    The John Starks Kia team has repeatedly treated me with respect, consideration and overall welcoming and comforting. They make me feel at ease whenever making a purchase as big as this one. It is definitely a place you walk out of with a big smile and can always count on them. Sales representatives such as Caroline Narine, manager Damian Corbett & Vadim have been nothing considerate, reasonable and totally helpful with the experience with the purchases at this dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better team to finalize such purchase. Highly recommend to visit this dealership if ever consider joining the Kia team. Delivered to me spotless/clean as should be!! You can't go wrong at this dealership trust me.

    My daughter went to JOHN STARKS KIA to purchase a car and they told her she would have to leave a $500 deposit. The contract clearly states the deposit is refundable. When the car came in she decided to get another car and now they are not refunding her money even though the agreement says the deposit is refundable. I spoke to the manager "Michael Imperiale" who was not a very nice person. He first said he might refund and then said he would not refund her $500. My daughter is a NYC school teacher who works very hard for her money and now she will have to take time off work to go to small claims court. She also filed a dispute with the credit card company. This is no way to do business, shame on you JOHN STARKS KIA.

    2024 telluride SX prestige

    Came in looking to just see and get a feel on the 2024 telluride , wasn't sure if I was gonna purchase that day. Was approached by Fernando who was professional and kept it real from the start. Was extremely informative about the features on multiple trims that the telluride had. I was very happy and glad to say I bought the car that day. The process was easy and they got me out of my prior lease. Couldn't imagine it going any better. Elvis was also extremely helpful with making sure I was comfortable with my payments and did everything to help the process as well. Thank you guys

    John Stark's Kia is an excellent dealership.Damian is a hands on Manager. I sent him an email of the car that I want. Kia K5 2024 GT with GT1 package. And I know it will take time for this model to be delivered. But, Damian went out of his way to get the car. Maria who took in charge of us when we picked up the car is very knowledgeable in explaining every function of the car. And the finance manager Vadim explained everything in details. If I can give them 10 star I will...KUDOS to Damian and his team!!!

Her energy, communication, and dedication made a stressful moment feel manageable. When I picked up the car, I noticed a few small things that weren't right, which honestly surprised me after years of great service. That's when Carlos stepped in. I didn't even realize he was a manager at first. He just approached the situation with professionalism and genuine care. He didn't just fix the issue, he made me feel heard and respected. He brought technicians over immediately, prioritized the remaining work, and followed through personally. Later, when I found a few minor cosmetic issues at home, they welcomed me back without hesitation. Carlos and Service Manager Bob Kennedy both made sure everything was handled properly and professionally. When I finally got my Jeep back, I was blown away! It felt brand new. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what matters is how a team responds. Isabella, Carlos, Bob, and the whole service department showed real accountability and genuine care. That's rare these days, and it's why Bayside will always be my place for service and my next car.

    False advertising at its finest…read more Their website is full of prices that simply do not exist in real life. Nowhere do they clearly explain that these "deals" only apply to some vague "select inventory." What that really means is the price you see online includes an extra ~$100/month discount that magically disappears the second you walk in. Conveniently, every car you actually want is "no longer part of that program" or "just sold." Classic bait and switch. On top of that, the place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Communication is poor, expectations aren't set, and everything feels intentionally unclear. The sales manager, Sam, has zero interest in honoring what's advertised online. Instead, they look for every possible angle to increase the price once you're already there. If you enjoy the old school pressure tactics like "what's it going to take to earn your business today," this is your spot. Just know the number you saw online is nowhere close to what you'll actually pay. Expect it to jump 30-50% by the time they're done. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values transparency.
