It's been a minute since we have eaten at Joey's Yardarm for lunch. It didn't disappoint. We started with a bowl of sausage and potato, which was a satisfying cream base. The perch dinner was served with coleslaw and their famous Sand Dollars. The shrimp dinner was a grilled skewer also served with Sand Dollars and cocktail sauce. The food was flavorful and satisfying and the portions were generous. For lunch or dinner, you would be happy you went.

The Clam Chowder was exceptional! I would come here just for the soup! Burger was decent, nothing spectacular. I liked the sand dollars 20 years ago, not so much anymore. No seasoning except the Parmesan. Actually didn't even eat them.

Enjoyed everything. We had perch and walleye. The lobster egg rolls were spicy. Chips served were very good. Crab dip was great.

The restaurant is quite spacious and located on the second level of the building. There are options to sit inside, outside but covered, or outside. The marina and Lake Michigan add the experience with great views from the deck area. Our server was very nice. She was super attentive, and we really appreciated her checking back in for refills, napkins, etc. The food was actually the highlight of my experience. I got the garlic shrimp skewers which came with a Hawaiian roll, Cole slaw and a side (I chose a baked potato). My partner got the prime rib dip with hush puppies. Didn't have a chance to take a pic of the cheese curds before they were devoured! Only downside is the place is VERY noisy. Everytime someone who move a chair, the scraping sound was otherworldly. They are metal chairs on a concrete/gravel flooring. Not ideal. And waitstaff was constantly dropping things and running into each other or the chairs/tables. That was a bit chaotic. However, the food was great and so were the views. They also have live music (they had wrapped up before we got there today). I'd definitely come back (maybe sit inside near an area where you can look out on the lake).

Wow! What a spectacular evening at Sebastian's!…read moreCelebrated my husband's birthday along with a hometown reunion of his siblings here the other evening and it was PERFECT. The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is spot on and gives you exactly the feel you want in a fine dining establishment. But the thing that makes this restaurant stand far above most others is the service! From the minute we walked in, we encountered nothing but genuine smiles and a sense that everyone there seemed to really care and be invested in us having a wonderful experience in their place of business. We were greeted at the front desk by a team of radiant ladies at the host stand. It seriously felt like they were happy to see us! Violet was especially kind and gracious and we enjoyed a short chat with her. The bartender was pleasant and efficient in taking our large varied order, and the drinks were solid. The bus and runner staff all were personable, polite and expedient. But the true star of our night was our waiter Brandon! He was spectacular. There were 15 of us and he handled our large table calmly and skillfully. He handled our indecisiveness, modifications, add ons, questions and loud revelry, professionally and expertly, never loosing his composure or patience. He definitely made our night. Thank you Brandon. We live in New York and most of the others live in Milwaukee and Minneapolis now, but Racine is the hometown and the 4th of July is a kin to a sacred holiday. The parade not to be missed! So I'm sure many a visit back is in our future, and the next time we do, I will make sure Sebastian's is on the top of our must do list! So please stay wonderful! Five stars!

I was fine with this as I'm not a huge bacon fans my husband ordered the brussel sprouts and the same entree as I did. I wasn't a fan of the potatoes. I should have asked for mashed potatoes instead. These were scalloped type potatoes and I've never liked the texture of scalloped potatoes. My husband loved them though. I did order crème brûlée but forgot to take a picture. It was fabulous and much better than other crème brûlées that I've ordered in the recent past at other restaurants. Service was extremely fast and friendly as well

If you go to catfish and more, you're going for some good catfish; and you'll likely find it there. They also do fried okra, potato chips, and my personal favorite: pork chops. Seriously, their pork chops are amazing. So, why you ask am I giving Catfish & More such a horrible rating? Because, in the words of one of the dudes working there, "Yeah, we be on our own shit." They say call ahead so you're not waiting forever to get your food--which is completely understandable--but these fools might take your order and then decide to close shop and bounce regardless. Given that unfortunate reality, expect them to have inconsistent hours. They seem to only be around when they feel like it.

I ordered the regular catfish which has a cornmeal type coating. There's a Cajun option as well. Someone suggested the chicken wings and described them as so good you're unsure if want to just gobble them up or eat them slowly to savor them. I saved that for my next trip to Racine. The gentleman behind the counter with friendly and patient while I was slow to decide between chicken, shrimp or catfish. I'm very glad I tried the catfish. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did but do yourself a favor and order the fries with no salt. They're still very flavorful and doesn't ruin your taste buds so you can enjoy the taste of the fish. I give this a four-star now for the deliciousness of the catfish and look forward to trying the shrimp and chicken before I consider them five star at what they do.
