    The dumbest person anywhere and not a good look for Johnson's Auto Plaza!

    Maybe hire smarter people. Almost hit me, then watched him tailgate and change lanes no blinker. He rode up on me again I tapped my breaks. Received this for it. I do have better things to do but he was such a jerk had to share. I contacted the company , I'm sure in the story I will be the bad guy. Love

    The worst experience of my life. I bought my 2022 ram there back in November of 2023. I had a great shopping experience with Jose. 3 DAYS AGO, I went to go buy a jeep 2021 gladiator. The 3 days I've had it I noticed that every time I passed a bump or train tracks, the steering wheel would shake uncontrollably. I took it back to Olga which she proved great service also but then had DAVE WAGNER the sales manager take it on a test drive because I quote he "Didn't believe us". While driving it for 10 mins he came up with random excuses saying it was because we weren't use to jeeps. Then he says it's because the tires were over filled and the proceeded to take it in and get some air out the tires. He brings it back to us and says that that's all he's able to do and we proceed to tell him that we do NOT want the jeep anymore because it's unsafe to drive and we believe that was not the issue. There is no way we bought the jeep 3 days ago and it's shaking this badly. He then gives us horrible attitude and shrugs his shoulders like he doesn't care and walks off as my mom was speaking to him about her concerns. As Hispanic people we truly believe he would have not treated us this way if we were white. I can bet that if we were white customers he would have not shrugged his shoulders and walked off while we were talking to him or even said he didn't believe us at all. I'm completely disgusted with his behavior and attitude. People like this should not be working at auto dealership companies if they do not want to associate with customers in a friendly way.

    Rich Jeffers is wonderful to work with. He is responsive and makes sure clients are taken care of. He handles new and used vehicles. Johnson Auto Plaza sells multiple brands (two separate buildings on onrcamous) which makes it easy to compare Buick, Chevrolet, Chrysler, GMC, Jeep and RAM in one place. The showroom is open and airy and waiting area has free WiFi, coffee machine, water and TV.

    Wanted to drop a quick thumbs up and a note of gratitude, ANNNDD to acknowledge the level of…read moreservice and support received by Toby Till at RMS. Toby genuinely cares about his customers as evidenced by my experience last week. First, Rocky Mountain Snow MX built me a goddamn rocket ship (Ferrari) Yeti snowbike last year 2018 and I have ridden it every snow-based weekend since. (The machine he built me is flawless and powerful and runs like a top .....#pureadrenaline) Last week I had a freak incident where I hit a buried gate / fence post and "stabbed a track". To be honest it looked like I was going to have to hike out 5 miles. My bike track looked FUBAR. - I had minimal cell phone coverage but I tried to call Toby from up high on the mountain and miraculously he picked up and proceeded to walk me through what I needed to do in = the field in order to limp my bike back off the mountain. It worked ! Needless to say I was very relieved to get out of there. NOW here is where Toby went way beyond with authentic & legit customer support. He called me back later that afternoon to check up on me and then and told me he could meet me to pick up my bike on his way back to Denver (about a 2 hour drive) So he met me in Kremmling and put my bike in his trailer and drove my bike down the hill to his shop and then called me the very next morning and gave me the diagnosis. New track, new drivers, etc. He told me that Yeti was incredibly supportive as well to get me all the parts required to get me back riding quickly. So, to recap: got the bike picked up. AND within about 6 or 7 days Toby had me dialed back in with a UPGRADED track and drivers and got me back up on the mountain riding within the week. ! Kudos Mr. Till !! - You should be training others on how to handle Yeti customers, because you are an brilliant example of excellence. -
