My sister paid these people for 20 years to make sure no critters got into her house. But when she…read morewas selling, critter droppings were found. After calling them, their reply was pay us $10000 and we will clean it up. She protested because she felt they should have prevented the problem. Then the Manager told her "we are in the business of making money". Seems to be a business that thrives by doing their annual maintenance badly. BEWARE

I hired Arrows Handyman Division to clean up a prior water proofing job. The "project manager" (who…read moreis actually just a sale person- you will never see him on site to manage the job ) put me off for three or four weeks to get the right person for the job. They sent a kid that appeared to be someone the had just hired in a Home Depot parking lot that apparently had no experience doing this type work. He dug a trench and laid a thick plastic against the foundation wall and the bottom of the trench This, of course created a bathtub effect. Now, whenever it rains my basement floods (It did not flood before. Arrows Project Manager has been putting me off (they already have my money) for weeks. They were scheduled to work on fixing the problem today. The Project Manager called this morning and said that "he had a more important project for the person assigned to me and he would be here tomorrow. This is not the first time this has happened. Once they get your money good luck getting them back out to finish the job. What could be more important than preventing my basement from flooding again - getting another payment. So if you don't believe any of this (see photo below) then my advice to you is don't giv them any money until you know the job was done correctly.
