The staff provided me with a cost sheet and asked me to sign it, assuring me that signing was not mandatory. I signed it and explained that I needed time to discuss the treatment and costs with my family. They agreed and scheduled a follow-up appointment for October 20th, 2025. On October 16th, I called to cancel my upcoming appointment -- four days before the scheduled date. However, I was told that cancellations are only accepted within 72 hours from the date I signed the form. Because I was outside of that window, they charged me $200 for the consultation and an additional $200 cancellation fee. This policy was never clearly explained to me during my initial visit, and I find it unfair and misleading. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. Their business practices feel deceptive and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that others be cautious or avoid this place altogether.

He's really careful and gentle with your mouth. Even in complex procedures, I felt no pain. Somehow, even when he gives you the shot it doesn't hurt. How is that possible?! The front of one of my teeth chipped off, and he fixed it so well that my next dentist and hygienist were really surprised when they saw the x-ray and realized that tooth had been repaired! I did not experience any pain. The extraction sites are healing normally. I am following instructions for post op care and taking medicine. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper and his friendly staff. "Friday's is good for the Hill family" lol if for some reason they can't see you in case of an emergency they will find you a in network dentistry they are familiar with to see you that day (it only happened when I needed a root canal done that started to act up and I would have had to wait 2 weeks to see their in house orthodontist, that comes in once a month). I've had six procedures done and have all been very pleasant experiences. One of those procedures was the removal of my top two wisdom tooth, it was very quick and swift I was done within 45mns. They will show you all of your procedure options and won't try to persuade you to go with the most expensive option at all, but if you ask their opinion they will answer with what they think is best for you situation. They also make sure that you are comfortable first and foremost. My husband and I weren't able to take care of our dentistry needs before with the previous salary etc but now that we are able, we feel quite blessed that it is being taken care of by a group of professionals that truly know what they're doing, that use latest dentistry technology to help make the experience as pleasant and timely as possible without sacrificing quality, and that are sincere about what we needed/needs to be done. We're so pleased that we decided to have our two children ages 9 and 2 become patients as well, next door at My Kids Dentistry with Dr.Chance whom is just as profesional and caring as Dr.Alexander. Out of nowhere, they canceled my appointment and never called me back to reschedule. Yesterday, I went in for a cleaning and also mentioned that I wanted my wire removed. Just like in other reviews, the staff seemed to be in a rush. The dentist briefly spoke with me, then got up and called the hygienist. The hygienist who came in was extremely rough -- I've never had to stop anyone during a cleaning before, but with her, I had to tell her to stop. She never once asked if I was okay and seemed to be rushing through everything. In the process, she even cut my lip. When I told her she was being too rough and mentioned that my previous hygienist wasn't like that, she told me they had fired the previous one. Later, I asked one of the front desk staff, who told me that the previous hygienist had actually left to work somewhere else -- meaning the one who cleaned my teeth lied to my face simply because I complained. She also tried to rush me out right after the cleaning, but I stopped to ask about my wire. It felt like the dentists were more focused on chatting and having fun, removing their pimples than focusing on their patients. They eventually told me to go back to my room and wait, but honestly, couldn't the dentist have removed the wire before the cleaning?
