Just moved to the area and really wanted to love this place but sadly not the case. There has been multiple issues and today was just the last straw for me. On two occasions my order was incorrect but I didn't bother because the food is good. Although my main issue is the unprofessionalism amongst the ladies at the register. Today, there was obviously a line of annoyed customers waiting to be helped and yet they are chatting about bs. Taking their own sweet time to help customers. Let me not mention one of the ladies who I've seen profusely cough WITH a mask below her nose. Why wear a mask if you aren't going to use it correctly. This place never disappoints. Order for delivery, go eat there, eat one of the best burgers you'll ever have. Everything is good here. Hard to find a place like this. Little secret, try the bang bang shrimp. Full line of sandwiches and pizzas. Soup is good, pastas are good, the wraps are good, big, two portions big, in most cases for the sandwiches. I'm actually surprised at how this meal turned out with all the great reviews. I ordered a classic Philly cheese steak sandwhich with fries and a tomato soup through uber eats. The fries were over done (burnt taste) and the sandwhich was dry and flavorless. Very little cheese in it too. The tomato soup made the meal bearable. Overall, it was meh. Sticking with my local spot (Chipot Lee) for great cheesesteak sandwhiches from now on. THANKS JOHN!! The food here is great but there is a persistent problem with online orders. If I order in advance, pay in advance, and are given an estimated pick up time, I expect to be able to walk in, pick up the food, and walk out within a few minutes. HOWEVER, when you arrive, you have to wait behind four or five other patrons who have NOT ordered in advance. GUYS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PROVIDE A DESIGNATED RAPID PICK UP PLACE FOR PREPAID ONLINE ORDERS!! I loveeeee this place. Ever since I came across it, I come her religiously for their jumbo wings! Thats it lol. I haven't tried much else from here, but I plan to. I did have a veggie slice once before, wasn't a huge fan; but I'm willing to try different slices in the future. The decor is really open and cool on the inside. It sits on the corner of the intersection but they have parking in the rear. It can be very crowded at times, but they have the option to call in and pick up as well. No longer worth the wait... We've ordered from the Union location several times (for work) and always picked it up due to their long projected delivery window of an hour +. Even with calling ahead and getting an anticipated 40 minute pick up time, they consistently run 15 + minutes over. ( making it difficult when you have people on lunch schedules ) Today, we placed an order at 11:30, arrived & paid at noon & waited another 1/2 before the ENTIRE order was ready only to learn the two bags I saw sitting on top of the pizza oven for over a 1/2 hour was 1/2 of my order !!! I asked the counter lady, what took the longest to prepare of our order & why was 1/2 the order sitting on top of the oven so long instead of timing everything to be ready at the same time? Said they had a catering order & our sandwiches were delayed. When I mentioned 1/2 our order is stone cold - she apologized & said to call if it was cold ( ??? ). It upsets me to have to do this but here it goes. I always order from Johnny Napkins, we love their food but lately they've been slacking off. I placed an order for 1 wrap + 1 sandwich. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get delivered. Upon delivery I open up our containers and our food is completely cold. There's no reason why a pizzeria should have a 1 hr 45 wait time for two popular items off their menu especially when delivering in town. Nobody wants to eat cold food, especially not after waiting almost two hours for it. read more

Ordered food for my coworkers and I (about 8 people). Picked up the food and upon opening the bag we realized one of my orders was missing. Called the restaurant back, lady at the front said you can come back and pick it up or you can wait an hour for our delivery driver to bring it to you. So, my coworker calls her back and asks them why he should be delivered/pick up a cold calzone and take more time out of his workday to fix their mistake. She then proceeds to tell him that it's OUR fault we didn't get it because we didn't check the THREE BAGS of food before we left the store (12pm on a Tuesday aka very busy at the front). There was no apology or even an offered remake of the food, she could care less. Every time I've spoken to the woman that works the phone she is nasty, short, and rude. EDIT!! This location used to be 'Lil John's Pizza' and honestly have been many other different pizza joints in the past years. It seems like they merged the old Johnny Napkins (from Route 22, famous for their burgers) and Lil John's Pizza. I had a quick dinner with my sister, brother in-law and nephew a few weeks ago here. We ordered a few pizza slices (grandma pie, Johnny sottossopra & chicken alfredo), garlic knots, chicken parm sandwich and chicken wings for the kid. I have to say that the pizza was pretty decent. All of the ones I've tried so far have been good. Imho, I give the edge a little bit to their "Lil Grandma Pie", "Johnny Sottossopra" is a close second (it reminds me of Pizza Hut crust but better). I wasn't too fond of their chicken parm sandwich, the tomato sauce was too bland for my liking. Most people probably order take-out or get delivery from here. If you want to dine-in, they do have a few booths available in the back and some high top tables and chairs up front. They also have a few parking spots available in the back just off Colonial Ave. The prices are reasonable for a place like this and pretty competitive compared to the other pizzerias in town. If I could give them 15 stars I would. This place is AMAZING. First of all, their rice balls are so good they should be illegal. Secondly, their pizza dough is PHENOMENAL. It's the perfect combination of soft and fully, while not being too thick, and it has a perfect crunch factor. I have also always had a great customer service experience with them. The reason the rating is not higher is their crust. Our family usually order from here at least once a month. Usually everything is delicious and we have no issues. But yesterday I ordered a wrap and it was the only food I had for lunch/dinner.
