Typically, Friday nights at our house we like to do pizza. We have our favorites, but like to try different places. There are plenty of pizza places out this way too and I've been hearing a lot about Eric's. Their online ordering system is super easy and my order was all ready when I walked in for pickup. We ordered the mozzarella sticks which are the kind with the eggroll wrappers. The mozzarella sticks were average; definitely nothing special and they charge for marinara sauce. We tried the supreme hand tossed pizza. The ingredients were fresh and they are not stingy with the toppings. The crust was good; not too thick and not too thin. The center was a bit soggy and would have liked to have had it cooked a bit longer. Overall a solid pizza! read more

Really it's 4.5 stars. Eric's has been our "go-to-pizza" since we discovered it over a year ago. We've probably ordered there for 90+% of our pizza's since we first tried it. The first dozen or so times we've had it, the pizza was outstanding, delicious and our absolute favorite. Their cheese bread is excellent as well. However the past 2 times both the pizza and cheese bread were completely underwhelming. Pizza was Undercooked and toppings and cheese were more sparse. Like a 2-star pizza. Cheesebread was overcooked and lacking cheese. Hopefully this is an aberration and not a trend as we'll be sad if this is the new norm and may need to change up our go to spot. read more

I as so expensive almost $60 for 2 pizzas. They were raw in the middle. Gave it a second try and same issue. They said they cook all the pizzas at the same length of time. Really excellent sandwiches! Between three of us, we tried the Buffalo Chicken, Meatball Marinara, and Club sandwiches. All were some of the best of their variety that we'd ever had. The Meatball Marinara really stood out due to being served on toasted garlic bread - fantastic! And they were all huge! Very, very happy with the sandwiches... It seems this is pretty much an order to-go place, though. Nothing wrong with that, just not a whole lot of space if more than a couple of groups wanted to eat in. There was also a very limited selection of chips and drinks. Also, my Buffalo Chicken sandwich came with a side of ranch dressing (which was really good with the sandwich, I'll admit) but I found out later when looking at the online menu that blue cheese dressing was also an option... which I would have taken if I'd been asked when I ordered. Anyway, although I'd probably order to-go next time, I'd definitely be a regular if I this place was anywhere near where I live or work. Really top-notch food! read more

We usually love this place but was horrible tonight. On my garlic bread there was a hair, disgusting! From what I see in the back no one wears a hair net. Maybe a good idea to start, the hair was embedded into the bread. Wings were soggy and tasted off too unfortunately. The taco pizza too was soggy and just really tasted bad. Off the mark this evening compared to their usual... Large hand tossed pizza, half pepperoni / half sausage. Pizza was 'dry' since it lacked enough sauce and was sparse on cheese so when it comes out of the oven the little sauce that was there is dried up. Sausage was basically on top since there was so little cheese and they were over cooked and dried out as a consequence. The crust is on point with a good crumb that remained moist while the crust is buttery and crunchy. The fish fry was a serious disappointment. The best way I can describe it is institutional. Oily, packaged, frozen with off brand packets of tarter no less. With so many incredible fish fries in the area having this fish fry as place filler takes the shine off an other wise conscientious effort in all other regards. This just doesn't fit! Do it right or just don't do it. It's ok to simply focus on what you do well but as the the pizza shows may be the attention to detail is fading. I hope not because we love this place and Eric's efforts, plus he has boat delivery out on the lake!!! That is a nice treat out on the water! read more

