After bringing it to Karen's attention, I overheard her say under her breath, "Oh well, it won't be deducted from your tab." That response alone was shocking and unprofessional. I immediately asked to speak with the manager. Rather than addressing the situation appropriately, he told me there was nothing he could do. They took my plate away without explaining anything, and the manager was not willing to remove the item from my bill or offer a refund. The only reason the issue was taken seriously at all was because I had photo and video proof showing the bug on my food. The service was unprofessional, the issue was handled poorly, and there seemed to be very little concern for customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I would not recommend coming here.

The pancakes were cooked just right, fluffy on the inside with those nice crispy edges that make you go back for more.
