I purchased summer bowling passes for my teenagers for a killer deal but am concerned on how they will be able to purchase snacks if I'm not there with my credit card but I believe there's a machine that converts cash into card. I'm not certain if that's what I heard. They had a lot of fun games for all ages to play. What made it worse is that both times, the groups next to us were visibly drunk. That kind of environment might be expected at a bar, but when it starts impacting other guests' experience especially families it becomes a problem. There didn't seem to be any staff intervention to manage the situation or maintain a respectful atmosphere. Another frustrating point was the check-in process. I brought my own Brunswick bowling shoes, but I was still told I had to rent a pair anyway. The employee even said I could "just do whatever with them," which honestly makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary charge. Policies like that don't feel customer-friendly. To be fair, Big Al's is a fun place overall. The arcade games and general hangout vibe are great, and I'd still come back for that. But the bowling experience itself just isn't worth it based on what I've experienced. There's definitely room for improvement staff should be more proactive about enforcing basic bowling etiquette, making sure groups stay within their assigned seating areas and respect neighboring lanes. The main issue we noticed was a lack of supervision around the mini golf areas. Several kids were running through active games, making it difficult for others to play and enjoy the course. It would be helpful to have employees monitoring the area to ensure everyone can safely enjoy their game. Another concern was that some children were hitting golf balls beyond the course boundaries toward the freeway. Raising the fencing around certain areas could help improve safety and prevent balls from leaving the property. Overall, the mini golf courses were enjoyable, but better supervision and some safety improvements would make the experience much better for everyone.

The facility was spotless and having access to a private room made our meeting both comfortable and productive. After our meeting, we were able to unwind and celebrate together by playing some classic arcade games, which was a fun and unique perk. We didn't have enough time to play a game of Laser Tag, but we will plan another outing to get our game on. The combination of a clean, well-maintained space and the thoughtful support from the staff made Infuzion Zone the perfect venue for our event.
