Hidden damage from unsealed screws found years later; company ignores attorney letter…read more I am writing this review to warn other homeowners about the hidden, substandard work performed by this company. They were hired to install a critter guard on my home. Instead of correctly attaching the critter guard to the roof decking, they drove unsealed screws straight through my gutters and directly into the fascia underneath. Because this work was on the roof and entirely concealed from sight, I had no way of knowing it was installed incorrectly. The issue was only discovered years later when I hired a professional roofing contractor to install a new roof. They uncovered the unsealed screws penetrating my gutter system and fascia, which caused hidden damage. When I discovered this, I called the company to report the issue. They sent an employee out to inspect the property, but they left without offering any verbal explanation and never followed up with a resolution. I then had my attorney send them a formal letter regarding the damage. This company has completely ignored my inquiries, ignored my attorney's letter, and refused to respond or take responsibility for their work. I have comprehensive photographic evidence of the unsealed screws and the resulting damage. I highly advise looking elsewhere for a contractor who stands behind their work and responds to their clients. Buyer beware.

I hired Arrows Handyman Division to clean up a prior water proofing job. They sent a kid that appeared to be someone the had just hired in a Home Depot parking lot that apparently had no experience doing this type work. Now, whenever it rains my basement floods (It did not flood before. Arrows Project Manager has been putting me off (they already have my money) for weeks. They were scheduled to work on fixing the problem today. The Project Manager called this morning and said that "he had a more important project for the person assigned to me and he would be here tomorrow. This is not the first time this has happened. Once they get your money good luck getting them back out to finish the job. What could be more important than preventing my basement from flooding again - getting another payment. So if you don't believe any of this (see photo below) then my advice to you is don't giv them any money until you know the job was done correctly.
