Service from Malissa and Ammarah was terrific! These ladies represent Joey's well. They were most attentive to our needs.

The ambiance is nice and they also have a bar. They served us some bubbles while we waited for our table which was nice. Food was ok to me. Maybe I've had the authentic versions of the food a lot but this is a fusion restaurant with a mix of Indian food, Korean, etc. We ordered the vegetarian Korean fried chicken wings which is basically fried cauliflower in gochujang sauce. This was surprisingly good but after eating all of it, I was craving actual Korean fried chicken. If you're a vegetarian, this would be a good option for you! The butter chicken was not bad but I've had better ones at Indian restaurants. The poke was good with the bites of tuna but sadly there is not much of it so in the end I'm eating my rice with the cauliflower. read more

Update on my review for Joey in Bellevue If I could give zero stars for my experience today I would. I called Bellevue location and after these attempts they finally picked up which took close to 10+ minutes. I placed a curbside order for truffle fries, crab cake, lobster ravioli and the warm Italian donuts. Told the girl I was three minutes away and when I showed up I called them 5 times from the car to see if they could bring the order outside curbside pickup. After over 12 minutes I went inside and there was no clear place for pickup inside either. So I asked the cook where I do order pickup. The girl told me when she finally rushed over with my order that they don't really pick up the phone and let it ring all the time. So I said okay and paid about $94 for the order. I drove back home in rain and after 30+ minutes of the entire experience I opened my stapled bag and only had two of the items. Two items of my order were missing. The Italian donuts and truffle fries were missing. Now I know they weren't out because they charged me $94 for the order. So I called them hoping someone would pick up. Called a few times then gave up and asked my credit card team to dispute the charges. They have a corporate number and I tried calling that and left a message now. But this is the worst. I can't even talk to a human being to get my money back for an order they didn't fulfill properly. I used to love Joey and would give them a higher rating but this entire experience has been the worst and discouraged me from going back. Especially to this Bellevue location. I don't understand what kind of service this is especially still with CoVID around that they don't pick up the phone. How does a customer inform you of an incorrect order for a refund? For anyone looking to try Joey I will no longer suggest this location. Over the last 3 years they've gone from my favorite to today being a huge disappointment. read more

I've come here during happy hour a couple times. They have good happy hour deals as well as a daily and late night happy hour (3-6pm and 9pm-close). Both times I've come here during happy hour my drink of choice is the negroni. I've tried the peach bellini which is pretty good for those who want a sweeter drink. They don't have a lot of cocktail options for their happy hour which is a little disappointing but there are good deals for the cocktails they do have. There are TVs that play a lot of sports games so it's a good spot to grab some food and drinks and catch a game. read more

Had a party reservation for 5 people. We showed up late & they still accommodated us. It was our first time & we weren't sure what their specialty was but we ordered the nachos & butcher sandwich. The nachos were decent. They were flavorful but lacked cheese. I could seriously count the amount of beans that were in the plate. My husband ordered the butcher & he said it was 3/5. The meat was hard to chew on. It lacked flavor. The bread was delicious & the fries werent oily which is always a plus. The servers were polite. I'm a fan of Joeys restaurants. I've visited Downtown Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, Woodland Hills, Newport Beach, and Southcenter . I've enjoyed each location for happy hour and dinner. This location has been disappointing. Took over an hour for my food at 1pm with no crowd. Never got a refill on my water. For some reason this location did not par take in the complimentary champagne despite it being on display. I wish the front of the restaurant with the nice bar was open, it made the restaurant looked closed/empty. I overheard the bartenders mention being short staffed, but there is no reason I should have waited 1hr 20 min for my food at the bar and not even a water refill. Very disappointed guys read more
