First off, the pizza was nasty, none of the fountain sodas worked right, the mixture was off on ALLL carbonated drinks, I asked for some milk and they gave me a full glass of Ice cold SOUR MILK. 55% of the games don't work, my kids can't read so they pretty much wasted my money exhausting credits on an inoperable game. Wait till I find the videos and pics I'm going to post them on here. If I could give no stars, I would. They didn't even deserve not a single star. The manager on duty was cool though. Rice that was hard and crunchy, fried chicken that was overcooked and to spicy (I guess some kids like it this way, pasta that was hard or water logged and very average pizza. Today I took my daughter and her friend to Jons. I used a Groupon and Andre Gabriel was so patient and kind helping me scan my Vouchers and explaining how things worked. Once we went inside the girls wanted to go on the bumper cars. No one was there and the ipad was not working so I stopped Daiya Thurton and asked for help. She was so lovely and answered more of my questions and let the girls on the bumper cars. Daiya was truly the best. When it came time to get prizes Jalayni Redd helped us and she was very sweet and patient with my daughter and her friend and they both got the prizes they wanted with her help and patience. Amazing fun for the kids and parents too! The outside can be deceiving but when u get inside you are amazed at the number of games, arcades and rides. There's a designated buffet and eating area which is well maintained along with clean restrooms. Was there for a party and totally worth it! The worst place to take your kids, dirty af and games didn't work. All the workers are young & don't clean anything. Restroom is dirty af!! Food area even more dirty. Food was nasty, pasta sauce watered down. You got people dropping pizza slices on the floor and leaving it there, workers don't even bother to pick it up. Plates, forks, and cups were dirty so you'd have to double check before even putting anything in/on it. 8pm seemed like the whole place was going to close. The whole time no workers were around to clean only when it came to 8PM! And mind you the place closes at 10:30pm. Hire better people and management. A heads up for any one visiting mid week the location is under staffed so the same person who checked us in is the same person who started the rides. If I could give 0 stars this restaurant definitely deserve it. Came in at 6 pm with the family. Extremely dirty. No food. After 1 hours we are still waiting for the chicken and rice. We managed to get some pizza. Couldn't get salad or pasta because the area was so dirty we couldn't get close to it. Ice machine is broken but still on so it's a mess. No desserts. I went to the bathroom and there was no hand soap in any of the dispenser. Mind you we are still dealing with the pandemic ( no hand sanitizer anywhere). When I came out of the bathroom. 3 employees maybe 1 was a manager was standing around talking. I told them no soap in the bathroom and the possible manager said thank you. One of the employees said in a rude manner " we will get to it when we can". I said we need clean hands to eat you know. DONT USE COVID as an EXCUSE. Our experience was horrible! We hosted my daughte's 5th birthday party there and we got their 30 minutes late. We just ate and I asked the host to please bring the cake out and we cut it. Right after we still had about 10 minutes left and the servers came in to tell us our time was up and they had to clean up and basically kicked us out of the room. It was the worst experience because we felt so disrespected and especially in front of our family. We didn't want to make a big fuss because we didn't want to seem unprofessional, same as the servers. But never again will we ever host a party at your location. Super bad customer service. My family and I attended a birthday party there this week, and I must say the service from the staff was great in particularly a staff member named Hope who was gracious enough to allow myself and my kids to ride on the bumper cars even though it was close to closing. even when I asked Hope to help clean off some of the tables so we could sit and eat. I've gone to many johns incredible pizza and I've been here quite a few times but today was the worst. We came to celebrate my granddaughter birthday and to have fun. There was only 2 ride operators and most of the games were broken. The food sucked there was hardly any and the chicken was gone in less than 5 mins. The desert only had 5 choices. This review is for Mike the manager. Who went beyond his job description. I lost my Apple Watch $600 gone. Mike got on his knees and helped me try to find my phone. He looked everywhere as if it was his watch. Sadly we never found that watch but for an hour we looked. I got emotional watching him hunt this watch down. I've NEVER seen a manager put a customer ahead of himself. He didn't even ask his employees to him me. He literally did it his self. This world hasn't been the kindest of places lately lotta "self " going on but not with MIKE. I offered him a $100 dollar tip to show my appreciation for his help. And my daughter offered him an extra $5 ( which is a lot cause she's cheap lol) cause she was shocked to see him helping the way he was. He respectfully declined. And wished me luck. For me and my daughters first time we had a lot of fun. The rides, the food, and the service was good. It wasn't too busy when we went but we enjoyed it. This is probably the worst location you can come to. I could've taken like over 100 of photos of how disgusting and horrible this place is. There were so much going on that iv never been so desperate to leave a place like Johns incredible pizza. First off, there's no cashiers, it's all done by a tablet screen that you would have to do yourself and input how many people are in your group and the arcade details and what not. It took us about 10 mins because it gets confusing at first but no biggie. As we were entering the eating rooms it stinked really bad like fart and sweat, not only that, there were small spills and food on floor and maybe 2 tables that were filled with used cups and plates. So we left that room and went to another which was almost the same thing. We were just desperate to eat so we just sat down and went to grab our food. The worst part of this experience was the FOOD! Pepperoni and Garlic pizza was all the pizza they had. Salad was another option but that was it. I've been to the johns incredible pizza in Buena Park and honestly it'll be better to go there as they have more food options to choose from. For dessert, donut churros and sugar cookies from 2 days ago are crunchy like a rock. No ice cream cones as we were pleased to leave with a ice cream in hand but there were no employees in sight so we just ate the pizza they had and left to the arcade. The arcade was also smelly and dirty. The golf course smelled like baby poop mixed with sweaty armpits. The roller coaster rides and the little cars were broken as we didn't see any people on them and no employees.
