I know there have been problems with this taxi service in the past. Recently I booked 4 trips with Jodi. She always arrived on time which was very important because I had a definite time I had to check in for surgery. Her car was always clean and she was pleasant even early in the morning. I think the problems have been fixed because I only had a positive experience with her. I will absolutely use her again and I highly recommend her. read more

Horrible! Do not count on these guys! They left us high and dry for an early flight to the airport. Total no show. Called them two days ahead of time. Their guy said he always gets there early. Said he does the morning airport run all the time. Called them to ask where they were. The guy said he could call Valley Cab for us. Too late. Ended up having to pay long term parking. read more

This taxi, along with Metro, Valley, and others think they're sly. They are supposed to use the meter. Many use their phones to judge distance, and some turn off the meter and tell you "it's a 10 dollar minimum " they're robbing people actually, as by law they have to use the meter, and the correct payment. I'm going to go tell the court, or, I may have already done it, and maybe they are all being watched as they should. Do not trust any Medford cab company. If you've been through this, contact the court. They get 75 minus 0 stars for service, and actually showing up when they say they will. Pineapple says they will be there in 20 minutes, and you're still waiting an hour and a half later, and the always have lame excuses for it. read more

Do not use these guys. I specifically asked John at the airport about the cost to Ashland. He said "about $45". I said about $45 or actually $45. He said $45. When we got to my house at the north side of Ashland, the meter said $55. Very purposefully misleading. I will never use these guys again. Can't trust them. read more

They were scheduled a day in advance to take someone to the airport at 5:30 AM and called at 4:30 AM to say they couldn't and never should have because it was a shift change. Well guess what, that is their only job and at that hour should have made sure someone was there to pick them up and dealt with the scheduling problem people at a later date. Picked us up from a rafting trip at Foster Bar on the Rogue River. First thing he said to me was "You guys got cash money, including gratuity?" Johnny, Gratuity is a thanks for good service. You were a half hour late, completely unprofessional and I had to drive the taxi the 3hr drive because he and the other driver got in a fight at the pick up. Gratuity is earned not deserved. Granted we did make it to our destination but don't just ask someone for a tip before the job is even done! For that matter don't ask for a tip, just provide good service and maybe you will be tipped. read more

I'm not sure who answered the phone, but contrary to other reviews posted, they were anything other than professional. The man spoke so fast when he picked up that it was unintelligible. I asked if I had the right number. There was such a long pause, I didn't know if he heard me, and asked again. To which he quite clearly snapped, "Hang on! I'm busy. " Add to that, I live on the corner of two very known streets and he had difficulty figuring the route. After a bit, he said, "I think I know where your trying to go. That should be about a $15 ride. " I've taken a similar ride twice, basically down Central, or up Riverside, depending on which way I was going, about four blocks further, to Walmart. Both Tic Tock and 5 Star charged $10 for that slightly longer ride. read more

This taxi service was guaranteed to make any traveler think twice about visiting Medford. The car smelled. There was garbage and trash on the passenger seat. The ride was double what I paid with another service to the same location. The driver attempted [I corrected him] to take a street that guaranteed a longer drive to my location. The driver pretended not to have correct change which was a lie since I could see single dollars in his wallet. The driver had the stones to ASK for a gratuity. No wonder Uber is thriving. read more
