They were actually able to have someone drop by the next day. Kelly arrived on time with a smile. He started the dryer, said he could hear it (I couldn't). I was afraid I was going to have to get ten wet towels for the thing to start squeaking. He said it was probably the rollers and / or pulleys. I told him to fix it, the Fonzi method does not work. He replaced the pulleys and rollers. I gave it a couple of weeks but the dryer does not squeak any longer. The price for the service call was more than reasonable. Stood by his work - during the installation the new part was accidentally damaged; despite still being functional Channing owned the mistake and ordered another new replacement and came back out a second time to replace it for no extra charge.
