We had a HORRIBLE Experience with Johnathon's Towing. My sister was involved in an accident on Sunday. Aaron (the towing driver) had the other car involved hooked up and my sister who is 19 and as you can imagine QUITE FRAZZLED due to the situation... Aaron was bullying her into towing her car. She was calling AAA to come pick up her car and take back our mothers in Temecula. Aaron kept telling her "I'm with AAA, I'm a Driver with AAA...." She told him MULTIPLE times that she did NOT wanting him towing her car that she was calling AAA. After he kept badgering her she caved and gave him her AAA card. He told her that he ran her information, spoke with AAA that her tow WAS covered and he would be towing under AAA for her. She asked if our mother should meet them at the accident site or the destination & he said multiple times "No she doesn't need to be here/there". (my sister had my mother meet them at Johnathon's). My sisters car was NOT drive-able and she wanted to make sure that he was taking it somewhere where it would be looked at. Both my mother and sister clarified with him that it was being taken somewhere where it would be assessed. He told them it would that they would assess the damage and call her with an estimate. He took it straight back to Johnathon's towing yard NOT a shop. Tuesday morning when we had not received a call my mother called Johnathon's & was told it was ONLY a tow yard and was accruing $60 a day to be there!! WHYYYY would we want a car that CLEARLY needs body work taken to a TOW YARD when she specifically said that it needed to go somewhere to be assess and he reassured her that it would!! My mother and I promptly hopped in the car and drove down to Escondido to the Tow Yard. When we got down there and explained to the VERY rude woman at the window what had happened... instead of being met with understanding she was short, rude and on the offensive!! For whatever reason my sister took her registration OUT of her vehicle after the accident so we had to quickly drive over to her apartment to retrieve it so that we could get the car OUT of the tow yard and then were told it would be $420!! When we asked WHY we were told for the TOW AND for the $60 a day since Sunday. We asked WHY ON EARTH we had to pay for a Tow if it was through AAA?!?! We were given some answers that made absolutely NO sense. We called AAA to find out exactly WHAT was going on and after a LONG conversation with them we discovered that the driver Aaron NEVER called in her AAA information , LIED and towed her car anyways! He COMPLETELY took advantage of a young scared girl who was in an accident. Needless to say we showed up to get the vehicle with a DIFFERENT company... I would absolutely NEVER suggest this company to ANYONE!! I HIGHLY doubt this is the first time they have pulled scams like this!!! read more

It was dark in the middle of a rain storm and I had an accident. I called Triple A and was told due to the conditions there were a lot of calls so I settled in for a wait. I was delighted when Jonathan's towing pulled up in ony 10 minutes. The driver Mousa was so kind. The first thing he did was get me secure in his truck so I was out of the roadway & rain. The next day I was going to need to be towed again once the insurance company selected a body shop so Mousa called triple A and questioned regarding the billing to ensure that I received the best pricing. I have a camarro and have had issues in the past with towing. Next thing I know Mousa was getting into the truck having loaded my car and we were on our way. He was so friendly and by the time we pulled into my driveway I was completely calm from the accident. Before leaving, Mousa made sure to give me a receipt so I could submit it to my insurance against my deductible. Excellent experience. Johnathan's was the towing company dispatched for a service call for one of my company vehicles. The vehicle, a 15-Passenger transport van, got a rear flat tire. The tow driver that provided service was "Aaron" and he was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Very professional, knowledgeable, and got the tire changed in less than 30 minutes! He made sure the spare he put on was properly inflated and even checked the tire pressure on the other 3 tires! Now...that's GREAT quality SERVICE! Highly Recommend!! read more

Extremely QUICK response when my roadside assistance via my insurance failed to help. They arrived before the given eta of 20 mins or less. The driver was very nice and had my car on the flatbed quickly and efficiently. I called them the next day to have my car towed to the dealership, which they were able to do without delay.
