destroy your vehicle without your consent. Stay far away!I have an alignment sheet at 11:41 showing she aligned my car without my permission n I told her she is not to work on my car she refused to stop made comment that's between you n himn then they give me repair order for a tie rod totaling $1359.59 at 1:16 So why is the mechanic driving it after bent tie rod is found hours later My car has over $3000.00 dollars in damage now. That mechanic left my lights on entire time causing my computer to glitch we could not get lights off. They also somehow missed a nail in my tire, even though I'd been having to constantly top it off because it was losing air. They cited that their shop has been sued multiple times in the past Which makes me wonder what they have done to be sued so many times that they had to create a policy. The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. Email stated someone would be in contact with me in one business day to 25 hours. 2 days later no reply. I called the 3rd day and asked about my appointment I put in for an they had no answer as to why no one contacted me. No big deal I get it. My problem is with the next part of this story. I set an appointment over the phone, show up for appointment. They had the tires I requested in stock at a fair price. I asked for an alignment since I always get an alignment with any new set of tires. I get informed my truck is done and ready. Awesome, the guy rights up the work order an I pay the bill. The full bill for tires and the alignment. After which I get informed that they couldn't do the alignment an that I need ball joints and rear control arms. This would of been very important info to have before paying. Now they have to refund me my money for the alignment they could not be performed. I'm asked next if I would like a price quote for the repairs. At this point absolutely not. You can't inform me before finishing my vehicle that I need repairs an that you can't do the alignment? But you'll gladly charge me for it before reviewing your paper work. Needless to say I left livid. Once cooled off I walked around the truck at home to inspect the tires. Found all four my wheel covers destroyed, scratches, and cracks! You can see where they over tighten the outer wheel balancing nut into my rims and completely ruined all 4 of my rims. Unbelievable!!! I absolutely can not believe this place gets away with this kind of work. I've heard very high things about them. All of which is a lie. Stay far away from this place if you value your vehicle.
