The food was good not the best but it's was good to get full and have a great time with family

Came on a Thursday night for a bday the food was horrible . There was hardly any food and the food that was out had no flavor . Did my son's 6th B Day party and it was exceptional. Took the pressure off us parents and we were able to get a room to accommodate our 25 attendees. Food was good, there was something for everyone; kids and adults. And even better e got our own host/server Aisha, she was awesome. We love his place. It's perfect for my autistic teens/adults. We went Wednesday at 11am. The food was fresh and requested vegetarian pizza and the store manager actually brought it to me. What!!! Then a nearby parent asked to lower the volume and they did it. read more

This John's incredible has been here forever. They are showing signs of wear and tear. As a matter of fact, when we were leaving, tiles were falling and breaking on the ground. Scary. Inside, the bathroom needed TLC. They were dirty. We didn't play any games this time. We just ate. We ate inside the Vertical room. The floor was clean but the paint might be coming off. The buffet itself was dirty. They did try to clean up most of it. The pizza was slow in coming out. I did ask for my favorite peanut butter pizza to be made special 2xs. The second time I had to wait 30 plus minutes since they messed up the order. The service at check in was great. The service on the vertical dining room was slower. They bus boy tried. Overall, I still prefer the Moreno Valley John's incredible. read more

Hosted a birthday party here on 7/12 and it went so smooth and all our guests had a wonderful time! Our party host Jamie was so sweet, friendly, and made sure all of our party needs were met. I would have gave this spot 5 stars but there were a few food quality issues I did not like. The chicken nuggets were hot but very chewy on the inside. I wish there were more flavors of pizza available, it doesn't make sense that there are so many spots for pizza but only the front corner ones are full. I also wish they would have toppings available for the ice cream. read more

We love this place! My husband and I have three littles and we always ask them where they want their birthday at. This is their go to spot! Team Members Jennifer and Evelyn hosted our party this past Saturday. They did such a great job with our energetic boys! The games were fun and kept the kids engaged. Jennifer and Evelyn were very attentive to clearing plates, cake cutting and serving! Bartender and supervisors were great as well. Very bad service at entrance, they have workers at entrance who don't help you at all, when you ask for help, they don't even know what to do when you ask questions about purchasing tickets at the Kiosk, We end up paying like 300.50 dollars Today, for a 1 day entrance the workers didn't know anything, on top of that they couldn't refund my money, I had to purchase everything again so now I have to call corporate for my refund, and some of the games, were not working, they had no sing stating the games were broken, Very disappointed. read more

I've had birthday parties here for many years for my kids. I just had my daughter's 20th birthday party this past weekend. Hostess Genesis was friendly and helped with everything. It's nice having a party where I don't have to cook or clean up. The kids enjoy all of the games and rides. Food is ok but it's buffet style so I'm not expecting anything gourmet but the kids love the pizza. Facilities are clean but they can do better cleaning the restrooms throughout the day since they do get gross. Overall a good experience, I've come for many years and will probably be coming many more. read more
