Fun dive bar. They only take cash but have an ATM. Quack burgers are fantastic. Will be back

Amazing burgers and fries were amazing. Place is small and it was busy on a weeknight. Portions are large. Highly recommend.

Inkwell is my favorite small, moody cocktail bar in Omaha. My friend and I discovered it because…read moreit's halfway between our houses, and it quickly became our go-to spot. The Old Fashioneds are some of the best I've had anywhere, and Aaron is one of the most talented mixologists in the city. In fact, Aaron is a big reason many people keep coming back. He's exceptional at what he does, and every drink reflects that level of skill. The espresso martinis are fantastic, but the "Not Espresso Martini" was an unexpected favorite that kept us coming back. One of the things I love most is that the menu changes seasonally, giving us a reason to come back and work our way through the new cocktails to find our latest favorite. The bartenders are knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about their craft. The atmosphere is cozy, intimate, and full of character. There are actual typewriters throughout the space, which perfectly fits the literary theme and adds to the experience. As a fun touch, my friend always receives a book with her receipt and reads a random paragraph before we leave. It's those little details that make Inkwell feel like a hidden gem rather than just another bar. If you're looking for creative cocktails, talented bartenders, and a unique atmosphere, Inkwell is absolutely worth a visit. Such a vibe.

I've been to Inkwell Bar many times and it's been a reliable go-to for a while now. It's a small,…read moreintimate space--maybe seats around 30, with room for more if people are standing--so don't come expecting a big, loud bar. That's actually part of the appeal. Drinks are solid and consistently well made. Nothing gimmicky, just good cocktails done right. The ambiance is fair but comfortable, and the size makes it ideal if you're looking to have a real conversation with someone without yelling over music or crowds. Location is another plus. It's very convenient if you want a drink before or after a Westside game, or just need a low-key stop nearby. If you're after a cozy, intimate spot with good drinks and a relaxed vibe, Inkwell Bar delivers.

It may be a bold statement, but I say hands down Cedar has the best Espresso Martini in Omaha…read more Perfectly sweet, with the right amount of coffee flavor. Served cold with a light layer of foam. The vibes are intimate and is a great place to hang with friends. They have a huge menu of cocktails, beers, ciders, and some snacks. The bartenders are always friendly and keep your drinks full. There's a good amount of seating inside and a cute outdoor patio with heat lamps. I love the location too!!

I'm here in opening hours, and it's packed out there. Not sure whose biz is flooded. This fine location has several people, but most arrived after me. Cools folks, too, FWIW The bar is rustic wood, with worn wood barstools. Charming. There are a varied set of tables with comfortable seats. While not huge, it's a reasonable sized bar. One TV at the far side of the bar. The bartender is cool. Someone called her Charlie and she responded. Served me a Manhattan with double the sweet vermouth, as requested. Hasn't quit moving. Whoever owns this place must be quite pleased with their work. I appreciate the black clothing worn by them. It's a look I favor. It's especially great when one's partner is at the nearby salon. Comfortable and inviting. Been here before. Will be here again!

Good food, great service, Midwest ambiance…read more My husband and I went this past Sunday and really enjoyed it! Wings - 9/10. We tried 6 different flavors and they were all really good! I wasn't a fan of the garlic butter Parmesan one due to the small cheese chunks, but loved the all the rest (medium, hot, spicy garlic, GGQ, Cajun dry rub) Crispy and very saucy. They were also a decent size. Good sauce, flavor, texture, and size. What more can you ask for?? Also each flavor has to be a minimum of 5 wings. Sunday special - $0.99 wings! Burger 4/10. The burger was okay - nothing special, but the patty size was decent so we liked that. Could see ourselves getting it again if we were looking for the protein, but I go here specifically for the burger. Not much flavor. Service - 10/10. Our waitress was the best we've seen in a while. COVID really ruined the service in Omaha so it was refreshing to see a sense of urgency and checking up on us multiple times without it being intrusive or annoying. She was very kind, attentive, and tried to make small talk with us. It was sweet. My husband is very particular with his tipping, and this is the first time in a while (if ever?) I've ever seen him tip 30%! Ambiance - It's an older restaurant that's been here for years. Nothing fancy, but they had multiple football games playing on all their tvs and good food. Friendly service and even the customers felt very wholesome and talked to us here and there. This restaurant is a casual, warm, Nebraska hug. We're definitely coming back!

Wing Thursday was delicious! Great wings and variety of flavors. Also affordable…read more Fun sports bar environment. Service was great as well
