Let me say first, this only applies to the store at 104th and Chambers. We will no longer go there. The store at 88th and Washington is fantastic. I had an 11:00 appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. It took two hours. In college I worked at a tire center. We used to race each other. I could do a rotation in 4 minutes and an oil change in 12. What's the point of setting an appointment? We have four cars. We have probably spent over $12,000 dollars there over the years, but you lost our business . . . read more

I went in to get a TPMS sensor looked at and fixed. Scheduling was easy enough and I dropped my car off before work. I got a call within an hour and a half offering to fix the damaged sensor or all 4, and I chose to simply replace the damaged sensor. I then went to go pick up my vehicle during my lunch break and not only was the TPMS signal still on, my check engine light was ALSO on. No one went over anything with me about this, I was simply asked to pay and emailed an invoice which had a funny little note that my check engine light was on BEFORE it came in for work (It very much wasn't, thank you.) There were other comments about the nature of the TPMS system on the invoice, things I would have liked to be able to over with one of the mechanics, but I didn't get that chance. The fact that they tried to imply that my check engine light was on BEFORE I came in though is just egregious. I'll make sure not to spend my hard earned money here again. read more

I am a first time Les Schwab customer and took the day off for an alignment and do not recommend coming here! I had my car "aligned" and the first printout was not compliant within specification (photo attached). I asked them to redo it and the 2nd time, the reading were so far off of the first printout ( photo attached) and was given my car to go. I asked why the readings were so far off when I didn't even drive out of the parking lot. No real excuse or answer was given. My husband and I were gone during Thanksgiving. Upon returning we found that my husband's car had a really bad flat tire. I called Les Schwab to see if they could fill it up with air and they said to bring it in. This was at around 5:50pm, 10 minutes before closing time. I walked in and was greeted by Miguel L. I let him know the flat tire looked bad. He said they could take a look at it and repair it if needed at no charge. After a couple minutes he let me know the tire was unfortunately unrepairable but they had two tires on hand that could work, along with the quotes. I quickly called my husband since he was working and we decided to pull the trigger. Miguel was able to get the tire installed even though it was after closing time so I could get back home safe. LES SCWAB ON 104th and CHAMBERS DO NOT come here unless you want to get scammed into buying 4 tires when it is NOT needed.I work at a Lexus dealer as an advisor and my sister called me crying in this Les Schwab's parking lot because they were trying to push my sister that she needed four tires for $1800. I thought this was very odd since it's a 2024 Lexus-Tx350. Upon further investigation, she in fact, DID NOT need four tires because the tread depth on the tire was only a 1/32nd difference between the old and the brand new tire which is perfectly fine according to Lexus's best practice. After speaking to the regional manager they did not seem to care about this situation so do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. read more

Have been coming here since we moved to the neighborhood 7 years ago. Always been impressed with their speed and customer service -- even doing quick simple tasks for free at times and making mistakes right. Have had a run of bad luck with punctured and blown tires lately with all the construction around and sadly have noticed customer service on the decline. Dismissive on the phone and at the front desk. Even had eyes rolled at me once. Not being familiar with services that their web site says they provide. Refusing to quote wait times (we all know it's an estimate and not a guarantee, but it's a pretty standard and reasonable question to ask when giving up your mode of transportation and trying to plan your day). Hoping things turn back around in that department, because the quality of the work has always been pretty good, but front end experience makes a big impact. read more

Not the guy to usually leave low scores and by no means am i blaming the workers low on the hierarchy for their company's policies, but i don't recommend this shop. Im a car guy and usually do things myself but i was in a bit of a time crunch and emergency so i needed a simple flat fixed because there was a screw in my tire. I dropped the car off early morning and didn't get it back until right before closing. I get that there are appointments prioritized but I've gone to Discount Tire several times in the past couple years for all my vehicles and they manage to get me out within at least 2 hours max while being slammed. My biggest issue is that they stated that in order to replace the tire they MUST change all 4 tires. The tire with the screw in it had minimal wire exposure on the side wall so it would've had to been replaced totally which is understandable, however the front two tires were only 2 months old. Instead of taking a sell on one tire, they received no money at all. Once again i am not blaming the individual workers, the customer service was fine, but if this is a policy then i would recommend to just take your car in to Discount Tire in the area and save the hassle and not get sucked into a terrible policy that would absolutely get people who don't know any better. read more

