Service area that's looks more like a derelict junkyard.

This dealership is the slum of all dealerships. Sketchy AF. If you bought a jeep here then good luck when you need a repair. Nearly 3 weeks with not a single update on my jeep. I call dozens after dozens of times. GM is invisible and the service dept is run by clueless people who will "fix" your jeep only to have to bring it back within 4 weeks. Nobody is on the same page, nobody can answer question. The good treatment ends the minute you drive off the lot. Had I looked at reviews for this place prior I would not have come here. So I leave this as a warning. DO NOT GO TO JOEY ACCARDI FOR ANYTHING. Find another dealer who will treat you like a valued customer. Where they stash the cars for service looks like a junkyard and THIS is where they keep it. Don't fall for it and go to any other dealer for your own good. Don't make my mistake.

The Jeep I wanted to purchase.

Despite this, I decided to take the risk. Here's what happened: ‼Security Red Flag: The salesman, David Rubano, requested a photo of the front and back of my credit card to his personal cell phone. Reluctance to Finalize Sale: Despite having full cash ready, they created multiple obstacles to complete the transaction. Unnecessary Deposit: They insisted on a $5,000 deposit even though I was paying in full. Poor Customer Service: The salesperson was nonchalant and unhelpful. In Detail: I went to this dealership ready to purchase a car outright with full cash. Unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. The salesperson's request for sensitive information, the insistence on a deposit, and the overall lack of professionalism were major letdowns. I would strongly advise considering other dealerships. Final Note: I suspect the dealership might attempt to fabricate an excuse for these issues, but two things stand firm: the BBB rating and the screenshot of the salesperson's request.

So we found a car outside the area. We paid the have it transported here from another Carmax. We contacted a local GM dealer and found that Carmaxs Equifax reporting (versus Carfax) was incorrect and manufacturer warranty was finished. We also found the CPO on file was never paid for original dealer and thus not in effect. Urgh .... So we reach out after hours by chat to discuss cancelling and to find out the process when they were incorrect. Not to worry, the car was on a test drive and being sold today. Didn't you see the refund pending for delivery you paid ??? What ... So in effect the delivery was paid and funds received. The car was on hold and Carmax allowed another buyer to test drive and buy a unit held for transport. Then they just refund the money and fail to alert via phone and email. Wow ! Now again we were going to cancel and all is well in end. We won't likely ever consider Carmax for a buy in future however. Bad info on cars, poor hold and transport policies, and true lack of empathy around their business model and loopholes. Just another typical car dealer experience !!!

You go to the lot and you spot what car you want to test drive and they will then set you up with the test drive. I guess it's a good system if you don't see anything you like and you don't waste a salesperson time, but I thought that was kind of odd. We walked around for about 15-20 min and did not find anything that caught our eyes. But at least we now know how it works.

I also want to highlight the assistance I received from Bruna Franke, who helped me set up my new Panamera. We walked through multiple showrooms, yet not a single employee acknowledged us. When we asked the customer service representatives if they had a Porsche 911, we were told they didn't. Throughout our visit, employees remained at their desks and seemed completely uninterested in helping or answering any questions. It felt as though we were invisible. Overall, it was a very poor customer service experience and not what I would expect from a dealership.

After looking over the carfax, I made a call to the dealership at 9:30 this morning. I asked for pictures (the listing had none) and expressed that if the pictures were good, I was interested in getting it. The person who answered the phone and told me she was in sales was not the person who called me back. Adam called me back about 40 minutes later and said he would be the one I would be dealing with - I wondered why the person I initially talked to didn't tell me that but whatever. So, he sends me the pictures pretty quickly and within an hour (I was at a kid's program), I call him back and tell him I'm very interested but I'm from out of state and I want to talk about numbers. He said they don't negotiate over the phone so that I don't go somewhere else and use their numbers.... not really possible when I'm looking at a 2012 model car and I express this to him. I tell him that I've already run it through my credit union and the financing is in place. He tells me he has to talk to his GM and get back with me. He calls back with an offer but then asks if I would consider letting them finance the car. I told him that was fine. This is at 12:30. Next thing I know, I get a text from someone at the dealership saying that they have someone in the store looking at the vehicle and they will keep me updated on the situation. B S. I know at this point that they are just trying to mess with me. So, I wait. Finally, at 4:30, I call the store back and ask to speak to Adam and they say he will have to call me back. He then texts me and tells me that the car price has been raised another $2000 and I ask him if he is not going to honor the price that he gave me earlier. He says he is not so I let him know that I would just add to the other terrible reviews they have. They already tack on $2000 in doc and dealer fees - and they did freely admit that the doc fees are pure profit for them. Whatever but don't try to bait-and-switch me. You aren't the only ones who have cars to sell.
