Quick, delicious and priced perfectly. Dinner food perfection. Joe's is a staple. Such a great place for locals to enjoy and visit with each other.

This is about as old-timey diner as you can get. It was a very busy little place. We were able to sit right down. We had our 3 very young kids with us and they were great with them, giving crayons and kids menus they could draw on. The prices were great and the portions reflected the price which I appreciated. For instance, the kids Mac and Cheese was $3. THANK YOU JOES DINER! It was very clearly Kraft Mac and cheese, which I was fine with. Other Resturant's charge $8 for the same thing, so I was please with at Joe's. The servers are all nice and seemed to talk to everyone and want to know them. There was a sign that said something like gather and allow friends to become family, i could totally feel that atmosphere. We were all happy with our food. It was fine diner food, nothing crazy.

After going to the Norman Rockwell Museum we figured it was only fitting to dine here and sit at the counter as the cop and the runaway did. Super casual atmosphere. You kind of feel like you're going back in time but there definitely have been some updates to this place over the years. The menu prices don't seem to have changed much which is great! ALL burgers are $9. We were told they are made fresh to order and not frozen patties. The burger didn't disappoint. I had a tuna salad sandwich on white bread. Classic sandwich, no complaints. Sandwich, burger and can of soda cost $18.

Great little diner with a welcoming old time feel. I was craving French toast and someone at Oak and Spruce Resort told me about this place so I thought I would check it out. Love the decor. There is a Norman Rockwell painting of "the runaway" as well as a copy of the Saturday evening post cover that it was originally on. It is a police officer and a young boy sitting at the counter at a diner. I have nothing but good things to say. No Frills just good food, fast friendly service at a great price.

This place is one of the few lunch spots open on Tuesdays in town. We were seated outdoors right away. The indoor space is small but there are 3 to 4 tables out on the sidewalk. I had a basic egg ham and cheese sandwich on toasted white bread, and my friend had an egg white omelette with cheese and peppers with a side of toast and home fries. The taste of my sandwich was good and my friend's portion was a good size, but she didn't like the taste of the green peppers - described it as "off". My coffee tasted better than most diner coffees, but something was off about the creamer - it tasted like evaporated milk. The prices were more than reasonable, but the service is slow and the food is so-so. If you're in the Lenox area, most places are closed on Tuesday's, so is an option.

Very busy in the mornings, it is pretty cramped inside but the service wasn't terrible. Portions are definitely smaller compared to other diners but the prices are good. We enjoyed our food. Raisin bread as an option is always a treat :) Also its CASH ONLY just fyi!

Convenient place to stop for a simple breakfast or lunch breakfast while in or passing through the area. The owner and staff were friendly and talkative which was nice.

Passing through on vacation joe's Dinner is amazing gives old school dinner vibes! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! Price was very low for a family of 4! Make sure you have cash with you or you will have to use ATM in the dinner.

Simple menu, no big frills (only American cheese). Get breakfast or lunch at a reasonable price. Food was good. Service was good.

I love eating at Joe's. The food isn't gourmet or anything, but it's really cheap, and I like the local vibe.

Great spot for cheap and easy breakfast in the Berkshires. Also a great little piece of Americana. The breakfast sausage was very tasty.

So there's no place to stop in the pike that's healthy much past x5. So I tried to hit up the deli…read morein Lee but it closed. So I drove down some street and found this little gem. At 1st I was a bit put out. Sign did deli/burgers/Indian. But it's mostly burgers and Indian. So this cat behind the counter starts talking up the Indian stuff which I like and throws some sorta spicy chicken thing at me in a red sauce w some rice and fresh naan. Friggin' good! Spicy, chicken cooked really well, naan was awesome. Atmosphere it ain't and there's some funky Indian version of mtv on the tube (or maybe a dance off?). Eh. I guess it adds to the charm. But def check it out. You can tell the cat running the joint is proud of his food.

Stopped in for a quick dinner after seeing The Tempest at Shakespeare & Co.: with a 2.5 hour drive…read moreback to Boston ahead of us, we didn't want to take forever for a table service place, and we didn't want slices of pizza or some horrible Mass Pike food. This fit the bill nicely. First the good stuff: the samosa was out of this world, and the mint chutney it was served with was amazing. (the onion chutney was good too, but the mint was the best I've ever had, and I eat a lot of Indian food.) The saag and naan were also delicious. My daughter had the chickpeas--same. All great stuff. What's more, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Now, the less good stuff: the rice was soggy, watery, and inedible. They had a bunch of saag that they used with both paneer and chicken, which is smart, but they added paneer to my saag without heating it up, so I had hot saag with cold paneer. It tasted good, but come on. I felt like it was a little bit pricey for a cafeteria-style place: 12.99 for appetizer, entree, rice or naan and a drink, BUT, an extra buck if you want a samosa for your appetizer (and why wouldn't you? You gonna settle for some pakora when there are delicious samosas available?) We paid extra to get both naan and rice, but in the future, I'd just skip the rice. Thirty bucks for me and my daughter, which just felt a little steep for a place with no table service. So: some hiccups that you might expect in a new-ish place, but the flavors were great and they didn't just dump a ton of cream into everything like a lot of Indian places do, so the food was lighter than expected and the flavors of the non-cream ingredients were able to shine through a little more. Bottom line: the non-rice food was good enough that I'd give it another chance despite the problems, especially because the staff was so incredibly nice.
