Remember, this shop had done all scheduled maintenance, including oil changes for 9 years (and put new tires on less than 4 years ago). Performance did a complete inspection of the SUV, and determined the struts were fine, and the tires good for 5,000 miles! Their report included pictures and measurements, which I appreciate.
