Not very impressed with the conversation I had with this business. I called in for a quote and he immediately stated we are real busy and then asked what I wanted to order. He then realized that it was a decent size order and stated he is willing to take my order. We discussed what I wanted and he would start off with a set price and then he would eventually raise the price and make it sound like he was doing a favor. At that point I never questioned it but went on with ordering the rest of my setup - I asked for specific flowers because I knew it was be cheaper in price and he said no we don't have anymore of those, so then he offered something else out of my budget and I said no it's ok and then he decided that he now has what I wanted. I was happy to hear that and we proceeded with taking the payment , at the end of giving my card number he then tried to add on another fee because of some outrageous reasoning. At this point I really felt like he was trying to take advantage of me and the occasion and I decided to cancel the order. He then apologized and said he won't charge me for the fee anymore but I refused to do business with him. Not a very honest business, I felt like he was trying to add on anything he can to make a quick buck. read more

I called John's Flowers for an order to be delivered to my mother in law for Mother's Day. I told John about her. She is 92, loves flowers, can name them all, will rearrange and refresh until all are gone, wants flowers while still alive. I have used online florist and other florist in her area.
