Recently, I brought a brand new dress to get altered. Once I received it back from alterations, there was a giant black stain on the front of my new dress. They argued with me and declined that they had gotten the stain on there when it could have not come from anywhere else given the dress was brand new. They would only pay me 1/2 the amount of the cost of the dress, leaving me high and dry 3 weeks before I was supposed to wear it as a bridesmaid. As a loyal customer I would've expected more from Select Cleaners. Clearly they do not value customer loyalty and are not an honorable business.
