    I have been using this shop for a little over a year for basic maintenance and other work -- oil…read morechanges, inspection, tire rotation, wheel alignment, brake replacement, timing belt ... etc. The work has always been speedy and diligent. I call the day before for a quote and to check if I can bring in my vehicle the following day. I drop off my vehicle in the morning and wait for a call or text that my car is ready for pick-up. I have nothing but good things to say. This is definitely a hidden gem.

    DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE…read more I am Chris, the owner of a white 2012 Nissan Rogue that was serviced here in 2022. I paid for a tune-up and specifically asked the staff to check all fluids and make sure everything was in good condition. I was assured that everything, including the transmission, had been checked and was fine. Less than a week later, my transmission began slipping and struggling to go into gear. I had an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle, and he discovered that the transmission fluid was extremely low or effectively empty. We attempted to refill it and see if the transmission could be saved, but the damage had already been done. I was ultimately facing a repair estimate of roughly $5,000 and ended up junking the vehicle and purchasing another car. To this day, I cannot understand how I was told the transmission was checked and in good condition when I experienced such a catastrophic failure immediately afterward. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue I experienced. On another visit, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was then asked to wait because the oil service had not actually been completed. I watched the technician finish adding oil after I had already arrived to collect what I had been told was a completed vehicle. I also had to return because a plastic component was left in my back seat after service and had not been reinstalled. One mistake can happen anywhere. Multiple incidents involving quality control, communication, and attention to detail are much harder to overlook. The financial impact of these experiences was significant, and I have never felt that anyone took responsibility or provided a satisfactory explanation. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would strongly encourage customers to seek a second opinion on any major service recommendations or inspections. This review reflects my honest experience as a paying customer. Junior, Ryan, and Shanice, I am deeply disappointed in all of you. The consequences of what happened cost me thousands of dollars and left me paying for a replacement vehicle. Whether you agree with me or not, I have had to live with the results of these experiences for years.
