Hello consumers. I visited this location 8/17/26 around 6 PM. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich that was dry and stale. I then returned to the store to inform them of my dissatisfaction. They remade the sandwich and it was worse than the first one they gave me. Just for me taking two bites of that sandwich I became violently ill. I took the sandwich back to get a full refund and they were giving me a lot of problems with refunding my money. If you're looking for pizza or anything else, please do not go to this location. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with incompetent staff. This location actually deserve zero stars, but you have to tap at least one star to post your review. P.S my stomach is still upset from this experience days later. read more

Had their chicken Ceasar salad it was soo good and priced well I'd go back for more also had tuna salad from them no complaints.

Pizza is very good. The undercarriage has semolina flour giving it a nice crunch. Good sauce to cheese ratio. The place is always clean and the guys behind the counter are always nice and pleasant. read more

I can't support a place that visibly neglects, exploits and abuses its workers like this. The pizza was good at least. The poor guy working here was so stressed from all the orders he was receiving that he was visibly shaking. If the owner of the restaurant can't afford to have at least 2 people working, he shouldn't be in business. This is my first time here, it is 1:43pm on a Saturday in November and this poor man is constantly receiving online orders and ppl walking in so he is just absolutely miserable. No number on the website to reach and talk to the owner. I can't support a place that visibly neglects, exploits and abuses its workers like this. So I had chicken tenders from here because my brother ordered it on uber eats... he got Nashville hot sauce tenders BUT it was under the name " finger lickin chicken" . Have yet to try the pizza but the cheesesteaks are delicious. Good quality and just the right ratio. We've needed a good cheesesteak in the area and this is it. Only thing I'll add is they make a big deal about serving their fries in a paper bag... except the bags have a plastic coating or something so they are total mush when you get them home. read more

So usually my son and I have pizza fridays, usually dominos but starting last friday we decided to try pizzas from surrounding areas. We didn't get to order last night, so this Saturday night is a makeup. We ordered from Uber Eats. We got the smoke house pizza, which was big and very filling. My son's review: "delicous, mmm, it was impeccable." If you follow me, you know I like to bave my son re iew with me, haha. I got the fries, I knew they were going to be a bit soft because of the steam in the bag, but honestly, I still had a lot of crunch, which in the menu said it was known for. Would have been better fresh in the moment, but I'm not going to take a star away because it's not their fault I ordered to go. The shake was also really delicious. So, I was craving fried chicken but good fried chicken... I wanted better than Popeyes. I stopped here to order chicken. It's new. The order took over 30 minutes to complete, that was already frustrating to me. While we waited, we ordered a slice of pizza ... which was good, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. This chicken though?! It's not it... I spent close to $30 for a 8 piece with fries. The website advertises the fries as the "best you've ever had" (Exhibit A: attached photo) ... they're not. The fries were stale and fried too hard. Ugh, the chicken... it was not good. They offer 'dusting' powder of up to 3 flavors. But then they dust all three flavors together in one bag (notice I wrote 'bag' instead of box!) which doesn't make sense... and the dusting powder is salty AF. My chicken tasted like lemon pepper, garlic and buffalo all at the same time. Did I mention I waited over 30 minutes for this to-go order? So you'd expect the food to be hot and fresh. It wasn't. I didn't provide a pick of the food because it quickly went in the trash. Really disappointing. I don't Yelp the way I used to because life is busy. No heat on day I visited. The food was lukewarm. Pasta soft. Sauce tasteless. How do you screw up a meatball parm? Fried Eggplant was greasy and rubbery. This place has gone seriously downhill. Should have taken note when I walked in as it was empty and no delivery orders queued. I'm a newbie here. Got a flyer in the mail so gave it a try. Had two entrees for a very reasonable price, and the food turned out to be delicious! Had stuffed shells, chicken Marsala over pasta, side of meatballs with extra sauce, and garlic knots. Everything was hot and flavorful. The cook and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The place was pretty empty but once people catch on, that will change. The location is a little tricky - it's easy to miss bc it's right at the entrance to Rt 22 so your focus is on the traffic, not the storefronts. But now I know how to find it, and I will be back! read more

I just had the worst fried chicken I have ever eaten. It tasted as if it had been cooked days ago and then refried in lukewarm old grease. It was flabby, not crispy; dry, not juicy; vaguely warm, not hot and simply not tasty. Reviews talked about how good it is, so perhaps today was an off day for the Union store. I ordered on their website at 7:50PM 9PM comes and I am still waiting for delivery. I called them and the girl says she can't see any order under my name. I tell her " well my card was charged so someone has my money" She says hold on. Comes back and says it is out for delivery. No apology. Didn't show up until 9:10 Food was cold. Boy do I feel stupid I just spent $48 on a pizza 5 chicken wings & 6 garlic knots that came in a swimming pool of olive oil! We ordered the wings because in the picture online they looked very crispy, perhaps they should change their packaging method because these wings were awful, soggy 0 crisp inedible, the pizza is on the level of papa John's, dominos, little Caesar's etc. one & done. I'm not sure what people are complaining about when they get fries or any fried food in a bag. It remains crispier that way. I am happy that I don't have Styrofoam that makes everything soggy. The pizza was good, I had a coupon for a small free pizza. It was very thin and the sauce is tangy which is hard to find in NJ, and the cheese was the perfect saltiness. Got take out from Mikes on Saturday night. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It was terrible. To start, the cole slaw was warm and old. The pork was fatty and had too much BBQ sauce. The bread was stale but the french fries were good. We also got the cheese steak egg rolls and they were terrible. Even the cheese on the quesadillas was oily. This place has potential, but they need to improve in the small areas. The fries are nicely crisped, but they need more flavor. The cheesesteak egg rolls are crisp, but I want the flavors to pop out more. With fries, we should be able to substitute regular fries for speciality ones, even if we the people do have to pay more because that's what we want. Haven't tried the pizza yet but maybe next time. Buffalo fries were good, not hot but it gives you a nice kick. I would like to see this place succeed. read more
