Hami gave this guy a 20 dollar bill the first time he met the guy because he didn't have gas money. No favor goes unpunished I guess. THE mechanic here, his name is Michael. Very trustworthy. He explained every aspect of my maintenance needs and then his general manager even took video to show me what they were doing exactly so that I would be well-informed at every stage. At the end of the scheduled time, I got a call telling me they were delayed and offering to pick up the car at home, complete the maintenance, wash and vacuum it and return it the same day. So they actually Ubered a driver to my home, he drove the car to the dealership, they did the maintenance and then drove it back cleaner than when he left.
