The car has overheated every day and we found duct tape on the valve covers. He patched it long enough to dump it on some kids. Despicable person. He has been given several opportunities to make it right, but refuses to even let them trade it for something else. He should be ashamed of himself. My car was financed and I drove out of the lot in approximately 2 hours of arriving but I test drove 2 different vehicles and wasn't sure what I wanted when I first showed up. The man that done my paperwork and finalized everything(I apologize, I don't remember his name) was great as well. Tyler is also an awesome salesperson to talk to. My son and my sister have both bought vehicles through Smart Auto but Tyler was their seller, he was busy when I first went but I have to say....Shelly done a great job, no disappointments whatsoever!!!! These are fairly cheap so I ordered some. They were the problem and the techs should have been able to tell me that after paying for the inspection. Of course, Wallace says there is nothing they can do. :( They should take the car back and give us a refund!!! That is what they should do!!! Coolant leaks into engine components, causing overheating, loss of power, and contamination of engine oil. She has experienced all of the above, including continuous jerking. She visited Honda's dealership in Kingsport and was told there wasn't anything wrong. We will go again on Thursday and see what they say. Stay away from Wallace Imports of Johnson City. She is driving a rental car because she is so scared to drive her own. We are out around 18,000 dollars that we did not have! :(