This place is everything I wanted in a pizza place and more. First, they offer a VARIETY of different pizzas while also allowing you to create your own. You can choose from thin crust (my fav) or hand tossed. Everything is fresh and had my tastebuds dancing. Inside is small, so if you plan to eat there, plan ahead. But it's adorable inside, so even if you're just picking up, you'll have a nice place to sit and wait while your pizzas are cooking. The pizzas we ordered were: bacon Mac and cheese (a MUST), supreme (omg they did NOT skimp on toppings it was one of the best supreme pizzas I've had), Margarita (this was delicious. Next time I would get it on hand tossed though, just because it seemed like it was missing something. I'd also order more mozzarella because that's my favorite part and some pieces didn't have as much as other). We also ordered BBQ chicken (YUM) & pepperoni- NONE of the pizzas were disappointing. After each piece, I always wanted more because they were just that good. When we got pizza, we also ordered breadsticks, cheesy bread & salad. The cheesy bread was to die for. It was a huge hit! The catering salad had peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese (we thought provolone) which was such a nice surprise! We figured we'd just get some lettuce which was not the case. Usually the best pizza in the area, sure wasn't last night. Needed 1/2 of our pizza with no meat. Couldn't tell what half was meat free, I also didn't realize that I worked for Eric's pizza, as I had to recut the entire pizza. It was not that good. We do pizza every week and we used to get food from here often but 3 separate and consecutive bad experiences stopped that cold. We decided to give it another go after at least a year and the food has been excellent the staff has been polite and accommodating and every problem seems to be a thing of the past and we couldn't be happier because when the food is right it's as good as it gets for both pizza and sandwiches. Brilliant delivery by boat! We noticed the delivery boat on the lake (Okauchee) and gave it a shot. We timed it from the time we called...only 38 minutes! So the pizza itself: decent overall. Where do I start. 1.) Called and they put me on hold for 6 minutes, it was a Sunday night. 2.) Ordered the Family Special that is advertised for $27.00 on website, but when I got there Eric ran my credit card charging me 31.00 without stating the total and when I asked about pricing, he said "oh prices went up Jan 1, 2020..." and then laughed like it was no big deal. 3.) Pizza was cold, sauce was acidic and toppings were wrong. 4.) Garlic bread tasted like they wiped the floor with it or dropped it on the floor. 31 bucks for bad service, horrible food and an arrogant attitude from Eric the owner himself. As an Italian guy growing up eating pizza on East Coast, this place reminded me of a roach infested place in Trenton, N.J. but even that is a step up from Eric's. read more

Horrible! Last 3 times we have ordered from them we have had an issue. First, we have had our pizza delivered twice where the driver did not secure the pizza and all the cheese and toppings were shifted to one side. Half the pizza was covered in toppings and the other half was just crust. Second, we got our last pizza and the first bite in found a long hair in the pizza. We had a pleasant dine in experience here! We'd never been, but saw nice reviews and decided to try eating there. There's a high counter along the window (approx 6 seats) plus two small tables (for 2 and 3). We walked in with a group of 8, which included 4 kids, and we filled the place right up after pushing the two tables together. The service was excellent! Eric brought us a complimentary cheesy bread (), we enjoyed the breadsticks, the hot bone-in wings were deemed amazing by the wing cotnnesiour in our group, the toasty subs were incredible, and the hand tossed pizza was good. When Eric's first opened up they were way ahead of the rest. Their pizzas were top notch and service was great. but now after they settled in, the service has been far from good. the last several times my service was hit & miss. I received the wrong toppings and last week I wanted to order for pick up, was put on hold and was asked to wait for a minute, after being on hold for close to 10 minutes I gave up. Maybe they should hire more or more competent people to work the phones. I may or may not be back to try again. read more

This place is beyond fantastic. Myself and a group of 9 people came all the way from Boston for the CrossFit Games. 6 from our group are team competitors and they managed to place 5th! A pair of them also got engaged promptly after. all they wanted was pizza - and some of us have gluten allergies. With all the excitement we didn't realize how late it was, and that we wouldn't be able to mAke it to them in time before they closed but we called Eric's and made a desperate plea for them to stay open just for a little to help us get dinner. They not only agreed, but the entire staff was so kind and welcoming despite us rude customers asking them to stay open later on a Sunday. First time for the family. We ordered a large hand-tossed with sausage to take home about 5 minutes away. Upon opening the box I was immediately struck by two things. First, it definitely came loaded with the cheese and a good amount of sausage. Second, the cheese and sausage lent itself to a fair amount of oil/grease on the pizza. Whether the 5 minute trip home or by design the crust wasn't terribly crisp except along the edges. Granted it's a hand-tossed so it seemed reasonable and I'm not stating it as a negative but rather as a point of disclosure. Now, the good parts.. My first bite of the pizza immediately brought me back to my childhood of greasy chewy spicy pizza. I thought it was great at first. There is a lot of pizza and with the heavy cheese and fat I couldn't eat more than a few pieces so the value is great, and I'm a guy that could eat an entire frozen pizza. After it cooled a bit the chewy crust became more difficult to bite through and the grease wore on the taste. My family didn't see as many positives (not having the same childhood) so didn't have as many accolades. That said, my teenage son and I thought it made fantastic cold pizza the next day. If they can control the grease a bit I think it will hold up a bit longer and sit more appetizing in the box. I'm curious if a more veggie-heavy version would be the same, or a thin crust? Overall I'll attribute mine to growing pains and try again in a month or two. read more
