Chicken nuggets are the best here. Even for adults lol. But those things go like wildfire so you better be fast! I was pleasantly surprised that the salad bar had tons of fresh items. The employees were really quick to always make sure the serving areas were clean which I appreciated. There are multiple rooms to sit at. We sat at one that was kind of like a tiki feel and it was a little bit warm in there. I do wish the air was a little bit higher with all these people and kids running around everywhere. Opinion this place is definitely better than Chuck E. Cheese as you get more bang when you're here. 20 bucks for an adult to eat all you can eat? That's not bad at all because the ladder is probably about 30 to 40 bucks for one pizza, it's not that good, and it's not enough for Small parties. Well the good thing about Incredible Pizza is that the employees are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the buffet was average. Not much taste to any of the food. The day we were there half the buffet had no food in it. The games were also average. Pretty basic fir such a large building. It did have a 9 hole miniature golf course and a small ball bowling alley. We had to get our credits back from the bowling, because it didn't work half the time. My family has been visiting John's Incredible for nearly a decade. We have been to 3 separate locations but visit this one the most. The food area and drink stations are kept clean and well-attended. Foods and pizza options that are empty or unavailable can be requested and ready in a reasonable amount of time. Like other reviewers have said, the chicken nuggets are better than McDonald's nuggets! The game areas might sometimes benefit from 1 or 2 more workers but be patient and you will find someone to help. All areas are well lit, including the parking lot at night. Restrooms are always clean. Most games work fine; if any games aren't working, that usually doesn't last long and is fixed by our next visit. Today, the manager, Megan, attended to one of my needs. Despite her busy tasks, she took time to listen to me and explained the limitations of the computer system in terms of looking up information and was transparent with what could and could not be done. After attending to time-sensitive tasks (cutting/preparing pizza while staff were on break), Megan took additional time to assist me and successfully retrieved the information I was seeking. My family and I were thrilled that Megan was able to assist us despite being busy. I insisted (a few times) on tipping her but she refused because she was a manager. So not only is Megan attentive, friendly, helpful, and a good listener, but she is also ethical. My family will continue visiting this location. read more

Went here with my niece and sister, I was so disappointed First: everyone has to pay to get in and you are told it's for 2 hours of eating. This place is huge! A Chuck-E-Cheese on steroids. It's a great place to take the kids and burn a few hours off the day. There are tons of arcade games, miniature golf, bowling, bumper cars, and other rides. Prices include access to the buffet, which has salad, chicken, pizza, pasta, baked/mashed potatoes, desserts (including ice cream cones), and more. Besides fountain drinks there are also ICEE options. There are several dining rooms (I think 4), each with a different theme depending on your/kids mood. Arcade games are identified as green or purple. The colors are shown where you swipe the play card. Purple are the "better" games, including those that give you tickets to exchange for prizes. There's an entrance fee for adults, but it gives you access to the full buffet - alcohol not included in the price. Check Groupon for deals. We got one for unlimited rides and "green" arcade games, and a $10 credit for "purple" games, which surprisingly went pretty far. It would be nice if the food quality was better but I guess it's what you come to expect from these places. read more

We LOVE John's Incredible Pizza. Their self serve buffet is really good and never fails to satisfy! I have three kids and it gets pricey-around $90 for 4 entrances and ONE $25 card. The place is a bit run down, but they do add new games and the employees are really kind about giving your points back if a game doesn't work. Party room and cards were a little pricy however, worth every penny!!!! The room is right in front of the games. Easy for our guest to come and go and have a safe place to leave there things. Our two previous visits were great! Once was right when they opened. The second time was around 12:30. But both of these times were NOT during rush hour. The salad bar is always super fresh. Honestly, this is my favorite part of the buffet. The chicken nuggets are an improvement over the fried chicken, tenfold! There were only a few pizza selections out but we grabbed our first plate and sat down. 10-15 minutes later we came out and a few more recipes were added. Depending on traffic, I'd rather wait for a fresh pizza than have tons available that have been sitting out. They did not have the Spicy Peanut Butter though. I was bummed. My kids have gotten creative lately and have gotten pasta or nachos, and went to the salad bar to add additional toppings. The ice cream machine was working today. For a buffet at an amusement destination, this is 5 stars in my opinion, or at least compared to others like it. The food areas were all kept clean as well. The service was pretty decent. Our plates were never cleared, but this wasn't a huge issue for a small party. In the gaming area, the air hockey didn't have a puck and I was immediately able to grab an employee to help us out. He quickly gave us our credits back and found a puck. The mini golf wall had a section of holes, which probably came from some patrons smashing their clubs through it. They had a lot of updated games which was nice to see. The missing star is due to the bathrooms not being pristine and the noticeable vandalism. I do appreciate the prize counter having minimal selections. It reduces the time spent trying to make a decision with the little ones. It might be kind of nice for the littles to have one of those automated prize machines with the cheaper stuff in them. We will be back! I would have to say I never thought I would be able to go from feeling like 1 star then everything changed at the end of the night to a 5 star. In the beginning we had issues using my Groupon and one of the girls did not seed to interested in helping. While we were going back and forth a young man came in and helped us he was so kind. We had made this a pit stop for my partners birthday with his two friends while we were eating my card had gotten stolen some how off our table and taken away by someone. I had gained concern and approached the staff about my issues and also I had noticed a camera was above our table so we could see who took our play card. The manager stepped in and found our card and assured us if someone came to them and said their card was not working it was because they stole it. So they issued me a new card with my play amount. Remember keep your play cards close. The staff was so helpful in the end aside from the one girl. Food is amazing, this pizza and salad bar is what Shakey's used to taste like. It brings back such great memories. The pricing is very convenient as long as you stay in the building and don't leave like some sort of M. Night Shyamalan movie, you can eat all day for one great price. Though you may have to convince your kids to stay after they realise 50% of the video games are out of order. We have our kids parties here every year and not just because we love the fresh salad topped with chicken nuggets, but to watch my tio squirm in his chair because he can't go to the car to get a nip from his bottle for 3 hours.
