I chipped my wisdom tooth, and the office was able to get me an appointment fairly quickly, which I really appreciated. Everyone was kind and helpful, and it made a stressful situation much easier. Dr. Shulltz carefully assessed my tooth and explained the overall situation and what it might mean for the future. He then treated the tooth and took all the necessary steps to make sure it was done properly. He is very meticulous and truly cares about doing the right thing for his patients. His office is only a 10 minute drive from our home, there is ample parking all around the commercial location. Lynn, the front desk scheduler is always pleasant and polite! What you can expect though is a small family run business with a friendly presence and excellent customer service. They've been upfront about the costs and procedures necessary for my teeth and my goals. Mom is in her 90's and mobile by someone pushing her wheelchair. It was our first visit back to Dr Schulz office since before the start of the pandemic. We got parking in a handicapped space; the building has parking out front and in a 2 floor structure. Elevators are presently restricted to 2 persons. We waited less than a minute and rode up to the third floor. The reception are has a great plexi barrier and Lynn greeted us warmly. She provided forms and clean pen. On display: completed vaccine documentation. Everyone was masked and gloved. Air was moving. Joyce came and got us for Mom's cleaning and check. Wheelchair fit through the old width doorways and Joyce help Mom into the exam chair. I was able to comfortably park myself in her wheelchair out in the hall. Exam finished and I sent in to get Mom; Joyce helped me. Had a nice chat with Dr. Schulz - he is always interested in what's up with our family and Mom. Back to the main office and Lynn scheduled us for Mom's next cleaning - Mom has done a great job over the 16 or so months and has no cavities. :0) Easy elevator access and back to the car. Once settled, I talked over the visit with Mom. She says: easy! No problems! Felt very comfortable. Good to see everyone. Joyce did a very good job and spoke loudly enough for me. Everyone was so nice about helping me. Dr Schulz always makes sure i understand what's up and always explains what I need and how it will work. Today, I didn't need any work! Highly recommend. the office is clean, plenty of hand sanitizer, good air flow (filters and windows), great procedures, easy to follow directions. Dr and staff are highly skilled and professional. Mom has been Dr. Schulz's patient for 36 years and looks forward to someday being his oldest patient! read more