Before everyone jumps on my comment, I literally just took my car to Subaru for work needed + full inspection. They came back with work needed to be done and I got that stuff resolved. They recommended new tires, but I've always taken my car to Les Schwab's for new tires. After getting new tires I had a tire pressure sensor go off. I immediately returned the car to be looked at. I understand wear and tare but that should happen to all four sensors at the very least more than one. It seems to me that they had some rookie work on my car when putting new tires on and must have damaged my tps and now I have to come out of pocket $70 for it. I will NEVER come back to this location clearly they have worker skill issues. $70 may not seem like a lot to everyone but to me it's a lot. They should have replaced it for free but instead they tried to play it off as if it's "going out" they tried to sell me on four new ones but when they noticed the shift of tone in my voice they said oh the other three are just fine you "should be good" to just replace one. What "should be good" is you fix what you damaged and don't have me pay for it. Last note he said it was going to take 20 minutes to finish it's been 40 minutes so yeah rookie of the year. Thanks for breaking my car and having me pay to have it fixed. Overheard another customer have to deal with another issue with their service. I won't be back to this location ever again. read more

While I appreciate the services they offer, they are nothing but white collar con artists. They told my wife she needed new tires after completing an oil change and were ready to change them out on the spot. My wife's car barely has 20k miles on it. My wife told them not to do the service and that we would shop around for tires. They quoted her at over $1k for the tires and labor. Whilst doing some research we found the tires they had suggested started with a tread level of 8/32. This is below the dealers 9/32 the car came with and far below the average tread level most people get new sets of when they need a new set, generally 11-13/32. For comparison. We looked into getting tires from the Ford dealership that quoted at $1200 for a set of 4 Goodyear tires and labor, as well as 3 year complete warranty. The tires also started with 12/32 tread level. Now while that is an insult in itself, upon checking the actual tread level of the vehicle in question with a tread checking tool, we found that the tires treads were as follows; 5/32 front passenger side, 6/32 front driver side, 7/32 rear driver side and 7/32 rear passenger side. The recommended tire tread for winter is at least 5/32 of which all the tires meet. Now while I do expect we will have to replace two of those tires come the end of winter, they are no where near ready to be of needing replacement at the present time. I do believe that because my wife is a woman, whom does not have much knowledge of cars, is why the customer service representatives at this establishment felt they could take advantage of her unknowing nature and complete a very high priced sale for less than adequate quality and work. It is important to remember in the line of business that truth is your best friend and if you lie to your customers future customers will disregard your statements and question your integrity. Something I know that can be very costly for a business. I implore you to do better and learn from your mistakes. I would hope you do not do this to others as you did to my wife. read more

They always give top notch service and are honest about repairs which is hard to find at different shops. I trust their advice because they have never stirred me wrong and have had the opportunity on many occasions to make money off of me but haven't! Appreciate their integrity and service! I had a tire that unfortunately got a razor blade in the sidewall of my four runner. I took it to a small place off the interstate as I was driving back to Denver. They put the spare on and took the bad tire off the original Rim. I knew Les Schwab was down the street from my home so I stopped by there to ask a few questions. I would have bought tires here but the condescending 20 some wouldn't give me a chance to even ask a few questions. I wanted my spare tire put on my original rim as it was a full size spare as the rim has the sensor to gage pressure. He didn't even let me get the words out of my mouth before he told me that he was going to have to charge me for my "cosmetic" request. I was fine paying for the tire to be switched over but then he continued to degrade me and I finally stopped him and said no worries I'll head to discount and see what they can do. I left. Went to discount. They switched the tire for free and I was back a week later and bought four new tires. Women are not idiots ‍. And your employees are the ones who make the impression on your business. Thank you Les Schwab for directing me to Discount Tire. A company that values its customers. read more

I have had my brand new car less than two weeks and noticed a screw in my rear drivers side tire. I took it to this place because it's right by my house. They told me the injury could not be patched and I had to replace the tire. They gave me a RIDICULOUS price of $435 for the one tire. Then they went on to tell me that these tires were trash. They rode like crap and were crazy expensive because they are not popular or in demand and hard to get. He then recommended I just replace all the tires with a different size and brand. I'm sure a nice profitable one for them. Keep in mind I have ONLY 700 MILES on this brand new vehicle. Thank God I knew enough to not trust them and do my own research. I found the exact tire, in stock, at Walmart for $265, tirerack.com for $268, and discount tire up the street for only $255. I asked the guy there what he thought of the tires and he said he actually liked them a lot and recommended them. What an absolute sham these guys are. I will never trust them and will go out of my way to let others know what kind of antics to expect from them. read more

Bait and switch.... not impressed. I got a quote from them to swap out my summer tires. I was told that it would cost $95.75 including tax, disposal fee, labor, etc. $95.75 out the door. I confirmed that detail again when I dropped off my car. About an hour later I got a call from them saying that the quote changed and the cost is now $180 and they wanted to know if I was okay with that. No, I was not okay with that. In Colorado you can't charge more than 10% in excess of the original estimate (see: https://www.colorado.aaa.com/automotive/colorado-motor-repair-act). That's what they did and I am going to file a complaint with the BBB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH LES SCHWAB TIRE CENTER IN COMMERCE CITY. What they tried to pull was in direct violation of the CMRA as well as the Consumer Protection Act. The tried to bait and switch and that's unacceptable. I thought the general public should know so they can consider taking their business elsewhere. read more

