This is a 3 year review and I'm still extremely pleased with Johnson Brothers. Bought my F150 in November 2016 and when I arrived at Johnson Brothers no high pressure sales people all over me. I was able to walk around and look at trucks until I was ready. Then as I was walking in we met probably 1 of the best sales people I've met in my life and I've bought 6 or 7 vehicles in my lifetime. Her name is Tina. She went over everything and every question I ask, she either answered it or looked up the answer in her books. Flawless in my book after talking with a few dealers in Killeen. After buying the Truck I did the 1st Update on Sync3 myself and it was easy. A year later the update was not successful. Took it in and Brian (service advisor) was great. They took it in, tried to fix it for a few hours and then ordered new stereo and installed a few days later. At 3 years (15000 miles, yes low mileage) paint had began to flak off on the roof in the channels where truck is put together. Set up appointment and that was a little off, had to go home and file claim myself ( past 3yr/36000 by 2 weeks)which was ok. Filed claim and then went to body shop for photos and estimate to be sent in. Because of the holiday season I let it go for several weeks and during this time I was getting calls from the Ford Claim Center to check and things were working. After a month I finally got in touch with Johnson Brother Service Manager Scott and he informed me he had sent 3 or 4 emails with photos and estimate about 4 weeks prior and they were not returning his calls, I kept getting told by Fords Claim center working, needed info, etc. Well Scott told me he'd make a few phone calls and with in 1 hour my claim was approved for repair due to factory defect. I then found Ford Claim Center is some 3rd party working for Ford and they were not doing their jobs. Dropped truck off and Body shop manager looked at the paint issues from factory and saw several other issues, both channels were thin painted and probably would not last and I showed him a spot with 3 pieces of debris under paint by windshield/drivers door and he said I'm gonna fix all that. 1 week later everything was fixed and I can tell it was done with quality care and professionalism. Only thing I would say is that Scoot (service manager) seems to be handling pretty much everything on his own and he should have an assistant. Just an Opinion. And for all the complainers, etc make an appointment at Killeen Automax to be told "Your appointment is to drop off and we have over 200 + vehicles ahead of you" maybe 2 weeks to get too it. Glad you built your Service Center as well. Usually about 45 minutes for service and when not busy I see 3 or 4 Techs checking everything for Service. read more

This is our second used Cadillac CTS purchase from Mike Tubbs at Johnson Bros. Ford. Previously, we owned a 2005 CTS which we bought with about 61K miles on the clock. Through the years, other than usual maintenance and a cat converter, the car was a very good experience, especially for a used car. When the odometer clicked over 120K we started to think about getting another vehicle. However, we really liked the CTS and we didn't see any with all the options we liked at a price we could afford. So, we kept looking. We went back to Johnson Bros. Ford and spoke with Mike Tubbs, but, there was nothing at the time. I know it sounds odd buying a used Cadillac from a Ford dealer, but, honestly, Johnson Bros. had the best car and best price for our 2005 and now this 2008 CTS4. With over 132K miles showing on the 2005 CTS, I started looking again and night before last I spotted a 2008 CTS4 on the Johnson Bros. Ford website and sent off a query to Mike. Next morning I had a response and soon had keys in hand on a test drive and today we closed the deal and the car is now in my garage. Showed it off to some church friends on the way home from the dealer and they thought it was a new car it was so clean! It was rainy today so I really appreciated the sturdy color matched floor mats and especially the auto wiper feature and AWD which worked much better than I expected. This is a much more complex, more powerful and feature laden car than the first generation CTS we owned. I hope it is as reliable as the earlier car. As of right now with my first day purchase experience and about 100 miles of driving, I am very pleased and impressed with the car, Mike Tubbs and Johnson Bros. Ford. read more

I was trying to purchase my Lease F150 through Killeen Ford in Killeen, Tx. They were charging me an additional $3000 for charges they wouldn't explain. So I got a little upset, went to Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple, Tx. They were awesome. Anyone in Killeen, do not use Killeen Ford they only want your money and will not give you the best deal. Darren, Jeff and James at Johnson Brothers Ford, you guys were awesome. Killeen Ford gave me a rate of 15.9% and tried changing me an additional $3k on my lease buyout. Kept telling me my rate for a new vehicle would be the same 15.9%. Johnson Brothers gave me 1.9% on my new truck.