Absolutely horrible what they did.. I had a flat tire on e470 whcih roadside help put air in the tire, drove two miles to get tire fixed. Was told could not fix tire due to tread being too low. Replaced spare and stripped threads. Didn't even check the correct tire. Ended up just being a valve stem in the correct tire I asked them to fix. Made me drive 40 miles on a spare due to them not checking the correct tire and then telling me they checked all four tires. Was completely lied to and not taken care of in a proper manner. Very frustrating having to take my vehicle to two different shops and them putting my life a risk. read more

Took my Honda in to get the brakes checked. I made the appointment online and dropped it off. Roughly 15 minutes later I received a call from a technician. The call went like this: " Technician: Hi this is (insert name) with Les Schwab, it looks like we can get you fixed up for $86.00, we need to replace X Y and Z but that will be $86.00. Me: Ok Ill agree to the quote of $86.00." The next day I went into pick up the car and was told it was $453.00, I immediately requested to talk to the person I had spoken to on the phone. He came out and was adamant that he never said $86, he said it twice and I repeated it once. Am I really in a he said/ she said argument with a reputable company? I asked him to pull up the call so we could listen to it and easily resolve this issue. He then stated they do not record calls. He offered to place old parts back on my car which I refused. I briefly stated how this situation was BS, paid and left. I emailed the corporate office hoping they would have a recording of the call but they were no help. Their email is shown below. This place is a joke. Avoid them at all costs, and if you cant avoid them, only agree to quotes you see on paper as in an email or print out. They can run this scam all week on Reunion residents. We do not record our phone calls, so I will not be able to hear what was communicated; however, I do find this very odd. I do not see any invoices, work orders, Quotes, or modifications to the invoice that reflect the price you say they quoted you. We also do not offer any brake job that costs $86.00. I'm not sure where the issue originated or how this would have been communicated at such a dramatic difference. I have been to Les Schwab probably 10 times in the last year for either tire fills or repairs and I have not spent a dime. I'm always greeted kindly and if I just need a refill, they get it done in 3 minutes and send me on my way! This last time, I had a screw in one of my tires which needed a patch. They had some time to get me in within an hour, so I made a quick trip to the store and by the time I returned, my car was done. Again, I didn't spend a penny! Today my check tires alert came on and I stopped in at this business because it's convenient for me. This is the third time this past year that I've just stopped in and they immediately checked my vehicle and they never charge me. It blows me away how generous they are with the service they provide. Upon checkout the man told me they only charge for alignments, purchase of tires, brake work, batteries, and other mechanical issues. I am due for new brakes on my vehicle and I will definitely make an appointment with them rather than drive 26 miles one way to my auto dealership. Called in last week to get an estimate on replacing two tires - informed them of my car details, including it being AWD. Had to pay to have the car towed in and then told they would have to replace all four and would not just replace two. Now I have to have it towed back. $250 out of my pocket. My 2017 Focus ST came with the summer tires and I was in the market for some all season or maybe winter tires. The ST takes relatively standard tire sizes. I went to the Commerce City Les Schwab as it is close to my home. While I was greeted promptly the customer service stopped there. After providing all the necessary information for tires I was quoted an OUTRAGEOUS price (in the neighborhood of 465/tire) for an all-season tire. After asking if there were any other options I was bluntly told "nope" and that due to my car being a performance car the options were slim. I got the feeling that the counter guy either thought I was an idiot with money to burn on a performance car or that he didn't really care. After being treated so rudely I chose another national chain tire place. There I found a better rated tire for well less than what I was quoted at Les Schwab. read more

Took my car in for brake service with no appointment and they were done the same day. If I'd taken my car to the nearest dealer, it would have taken longer and probably cost me a lot more. My experience at this location is flawless. Interaction with their staff and techs are always friendly. I imagine they fix a lot of flat tires and they do so quickly and free of charge (which just blows my mind). I called ahead and spoke with James, who listened to my tire issue (erratic air pressure warnings) and invited me to come in. When I arrived, Edgar greeted me warmly (+ offered put the tv on a channel of my choosing for my wait time ) and took my car back to look at it. He looked at my tires, including my spare, to make sure everything was ok before my road trip. He even checked my oil and fluids. There were no nails in my tires, no patch needed. Topped off my air and I was ready to go. Really helpful, friendly, and he hustles...! Give this man a raise!! :) Clean waiting area, with TV, coffee and popcorn. They tried to charge me $461 to replace 1 tire because they "cannot repair" a screw hole in the middle of the tread, because he showed me a very small scratch on the inside of the tire (which could have easily been made by one of their tools). I had no spare and he recommended that I tow it if I didn't buy a replacement tire. Long story short Discount Tire fixed it for free. 10k miles later and no issues. read more
